1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] 🔥ANGEL TOKEN ICO IS OVER 🔥THANK YOU TO OUR 400+ INVESTORS! on: February 12, 2018, 05:46:34 PM
I'm really happy with my investment in Angel seeing how this Unitus deal has come together. I've checked a bit more about Unitus after the private community announcement and it really is no brainer that this coin is one of the most undervalued out there, despite the strong community spirit they seem to have.

Good job in making this first deal, I feel more certain about that Angel Token is going to be one of the best ICOs I have ever invested in every day that goes by! Can't wait for the coin research in the community to start as well! Smiley

I saw that you guys just passed 800 ETH raised in the ICO, great!  Smiley

CONGRATULATIONS!

3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would a BTC crash destroy alt coins? on: December 15, 2017, 02:45:38 PM
Depends on what reasons the BTC would crash. But because BTC is the main pillar for crypto, any disturbance to it will have ripple effects (no pun intended) on the market, that's natural.

But if we are to think that BTC had many crashes and still alts still survived long term but also highly thrived and increased in numbers.

So I wouldn't say a crash would destroy alts but of course, would hurt everyone.

The angel token ico goes from strength to strength!  Grin

Awesome to see such a professional and transparent team. I have been seeing your ads on many of the big sites and I was wondering how you were funding it all without a pre-ico.

It really shows the commitment of the team that you have funded this yourselves so far. For those that don't know it costs at least $200k to launch an ICO so it's not small potatoes. I know that even just the silver listing angel has on https://www.coinschedule.com/ costs around $15k and the gold listing is like $30k!

The marketing investor sounds like the right thing to do at this stage and a good use of some of those marketing tokens. Good to see that he is getting less favorable therms than us regular investors!

I have invested quite a few eth already but will put in more before this ICO ends!   Smiley
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you have now 500$ for invest? Where you invest? on: November 26, 2017, 12:24:36 AM
I would invest the $500 and borrow another $4500 and invest it ALL in the Angel Token ICO that is launching on Monday.

I am going to become rich from Angel Token, I just know it, but I have to get the 690% bonus for the first investors or I will be pissed!  Cheesy
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Angel Token on: November 26, 2017, 12:22:13 AM
Hey guys,

what do u think of this? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2385917.0

They are going to invest the money funded in ICO in cryptocoins. First coins in ICO come with 690%(!) bonus coins. Like a big whale group.

They give a guarantee, that we will be able to cut our maximum loss to 20 %, that means that everyone who invested in ICO, can claim 80 % of their money back if things go wrong. Team is anonym...

Do you thinks its a scam? It sounds too good to be true..

Definetely not a scam IMO.

I am investing big into this one on Monday and I will be hodler.

Angel Token will make me a millionaire, I can feel it!  Grin Grin
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [BTG] Bitcoin Gold Speculation on: November 26, 2017, 12:20:05 AM
I think Bitcoin Gold is going to die a slow death, although it might be pumped every now and then.

Someone stated that the CPU mining is not really safe long-term either.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: portfolio ethereum and ? on: November 26, 2017, 12:18:00 AM
Ethereum, Stratis and Komodo would be my 3 pics, Bitcoin not so much at this price.

***BREAKING NEWS - ANGEL TOKEN OFFICIAL CODE AUDIT FINISHED***

As promised, we are publishing this prior to the Angel Token ICO going live in less than 38 hours from now.

We have now concluded both our official bug hunt and the official code audit and review of the Angel Token Ethereum Smart Contract.

We have posted a letter signed by the official auditor, Anthony Akentiev, that you can read as a PDF document here: http://angelinvestors.io/code-review

As you are probably aware, our smart contract code is open source and available for anyone to publicly view at our GitHub account: https://github.com/bitcoinfriends/angel-contracts

It was coded by one of the top solidity developers in the world, who just happens to be on our team.  Wink

Now it has also been tested hard in every way by a number of skilled programmers and Solidity developers who have tried to hack our smart contract in every way possible. This did expose a few relatively minor issues with the code that could be improved, and this has now been done.

Thereafter the code had been audited and thoroughly reviewed by Anthony Akentiev, a highly skilled independent 3rd party Russian Solidity developer who is in no way attached to us or our team.

At our request he has digitally signed the above letter (with his encrypted key) where he confirms that in his professional opinion investor funds are safe and secure.

Our smart contract has now been deployed on the Ethereum Network and is ready for launch on "Cyber Monday" November 27th at 12:00 GMT (Midday UK Time).

We look forward to having you on board as an investor in less than 2 days time! Smiley

Ha ha!  Cheesy

This was exactly what I was asking for a couple of weeks ago back here!  Grin

This sounds like a VERY VERY exciting project and I am definitely going to invest in your ICO!  Grin

I am not worried about you guys being anonymous. Many great projects have anonymous teams and since you GUARANTEE that no one can lose more than 20 percent of the money they have invested that is a better guarantee than any other coin or ICO I have invested in!

Is there anyone who is NOT on your team that can confirm that your smart contract works the way you guys say it does?

If someone else can guarantee that its completely safe then you will have a serious investment from me 1 minute after you launch this!  Grin  Grin

I better get my ethereum wallet in good standing and transfer some money from Bitstamp over the weekened.

I do not want to miss this opportunity!

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] 🔥💥 Angel Token 🔥💥 Refundable Altcoin Investment Fund - 690% Bonus on: November 15, 2017, 04:41:54 AM
I really like the sound of this ICO, both the refundable part of it and the idea of investing in small altcoins as a group!

