My plan is to sell altcoins when it goes back to normal, and for now i'm going to hold it.

my suggest to you the safest to keep your coins is in the exchange, I keep my coins in my wallet but my wallet get hacked and now my coins gone.

Yes its good time to buy ETH now because the market is down and hold it until it go back to normal price.
