101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] eBTC | The New (ERC20) Bitcoin on: October 29, 2019, 01:06:44 PM

Maybe this guy have a fatty bag so he want to empty this one on new comers who are not aware of the history of this dead coin. This is proven scam where no real person involve into this project just bunch of scammers create this token just to scam the people.

yep we have too many kiddos around, like this one:
is this airdrop token still alive ?

I still remember there are many other e-series airdrops follow this!

Is the foundation still there ? Any progress on this famous airdrop project  ?

we have too many of these kiddos whom are being a smartA or are really noobies whom are shouting: "Scam Me!"
unfortunately we dont have any protection for users on crypto and making a cryptocop is not possible at all, considering all those big players in market

103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [AIRDROP] [BOUNTY] STAK SATS - Deflationary Privacy Token on: October 25, 2019, 05:51:54 PM
it looks really funny because you don't have website but have launched an announcement here and also do airdrop, I think you also don't have whitepaper

you haven't followed many grassroots community projects have you?
He is right though. You should establish first your website, its very important in promoting a company or project. That is mandatory requirement which people look for at very first. So come back here if your website is already finish.

Website almost complete, thanks guys

seems the website isn't so much helpful for you, but a real warning to users who had been fall in your trap

http://staksats.org

I'm just sorry to see it ends here

i think its a little bit soon to be bullish-confirmed, we have not yet faced disappointment all over market Cheesy
but its surely coming as BTC dominance is losing power after the testimony nightmare, maybe some new players seeking opportunity to hop in here
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SEC blocks Telegram with its $1.7 Billion token sale on: October 25, 2019, 07:15:57 AM
It seems like nobody is really scared of those regulations. According to the last report from ICOdrops, more than 70 percent of all investors agreed to postpone the launch and do not want their money back.

when there is nothing to hide, and all the purpose is crystal clear, nobody scares of anything, scare comes to game when you are trying to do sth and want to hide the real purpose and show sth else among followers

They should refund all clients because it seems that Telegram has same problems with SEC like Libra. They can try to launch the project, probably they will only get a fine, but they are also in a risk of a total shutdown.

telegram issue is selling a token without sec approval, but in libra case, there is all different,
somehow the government afraid of losing its power to control the monetary system which will be the terrible nightmare for everyone

109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SEC blocks Telegram with its $1.7 Billion token sale on: October 21, 2019, 04:18:35 PM
The fact that telegram already had a ton of money in their pockets and also they were doing very well as a business as well and decided to do tokens instead of IPO which would mean that people who hold the tokens would have no profit sharing at all and would have no control over the company like a shareholder would meant that telegram would raise as much money or even more money on token sale than a company that does IPO and opens its stocks to public which means shareholders will make profits (dividends or stock price increase) and will have a controlling interest if they end up getting 51%+ of it and can even vote to remove the CEO so they have a decent strength.

SEC made a good decision, token sale is for stuff that needs money to exist and created, not for companies who are already doing well to make even more money just because they can without giving up anything.

telegram has not started earning from its messenger YET!
we already know they have too many great plans for their platform to make a huge nice money in future, even without the TON

and unfortunately (for those who were happy) we are gonna hear good news in next few days, it seems they are handling the problem with sec very fast and coperation has worked out

get ready for next bump
110  Local / India / Re: Many countries have cautioned on rushing into crypto currencies, says Sitharaman on: October 20, 2019, 11:56:22 AM
Things don't look positive after reading what she said and she's just quoting the countries that aren't positive about cryptos and not the ones that have supported it Sad

dear a mind is like a parachute it only functions when it is open and currently our govt is with a closed parachute, they are only seeing negatives parts of crypto and keeping closing eyes on the positive part.I sure she doesn't know a anything about crypto.she is just reading the reports which are coming on her table .. wish piyush goyal was there instead of her..agar wo hota toh tasveer kuch aur hoti  Angry
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RIPPLE on: October 19, 2019, 11:38:19 AM
It is not time yet. Bitcoin's dominance has not yet peaked. I think that this year we should see the maximum dominance of bitcoin and after that, the time for altcoins will come

there are some rumors about whales movement and preparation for November, but its not yet confirmed, but i dont think dominance would pass the previous 2013 ATH,as we are having too many alts comparing then , and some of them have shown real strength
these coins wont allow btc to repeat previous dominance, unless we see some global changes in economics and crypto world
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SEC blocks Telegram with its $1.7 Billion token sale on: October 19, 2019, 11:24:34 AM
latest telegram reaction shows that they are not gonna leave the project, they will fight back soon

current offer to halt the project temporary means they will start negotiation to be able to have usa-users back in project;
exactly as it was predicted few days back

next step will be getting a license and paying the sec shares to have the free pass
113  Local / India / Re: Bithumb to launch in India - A thumb to eye for Anti-Bitcoin gang! on: October 19, 2019, 08:07:02 AM
Then how come a Korean exchange is expected to start in India? How?

