101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How To Start Your Own ICO on: January 30, 2018, 11:03:49 PM
I'm currently in the process of creating my own ICO

Everything is explained here thoroughly!
https://cointelegraph.com/explained/how-to-launch-a-successful-ico-explained

Have you tried Waves Platform?

There are also other platforms although the Waves still cannot compete with the Ethereum platform!

List of other recommended platforms:
Nxt Platform, Bitshares Platform, NEM Platform. Good luck in a realization of your project!
102  Economy / Economics / Re: The USDT problem on: January 30, 2018, 10:11:53 PM
USDT is leaving some people unrest.
At a glance, it's basically fiat without a trustworthy counterpart, "magic money" at will.
What's your view on this subject and what consequences may be expected?

There are doubts that Tether is being used to effectively match hundreds of millions of dollars of perceived value. These dollars are then again being reinvested into the Bitcoin to raise its value. This current incidents and accusations could lead to the Bitcoin demise for a very long period!

103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dark Net users as the new Threat? on: January 30, 2018, 10:36:30 AM
People are always looking for some kind of adventure. Darknet is providing the adventure for them. It is forbidden and risky and by that terms, it is also interesting. Not all darknet users are scammers, hackers, demented minds. Some of them are actually looking for information that is hidden because the public reveals are not pleasant for all the eyes.

Government is also hiding some of the secrets that the people must know and that's why the darknet is here for. To express your opinions and learn something which you cant find about in an ordinary way!
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Get more profit from bounty campaign on: January 30, 2018, 02:08:35 AM
Always absorb new knowledge. With newly gain knowledge you could make relevant answers that are really helpful. Don't write any nonsense comments or post useless threads that are not connected in any way with the crypto. If you achieve this stats you will also grow up in rank and be eligible for higher stakes from the specific bounty you had joined. Be constructive and on the topic and slowly you will be eligible for the higher payment system.

One advice - Try to use this forum to learn something new and to lead valuable discussions and don't think only about the possible profit obtain!
105  Economy / Exchanges / Re: binance withdraw issue on: January 30, 2018, 02:05:50 AM
This past couple of days day Binance is having a big issue. You can withdraw if the Binance is allowing you to do so. A mass amount of traders have the same issues and you are not the only one. Investors have some doubts about the scam issue that is taking the place and they are blaming the developer team. I doubt that is happening but you must just wait and be patient.

Noone at the Binance is giving the proper answers right now. And current laggings and flashes are only making the users angry. In a best case scenario, Binance has just put maintenance in motion but their silence isn't promising. Don't change your pass because that won't help you in this matter. Be patient and wait.

I hope that they ain't experiencing DDoS attack!
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do new alt-projects choose Slack or Telegram instead of Discord? on: January 30, 2018, 01:22:48 AM
Slack is currently in first place, Discord on second and Telegram on forth. People are choosing the Slack because it is allowing the integration of other tools like the Gifthub, Dropbox and so on..Centralized event feed can be leaden there.

Connection with the other tools is slightly lower with the Discord and because of that users are migrating to the Slack.

Telegram will fall even lower because it is not the fully open source.

Below are the links to the comparison between them:

107  Other / Meta / Re: Welcome Back 502 on: January 29, 2018, 06:03:36 PM
502 Bad Gateway Error - Same situation here! Huh

I believe this was the DDoS attack attempt because of the current situation with the Merits that is preventing account farmers to continue their farming harvest!

( Probably a team of the highly organized farmers/hackers with the background history of hacking experience)
108  Economy / Economics / Re: US Dollar getting weaker... effects on cryptocurrency on: January 29, 2018, 05:38:12 PM
Effect on the cryptocurrency would be of great impact if the value of the dollar continues to fall. To become stronger supply and demand of the specific crypto must stay the same as long as the USD becomes weaker. There is the high possibility to get more USD from your crypto and that is indeed a great outcome for the crypto holders.

