Bitfinex, could you please take a look at ticket #695472, #848842, #654694, it has been 4 days now I don't see my money in my wallet. And I saw from the history that they reached the right address given by Bitfinex. Then disappeared. And no answer from you neither via email nor twitter.

I'm waiting a transfer from Binance that was confirmed 4 days ago. I checked the transaction history and the money arrived in my Bitfinex wallet 16 hours after the confimation. Then after 2 hours they disappeared. And I don't have any clue where are those money and what happened. Also, on Binance I can see the transaction recorded, while on Bitfinex in the history data of deposit, it never showed up.
I opened already many tickets without any reply from them. Same case on twitter.

how ist that possible? if you're talking about BTC you should have around 0.0027375 at today. They state that you earn 0.00000250 BTC every day. even if you don't access the website? the FAQ section is very poor.  Does it worth it at least with a throw-email account?
