162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][VSX] V3.8.5 Version - POS v3 - ZeroCoin - Masternodes - InstantTX [VSYNC] on: June 26, 2018, 03:03:24 AM
Coinmarketcap has not updated list of available exchanges for Vsync.
For now, only TradeSatoshi in the list of exchanges for Vsync.
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/vsync-vsx/#markets
In addition, masternodes.online website has not updated information yet.
https://masternodes.online/currencies/VSX/

I strongly suggest Vsync team to sent requests to both these two websites and ask them updating information.

Most of basic questions like this one has been already answered somewhere in the forum.

164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ACED] [Masternodes] [Presale] [Bounties] on: June 25, 2018, 08:26:57 AM
Nice to see AceD listed on Coinexchange! I can't believe people are selling their coins so cheap however I don't mind as it gives me and many others who support the project to pick up some cheap coins and start another masternode or two. With what this project has planned, I won't be selling any of my coins for less then $1.
Can I stake my coins, vella?
I can not buy enough ACED to set up masternode.
In addition, statistics in masternodes.online website has not presented information on how many percent of circulating supply locked in masternodes.
It should be fixed somehow.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: June 24, 2018, 06:47:14 AM
Today is a big day for blackbytes: now they can be sent to anyone, even if they are not in Byteball yet, no pairing required.

https://medium.com/byteball/private-textcoins-6a2288d80757

This is part of version 2.3 released today https://github.com/byteball/byteball/releases

* Blackbytes and other private assets can now be sent as textcoins.  Private textcoins are files with .coin suffix, they can be sent over email, chat apps, or using a USB stick.  The file contains the mnemonic, which allows to derive the private key, and private payloads together with their entire history, this is exactly the history which is *not* posted to the public DAG.  Double-clicking the .coin file opens the app and starts claiming the textcoin (it can take a while as a long history needs to be validated), the file can be also drag-n-dropped to the app.
* Ability to sign arbitrary message to prove one's address.  The signer doesn't need to have any bytes.  The text to be signed is offered in chat, the signer clicks it and signs.
* Ability to spend unconfirmed funds.  It will be enabled in the validating code at MCI 2909000 but standard wallets will not be able to select unconfirmed coins as inputs until the next update.  Developer projects such as BIoT (which uses payment channels for streaming payments between IoT devices) can immediately take advantage of this update.  It is a breaking change, all full nodes will have to upgrade.
* Extensions of smart contract language. It is a breaking change, all full nodes will have to upgrade.
* Fixes in determining finality of transactions.  It is a breaking change, all full nodes will have to upgrade.
* Fixes in multi-send feature on non-US locale.
* Fixed the display of confirmation message when posting data (data feeds, attestations, etc) from a multi-sig wallet.  Now the message includes the data being posted.
* Multiple small bugfixes

This is a mandatory update for all full nodes (both GUI and headless).

Much great news for Byteball community!
Blackbytes might be used more widenly with this new feature.
In addition, Byteball has also fallen to its low range.
Time to buy and hold!
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SEM] Semux - Official Thread - Airdrop to ETH holders now 🚀 🚀 🚀 on: June 24, 2018, 06:40:53 AM
Just spoke with Semux and got confirmation that signature campaign will start by end of day tomorrow. Details will be shared by then as well.
Details and announcement will be released here (in the ANN topic) or with new Bounty topic, mdodong?
Waiting to see your announcement ASAP.
I missed the first signature company of SEMUX months ago, and hope that I can join this one at the first day.
167  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you using ETH for? on: June 19, 2018, 06:47:32 AM
What have you been using your ETH for?

For trading
To buy ICO
For long term investment
Other - explain

I am using ETH for three purpose:
1. Hold for long-term
2. Use ETH to transfer token to exchanges
3. Buy Potential ICO (but rarely)
168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IC] ⚡ Ignition Coin ⚡ - 5M Over 50 Years, PoW/PoS/MN - Fair Distribution on: May 04, 2018, 06:18:15 AM
Thanks for the update dev!

