I should check the volume / trade speed of TradeOgre - I guess I'm not sure how they compare overall to SouthXChange

Interested in no-premine, PoW coins that are actively being developed (no dead coins, PoS, or coins with a rich list) What I have so far is:

1) Monero - XMR
2) AEON   - AEON
3) Masari  - MSR

Are there any others that I'm missing?

update - Withdrawal from TradeOgre of 1 MSR was successful

Just tested a deposit of 1MSR and it was successful. Looks like they're using integrated addresses and have a 0.1 MSR withdrawal fee

It's very possible to mine Masari with CPU only through the wallet. Low network hashrate and a great future are nice as well.

Masari does not have a premine, and had it's own genesis block as well.


Total coin supply will be: 18.5 million, although total current supply is: 4,745,140 (number is updated hourly here: https://getmasari.org/totalmsr )

I'd add MSR - Masari to the list as well. Super cheap right now for the relationship it has with Monero!

I think I might have been conservative - considering the rebase due in a couple weeks will include:

Multisig
PoW change to v7
Sub Addresses
Bulletproofs (activation pending MRL audit)
An improved Difficulty Adjustment Algorithm (this is also being reviewed for addition into the Monero codebase)

This, along with the community driven logo change coming up, I see big things in MSR's future.

My top hodl's are all privacy coins with some XMR Dev's. I mean, it's the tech that matters after all.

MSR will probably see the biggest gains though - with the props they get from Fluffypony and they also have some Monero contributors working on the project, I'm excited for 2018

I'm a big fan of MSR - Masari. It has a Monero contributor and is making upstream improvements. It's been floating around 15 cents (2500 sats). It's been talked about by Riccardo (Fluffypony) a few times in a positive light. I'm pretty sure it'll see some huge gains in 2018

I've never used the former, but SouthXChange works well for me and is very quick.


There are a few that the Masari team has reached out to, but feel free to post with any places we can vote to get listed, or any contacts that we can reach out to in hopes of getting more listings.

So in the interest of pure speculation: thoughts on 2018 benchmark prices?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding - but there is/was/willbe no ICO. Masari had it's own Genesis Block and is in the process of implementing a v7 rebase (along with the inclusion of several improvements that have been submitted to Monero as a PR, and is being reviewed by the MRL).