On the long-term USD will recover because of the government back up. This current inflation of the USD is currently very effective for the growth of the specific coins because as the main currency it is shaking the market with current weakness.
109  Other / Meta / Re: Merits should be given for the lower ranks only. on: January 28, 2018, 05:10:04 PM
Sr. Member, Hero and Legendary do they need a merits? These rank should be exempted on merits systems instead they are the one who will judge the lower ranks by giving merits.

We all have the same rights to evaluate each other answers and questions. This current situation in which the older members have received More Merit is our personal problem (or the problem of members who did join the forum later). We have to learn to deal with the changes because changes will always evolve. The system has been designed to reduce spamming and low-quality posts, and it's a fact that older members have greater knowledge and experience in opposite to those who just joined the forum(Elders had deserved that wast amount of merit).

It is fantastically designed concept and those which do not want to accept that concept can freely join another forum in search for the answers. (It is generally known that a new rating system is bothering the members looking for the easy money). Merit will provide the new opportunity to the forum to return to the old paths when people had something meaningful to say and actually had led a real and unique discussion and not just a copy/paste answers and questions.

Be unique and committed to the forum and Merits will come "alone"!
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Plasma Protocol? on: January 28, 2018, 04:41:30 PM
One of the largest block chain platforms Ethereum has several problems with throughput and increasing gas price etc. Some time ago Vitality Buterin and Joseph Poon have published a working draft on Plasma project: http://plasma.io/ which proposes to solve some issues. I want ask forum people what do you think about Plasma protocols?

The Plasma network will be dependent on OMG instead of Ethereum. Every transaction on the Plasma network, whether it is through OMG, REQ, or whatever, will require OMG!
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top upcoming ICO with greatest potential on: January 28, 2018, 04:38:10 PM
ARY - blockchain
TRAC - Origin trail
SPHTX - SophiaTX

All supply chain sector - much lower cap - all with lots of potential growth. These are the coins I'd look at.

Shipchain is releasing in March; ICO is complete - also one to watch.

Also, AMB has the most growth potential in the coming weeks.
112  Other / Serious discussion / Arguments againts cryptocurrencies! on: January 28, 2018, 01:26:11 PM
This text is one of the arguments against buying a crypto value ..

Namely, FIAT money has its own backbone, much more solid than bitcoin and that is the support of the central banks, regulation of the banks (provided security) and is supported by weapon industry if needed. If tomorrow bitcoin failed because of someone hacking the exchange, none of them would blink.
The beginning of the text is typical of doom porn.

Furthermore, bitcoin is used as a hedge towards the crisis as an auxiliary argument. Right now gold has that function. Calling on someone to come and say that the euro is not worth anything, nor is the dollar ... I do not know what to say.
The last who said it was underground - I mean Gaddafi and Saddam. Putin can not 'strengthen' because the Russian economy is of the size like - Spain.

Can you imagine that Spain is beginning to blackmail the EU and the US? I cannot!

The only one who can say 'no' to the dollar and the euro is China, and China will not do that because they are trading partners. Also, China has a lot of American bonds, so that financial assets would have been defective in its possession, as this would lead to war.
If China comes and says that the USD / EUR is worth nothing, then it will do so to replace it - Juan, and not with the bitcoin that is also banned in China anyway.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptopia- altcoins calender on: January 28, 2018, 12:39:22 PM
There is another topic that can provide you the general answers. Try to look there!

There is generally no actual date and confirmation on the first listing in exchange( in your case Cryptopia exchange). There are only speculations and false dates but if you track the advancement of the specific coin closely you can maybe choose the right moment to invest!

114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / What are XRP tokens for? on: January 28, 2018, 12:25:38 PM
Could someone explain what's the purpose of the XRP token? When I use PayPal I don't first buy chips to operate their infrastructure for sending USD.
Say XRP has far lower fees than PayPal even with the fees for converting USD to XRP, instead of using PayPal and paying high fees, why not use PayRip 2.0 which will be using the Ripple network, with little fees? I'm not paying anyone in XRP after all, I'm paying in USD, so I'd rather go directly.
115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is becoming Antifragile. on: January 27, 2018, 08:33:24 PM
Whats a difference the latest big crytpo hack in Japan has had almost no effect on BTC compared to MTGOX that many say caused the massive bear market we saw in BTC, admitedly BTC was already low but still I think Bitcoin takes the knocks and grows stronger with every blow i think.