So there will be a hard fork in the near future which is fine with me as long as this will fix the problem. I have seen in the past that Cryptopia can be a pain when it comes to hard forks/coin swaps and sometimes delists the coin so I hope that won't be the case for Ignition when the time comes.
Which hardfork did you mention in your thread, vella?
Would you mind giving me more information about the coming fork of Ignition coin, please.
Cryptopia got lots of troubles in the last few months. Hope that they will finally come back to good operation conditions.
169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ⭐ Snowgem ⭐ First Equihash ⭐ zkSNARKs ⭐ Masternode Activated ⭐ PoW on: April 24, 2018, 04:26:40 AM
Thanks for one more new products for Snowgem community.
This is our official web wallet, you can use secret phrase, load wallet.dat or use your private key to send/receive coin.
You still can export your web wallet privatekeys then importing to SimpleWallet or Electrum wallet.

That's right and it is valuable warning message! Never should deposit your coins directly to exchanges, web wallets, etc. Keep your coins safely in computer wallets is better option for most cases.
P/S: do not mine directly to web wallet

170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 💥SOLARIS XLR💥100% PoS + Masternodes ⚡Zerocoin⚡txbit.io in development on: April 19, 2018, 09:06:15 AM
Can I get any help here? I have coins stuck on 0 confirmations two deposits on Kucoin and no replies from Kucoin for 3 days now.
One bigger deposit on the way to Cryptobridge 28 hours now no reply from them neither and no coins.
What is going on and why there are no deposits despite over 1000 confirnations on block explorer???
Lol, how smart you are! Did you see the announcement of Kucoin exchange?
https://news.kucoin.com/en/solaris-xlr-deposits-withdrawals-and-trading-are-now-enabled/
After disabled Solaris deposits, tradings, withdrawals for maintenance, for now everything come back to normal status.
You should send them support ticket and wait to see what happen.
171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DMD Diamond 3.0 | Scarce Valuable Secure | PoS 3.0 | Masternodes 65% on: April 12, 2018, 02:39:03 AM
minting doesnt become harder but the rewards become smaller

so yes scarce is soon a attribute that perfect describe how easy it is to get hands on new DMD

in my opinion markets will realize that soon and the normal

supply vs demand = price logic will kick in
Lower inflation rates, higher prices. It's basic, simple principle in the market.
Additionally, more and more promising services are coming this year, which also help to catch attentions of more potential investors, which in turn help to increase liquidity of Diamond a little bit. Eventually, Diamond price will rise some day this year.
Just buy, HODL and wait to take profits, everyone.
172  Other / Meta / Re: Possible Merit Glitch? on: April 10, 2018, 04:52:15 AM
Hi Zapo,

You are likely the second nullius in the forum.
How smart you are! 8 activities and 7 merit points. Congratulations!
173  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: April 10, 2018, 04:50:53 AM
You should use < snip > as I did to save more space for readers and make them feel more comfortable when they watch your thread. Using snip for un-used contents in the threads you quote. I don't see the need to quote the OP after the topic has passed over 200 pages after its launch.  Roll Eyes
Please remember do it next time.
< snip >

I don't think users in the forum should spend their money to buy and use such service you mentioned.
It is something like intentionally efforts to beg for merits by spending money to buy softwares to find out plagiarists, reporting them and waiting for merits.
It's ridiculous to spend all your time in the forum to do this.

Spending your time, your efforts to earn more knowledge is better choice.
There are a number of ways to find out copied content. There re paid services for this purpose like copyscape and also there are some free ways to check this. You can simply copy 2-3 lines of the post and paste it inn Google to see if it is copied from some website. This will work in most cases as the website which posted it first should appear higher in the search engines. Also, some websites have time of post made listed and you can check using that information.
174  Other / Meta / Re: A LITTLE TRUTH... on: April 03, 2018, 05:26:59 AM
Yeah, you are right at this point.
New new rank requirements gave shit-posters good chance to increase their post count without fears to be deleted by moderators, lol.
Now, it has gone, hence I don't see any reason to discuss about that. It's simply a joke, enjoyed it and let it gone.
~
Of course, to increase our number of posts and also to gain activities for us to rank up (though Merits are still needed  Tongue )