Can you explain a little bit more about the investment strategy please?

I have been in some pump groups and I know how quickly you can drive the price up for a smaller coin when you combine your buying power/btc, and how profitable it can be!  Grin
But how will you prevent the coins from crashing down again, once you have pumped a coin?

Although it's true that we will be able to “move market prices” and substantially increase the market capitalization of many of the small to medium size altcoins that we will be investing and trading in, we are in this for the longer term.

We are looking to invest in promising cryptocurrencies and crypto assets that are currently undervalued, and help them grow and improve in every sense.

Part of that may involve setting up “buy walls” and other things that you have seen pump groups do, but our main focus will be on improving the coin/asset/offering and bringing it to the attention of a wider market.

That is how you get real long-term growth in a coin.

There is a good example of this in our white paper, of the coin that used to be called “DogeCoinDark” (DOGED) and was re-branded to “Verge” (XVG). You have probably heard about it?

Their team made a lot of great of improvements such as as bringing in multi-algorithmic mining, TOR-I2P to enhance privacy features etc.

The point is this though.

The combination of an active development team, new and improved features, new branding/website and successful social media competitions etc. helped revive the community interest in this coin.

Verge went from a trading volume of less than $100,000/day and a market cap of around $1 million in early May 2017 to a trading volume of at least a couple of million dollars per day, and a current market cap of almost $90 million now.

That is a 90x return on investment, meaning if you invested $1000 you in May of this year, now in November six months later you would have around $90,000.

If you are following the altcoin market I am sure you have seen this before with many other coins.

Maybe not 90x but small to medium size coins that just get a new website and/or a wallet and improves functionality can often immediately gain 100s of percentage points in a very short time.

Our investment strategy is to make long-term improvements to small and medium size coins that will not only improve their functionality, but also make them more popular with both users and investors.

When you have a decent/good starting point, but a developer/founder who has lost a bit of interest or direction, and you come in with a new strong development team with proper funding and a community to help drive market adoption, you can make wonders in terms of price and market capitalization.  Grin

Thanks for a good question, and I hope that explains our strategy a bit better?  Smiley

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ether ever grow in price? on: November 14, 2017, 06:15:55 PM
I predict Ethereum will be between $380 and $400 before the end of 2017.  Smiley
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO Participation? on: November 14, 2017, 06:12:57 PM
How many people actually participate in the ICO stage of new alts? It would appear the obvious answer is a lot, considering the amount of money they raise. But isn't better to wait for the first storm to pass and then jump on after all the hoopla?

The short answer is NO!  Smiley

If you invested in every single ICO, including the crappy and scammy ones you would have seen a return on investment (ROI) of  1320%.

Think about that for a minute and really let it sink in...

There are such huge amounts of money flowing into crypto right now that its more important to get in early, than to try and find the absolute best ICO to invest in. Of course, you should not put all your eggs in one basket or you will get burned. You need to spread your risk.

Here is a good article about it http://uk.businessinsider.com/ico-mangrove-capital-average-returns-crypto-icos-2017-10

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Russia wants to produce cryptocurrency legally on: November 13, 2017, 03:34:39 PM
Well mother Russia is full of developers and the government has a big ego among the other countries. I wouldn't be surprised to see them pushing projects after projects. But still, countries like Estonia have taken a lot more measures towards digitization than Russia.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ico team salaries on: November 13, 2017, 10:24:01 AM
Apart from token shares for the team, I think most ICO's are using freelancers and outsourcing as much as possible. I'm thinking for content, marketing and so on. The close team might be on a real paycheck but even those are with the "you'll get coins when we launch" kind of agreements.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When the alts will up....? on: November 09, 2017, 10:18:40 AM
Segwit2 is dead, long live the alts! I see them going way up now and I like the trend.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have bitcoins on Blockchain.info , I have some questions; Pls reply me. on: November 07, 2017, 09:31:46 AM
You should follow their twitter and other channels closely. It is considered quite secure and I agree.

One thing though, with the Bitcoin Cash they decided not to support it (as many others) but then after 2 month they credited to the wallets that had BCT at the time of the fork.

What I'm saying is that even if they don't support it now, they could do it later.

I for one wouldn't risk though.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bank Of Korea Criticized..... on: October 26, 2017, 06:22:19 AM
Stupid bankers will learn a lot of the price of bitcoin will touch 10k in the future.
That's precisely one of the reasons why they can't view bitcoin as currency. In the "normal" world, it's unheard of a currency to gain that much profits. Its value over time increasing so much is WHY they don't like it.

Yes, Bitcoin HAS other characteristics of a currency but its growth is working against it if the GOAL is to get BANKS to like it.

But do we really want that?  Grin
19  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to Reach 10,000.00 $ on: October 23, 2017, 08:09:26 AM
10k early next year, 24k maybe in 2 years. although lots can happen to put it either way of those predictions but there's a lot of fiat that can come to BTC. What BTC has to remember is that it can't turn into a way for people to ONLY make money, it has to have a good use in real life, such us paying and transferring money quickly and safely.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: when is the right time to invest on bitcoin on: October 20, 2017, 08:17:15 AM
Hard to time the market, but I'd go for December when people are more likely to pull from crypto to get presents and vacations, it's also conveniently after the forks. It might not happen to dip very well but I still think of December like a good time to buy.