I honestly think the whole world governement system could ban Bitcoin at this point and it would dip and recover. Bitcoin is becoming Antifragile...

This is an interesting article of the CryptoFundamental that is describing the Bitcoin as a nonperishable asset: accurately speaking life expectancy is proportional to age. This statement is also called the Lindy effect. Everything is explained thoroughly and the point is is that the Bitcoin will prevail!

116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future for BitConnect??? :D on: January 27, 2018, 07:36:05 PM
Future? I stopped reading about these garbage scammers after 10 heartbreaking stories of people affected by their lies  Angry

All of the investors that believed in this project are now making big regrets. It was obvious from the start that the developer team behind this coin is poorly educated and established. We could all see that because of their many spelling and grammar errors. They were promising the impossible goals and there is also this Ponzi scheme( from old to new user). Demand is lowering itself and project is falling apart.
Those that invested should sell their coins to destroy the coin reputation utterly. Scams cannot last forever and this one is just revealing itself.
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice for Newbies - Day trading VS Long Term - POLL on: January 27, 2018, 08:43:13 AM
You can earn a lot with both methods if you are experienced enough. Don't expect the great income with the day trading because the coins in this period of the trading don't have the proper time to grow fully. Even if I am the supporter of this technique I am lacking a time that is needed for this kind of trading.

Long-term investment is fantastical for the people which with the initial bankroll can get a big profit gain if they had invested smartly. I am fond of this technique because you don't have to watch the market curves and charts all the time. Because this is the long period your analyzation at the beginning is the key to success. Coins in the period can fluctuate a lot but the patience is the key in this cases because backing up early can only bring you the loss.
118  Economy / Economics / Re: Marketing eats technology for breakfast on: January 27, 2018, 08:36:13 AM
There are many examples of clearly inferior products taking the market and obliterating others that were technically better. I just can't help forgetting Microsoft agains McIntosh or even Cocal Cola which has been know to be rejected in blind tasting tests.

Do you think that it is also happening in the Crypto space with Bitcoin, alts and ICOs?

All I can say is in marketing, the competion is always there, so in order to appealing more customer or investor  you must find a good marketing strategy in order to sell your products.and that situation I thinks  never been  happen in crypto space between  bitcoin, altcoins ,and ICO because  these three will always together in the world of digital currency, when making a new platform exchanges  these three will working together,to become succesfull those trading or ICO campaign.

The cryptos had already made some standards for themselves with the successful marketing. Because they have similar technologies and all are based on the network transactions the quarrel between them cannot advance to the disappearance of particular crypto with any marketing method.

It is true that some significant fluctuation can happen between them because of the higher or lower demand but the true battle lies in the prevail over the centralized currencies. Marketing is already working in the direction of the implementation of this new technologies, that the cryptos are providing, to every major company. In the comparison to the world prior the knowledge about bitcoin we could also say that marketing influenced the people greatly to absorb the knowledge about the cryptos given by the media.

The good advertisement is a goal for success; it can destroy the opposites and preserve the similarities.

120  Economy / Economics / Re: About currency risk on: January 26, 2018, 02:03:48 AM
It's an a word of wisdom, however there is an issue: each one comprehends what a street is, and what sort of threat suggests to cross it without checking

Even if the crypto risk is compared to the physical world in a metaphorical way the risk of your bankroll isn't the same as the risk for your life. A market is a risky game and anyone that is entering the market should have the prior knowledge before even trying to invest or to start their trades. Those that are ignorant and those that are neglecting the possible risk should be left alone to suffer from their own mistakes and maybe then they would learn what threat can crypto market truly bring to the bankroll of the holder.

Even if (metaphorically speaking) the street represents the possible risk the market on the other way is representing the financial and the physical risk if the loss has started to accumulate itself because of the insecurity that is connected with the lack of knowledge.