No need to create a topic to discuss about it. It is likely I am seriously but I see your topic like small effort to earn more merits by taking advantage of latest hot issue. I guess only compliant users will give their sMerits away to you for the topic.
~
Seriously saying, No need to be harsh mate. And to be honest I'm also one of those shits hahaha...
So, how about I will ask and hear all of your opinions regarding this situation. For the reason that we are also tired of seeing repeated threads all the time, Let's try to make new topics to be discuss.
175  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Twitter followers for bounty campaign on: March 24, 2018, 10:05:33 AM
How many twitter followers need for bounty campaign? (min & max)
It totally depends on requirements of managers of specific campaigns. So no one can answer your question. However, the common range from 50 or 100 followers (minimum), good payment campaigns tent to require higher followers, often from 100 and higher. To get more followers, it is very simple. You can follow projects (pariticularly crypto projects), follow their followers, then some of them will follow you back. Consequently, you will have chance to get more followers for free. More and free! Very simple.
176  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀🔥 [ANN][IMC] PoW | PoS | Masternode - Intermodal Coin on: March 13, 2018, 02:43:32 AM
You are absolutely right. So many projects with masternode feature to earn fast money. And also I hope whatever is on your whitepaper will be realized. So many projects with very detailed wp but they ended up not successful.
Yeah, many masternode projects released recently are extremely risky. Therefore, investors should be very careful with those ones and should have in-depth considerations before deciding to invest their money. Most of them are scam ones, part of them are real ones, and small part of them are good ones.

Good luck with your decision!
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BOUNTY]🔴Deviant Coin🔴[DEV] PoS + Masternodes [🔥IN EXCHANGE🔥] on: February 28, 2018, 01:32:40 AM
Exactly! Recent weeks we have witnessed bunches of masternode coins released; and as you stated they almost have no idea or detailed plans about what they should and have to do to develop their projects. Those projects are likely scam ones.
DeviantCoin is one of the best POS/MN coins in my opinion. I did loads of research before investing here, and the majority of the other coins on MasterNodes.online are just purely a currency, and on their road maps have things like "Planning on being the main crypto currency for commerce" along with other vague claims whilst offering no solutions how they're going to achieve it, and no features other than POS and MN.
It's good to see Deviant developers has released the project roadmap with very specific objectives and detailed plans to reach their ultimate targets.

I love that Dev is working on a decentralised exchange along with a hard wallet, and also has great returns for investors.
178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [SUM] [PoW] Ṩ Bitsum - Telegram-oriented cryptocurrency on: February 27, 2018, 01:12:50 PM
Yeah, I love your opinion. Above 100 satoshis is the reasonable price after swapping. You seems to be a miner, am I too late to mine right now?
That depends upon your point of view, dude. Recent difficutly and total hashrates almost trippled after Bitsum listed on its first exchange. However, good news for you is its price has stayed really low. Is it good signal for traders?
Furthermore, as a miner, you should learn, observe the difficulty-hashrate cycle and their mutual relationship. More time you spend for mining, more experience you get and you might be smarter (just might be).

Good luck and happy mining, dude.
179  Other / Meta / Re: Giving merits to an OLD post or thread is legal or illegal? on: February 21, 2018, 02:08:18 PM
I think it is a waste of merit, and it goes against the spirit of the system. The idea of merit is to encourage fresh new posts and posters that are assets to the board. Rewarding tired old posts, and bumping out of date threads, isn't going to build a vibrant new community.
You are missing a point. Merit system launched with original objectives are encouraging forum's members contribute more high-quality posts. Therefore, you can give high-quality, useful threads merits. In addition, if you don't want to send merit to old posts, what is official definition of old posts? One day, two days, one week, two weeks or two months after published, one thread will become old posts, lol.
180  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [How-to] the Search button on: February 14, 2018, 11:11:02 PM
This post honestly needs to be pinned. Even though I'm pretty sure new members don't read pinned topics anyway.

Tip: One of the most useful refined search tricks in browsing bitcointalk is using the "site:" query.

Example:
Code:
site:bitcointalk.org signature campaigns
That Google query will view you all or most relevant topics concerning signature campaigns, that are only under the bitcointalk.org domain.
Thanks for your tips. This is my first time I know this feature of search function. This one will help me a lot and save my time.