bro so far crypto to crypto trading is working fine here... and sites like [wazirx] also providing p2p service ... so if they can run business here then why not korean exchange can do it... problem will starts when govt bans crypto to crypto or crypto to p2p services,so far both working fine here..also i am still sure there are more way for doing the business.. you just neeed some professional players to find the loophole in system Wink ..
114  Local / India / Re: What's you view on the court case ongoing in Supreme Court-Positive or Negative? on: October 19, 2019, 07:38:25 AM
I guess that draft bill will be debated in winter session, this can overrule the court decision so this case may never get it's hearing.

actually that's what I am thinking rt now .. but if they ban crypto then it will huge loss for India and their people.. and govt action will increase the black market for buy n sell of crypto .. in the end, govt will lose tax and other charges.. and they will kill the thousands of crypto users income source. Angry

115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀 [ANN][TWIST] TWIST : Revolutionising Blockchain Accessibility 🚀 on: October 17, 2019, 03:09:22 PM
Block explorer and website are still up, this means someone is paying for the renewal of the domain and the server, so possibly one day the team will be back. Blockchain is still alive and wallets are up and staking. The coin is technically alive even though the project is in deep hybernation.

we may see many such movements very soon, there are many same projects out there which were paused (scam or legit) due to over costs, but if btc moves up again, they can cover the expenses and will be back online
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SEC blocks Telegram with its $1.7 Billion token sale on: October 17, 2019, 02:53:03 PM

They are getting more and more crazy with this amounts of money!
They saw new way to take money from people easy and it is not called TAX

I don't support Telegram and Gram coin in any way, but this is just getting silly

guys its the new economic model, its not silly at all, the main reason ppl like you think that way is we had seen too many scammers using this method and make their pockets larger and larger to be able to hold all the funds they gain!

I agree this is really getting silly. Things did not have to get to this stage.

What sort of example are the SEC setting and also why did Telegram go ahead with the $1.7 billion token share before they approached the SEC and made some sort of deal where they could satisfy all requirements put to them?

although telegram is truly decentralized service, but its a russian based product and its wont be hard to understand why they didnt thought of SEC, but recent reactions to the SEC news in last few days, shows they may be getting ready to legalize that for USA users

the good news is that, project got even more attention by SEC, and will be moving forward even faster very soon
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RIPPLE on: October 17, 2019, 02:46:40 PM
in last few weeks, bitcoin domination has dropped around 10% and one of the mains reasons is xrp price which has almost completely recovered after the previous crash, it seems its xrp turn now to make some domination like previous ATH

maybe its time to fill the bags
118  Local / India / Re: What's you view on the court case ongoing in Supreme Court-Positive or Negative? on: October 17, 2019, 09:19:23 AM
So it again got postponed. Why they aren't willing to even hear the case? I'm not being negative now and am absolutely clueless whether they want to ban it or not. Sad thing is that our Government has strong views when it comes to politics and nothing else and due to this so many exchanges went bankrupt inspite of following all legal norms.

actually on 12 November we have guru nanak ji birth anniversary and thts why off day on 12 nov... and on 19 nov not sure if court will hear the case or not,  you know the indian law system .. everything and nothing is possible there Grin
119  Local / India / Re: Bithumb to launch in India - A thumb to eye for Anti-Bitcoin gang! on: October 17, 2019, 07:42:08 AM
Pretty confusing news! How come an exchange will be regulated when all existing Indian exchanges are getting their business to a different country? I think BitThumb is just being over optimistic about India eyeing the market potential. But they haven't yet faced Indian red tepism and tax terrorism. I would like them to try!

1st crypto is not so far banned p2p is people using .. which is fine according to law... as long as they show those money in tax returns then no worries, lets go back to your tax .. its not like old days where it was hard call for someone to fill tax.. now these days its very much easy task ..

120  Local / India / Re: What's you view on the court case ongoing in Supreme Court-Positive or Negative? on: October 17, 2019, 04:36:08 AM
little correction in court date: Next date is 19th November 2019. Initially the date of next hearing was fixed and verbally communicated by the Judge as 12th November. But since 12th Nov. is a holiday as per Supreme Court calendar, so the next date has been extended to 19th Nov .... taeekh Pe tareekh as expected: Smiley Tongue
