This is very interesting. It seems this is the first project that I know holding an IEO together with an ICO. Quite an interesting move by their team. I hope this is a perfect move for them to gather funds needed for their platform.
I believe this is an attempt to give greater credibility and strong to the project. One of the biggest difficulties in some ICOs is the submission of tokens to some exchange after ICO is completed. |

Yeah, although Vindax isn't that popular every person can participate in this ICo without any limits. You know, you don't need to hold exchange tokens and wait for a chance.
and what do you advise to do with tokens at this stage? maybe sell or still keep on the wallet? I think it is not a good decision to sell tokens right now. You can hold them on the wallet, and wait for better prices. Yes, the ideal is to keep the tokens with the prospect of future liquidity. But this is a very personal decision. What are your concerns? |

You know, I think so too. I’ve read many posts here and I think that most likely everything will end quickly. I agree, let's see the IEO. It isn't a major exchange, but they are starting. The price is good, there is some liquidity and the risk is calculated. This is a good strategy. I don't think they are scammers. |

Do you consider crypterium as a competitors? As far as I know they have similar structure as you, they have released card, apps, develop banking ecosystem and so on.
Will you compete or cooperate with them?
Good question. Since most of these projects are afraid of competition. And here it is interesting to hear the answer. Yeah. Good question. I believe that Crypterium can to be considered an indirect competitor. Cripterium looks have focus in "normal" users (CC, payments, perks, etc). But the market for all-in-one solution is immense. Maybe PointPay focus can to be stock marketing (trading, cryptoassets, etc). |

That is really cool. I don't invest money in those IEOs without any basement behind their website and you have different products!
I agree with you. The project needs to be a real application at the world. Not only a heavy idea. The idea behind PXP token is interesting and it will be used to connect all ecossystem. Cool. |

I believe that the number of users can increase a lot. They have more that 8K followers on Telegram now and growing. IEOs generally brings more credibility to the project with the exposure.

There are some exchanges out there that doesn't charge any listing fees. An overwhelming majority of exchange platforms charge the fee before the token sale. And they confess that they don't have free places for other projects, as they submitted applications from them a year ahead. If paid platforms do not provide oppurnunity to conduct a token sale, how can a fee-free platform enable it? I assume this is the answer. |

This is a necessary step to be taken for a new exchange platform. It will take a considerable amount of time in order to accumulate significant liquidity reserves to meet in the future large traders' needs. What's so important about liquidity anyway? As long as there is volume and a lot are trading done within that specific exchange then its easy to say that it will be part of the top 10 exchanges. Just like Binance, they have very good volume. Better read more about the definition of liquidity mate so you will know how important it is. Liquidity is described as how quickly a product or asset can be quickly bought or sold in the market without affecting the asset's price. Liquidity is defined as the ability of an asset to be converted into cash, on demand, without any difficulty. Don't think your answer is perfectly correct especially concerning the crypto market that is more about converting crypto to crypto rather than crypto to fiat. A lot of jurisdictions banned cryptocurrencies so that it's illegal to conduct financial transactions with them. Is bitcoin a liquid asset? Yes, it is. But only when it is converted to another crypto. Once you try to convert bitcoin into cash (US dollar, for instance), you will encounter a lot of troubles and will likely go to the localbitcoins platform that permits offline exchanges without participation of banks that will be interested in the source of funds in your account. Think it over both, folks. So which is it? Can you be more direct, Is liquidity important in an exchange? and how can it help a crypto exchange? They have a good intention but this kind of accusations will definitely hurt them I hope someone from the team will go here to clear everything and it's not right that they are kicking people if they are asking legit questions in their chat channel big sign that they are alluding to something which is not good.
