1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is dangerous.... on: September 07, 2018, 06:00:44 PM
Coins can only be accessed, or “mined” by solving complex computing problems. As each block of coins gets mined, the problems become harder and harder, requiring increased computing grunt. This currency is private and totally anonymous, which has prompted a surge in users choosing Bitcoins to pay for illegal goods, primarily through the online.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat Currency Always Fails on: September 06, 2018, 03:43:13 PM
Fiat currencies are considered far more stable than commodity-backed currencies. That's because the value of a commodity is based on its stability, and its price will tend to fluctuate based on its physical reserves. It has a high risk of eventually becoming devalued and worthless as a result of economical inflation. A fiat currency system comes into existence as a result of excessive debt and the resulting hyperinflation.
3  Other / Politics & Society / Re: We need more moral education on: September 06, 2018, 10:39:18 AM
Some people assume that a lack of religious upbringing is central to the plight of our misguided society. Others reason that our value crises stems from future shock. erosion of family life, cosmopolitan effects of mass media, revolution in science and technology, and the complexity of ecological problems. We are advised that many people, young and old, are unaware of their moral responsibilities to themselves and to other people.
4  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The difference between science and religion on: September 06, 2018, 10:09:11 AM
Science is humankind's effort in trying to understand our environment. We came up with many methods of thought and data processing to be able to define and understand the world. Religion is not supposed to be man made. It claims to be from a higher source and is meant to be guidance. It tries to teach us of things that are intangible. Then we look at most of the Religions today, and see that we have imposed our own superstitions, strange traditions, rituals and beliefs.
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hackers ? on: September 05, 2018, 12:39:27 PM
Many bitcoin and blockchain enthusiasts wondered if the inherent crypto nature of both was sound enough to withstand constant hacking. Most experts recommend keeping your value in an offline wallet that can’t be accessed by malware or hackers. This can also make it harder to use that value. The offline nature can add days of waiting to use or update the value store.

7  Economy / Marketplace / Re: your own factors behind an investment on: September 04, 2018, 03:03:45 PM
For me factor investing is a strategy that chooses securities on attributes that are associated with higher returns. The is factor investing can offset potential risks by targeting broad, persistent, and long recognized drivers of returns.Understanding how factors work can help you capture their potential for excess return and reduced risk. It’s about empowering investors to deliberately and directly access ideas to help achieve their financial goals.
8  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin global regulation on: September 04, 2018, 02:55:20 PM
Things have already begun to heat up as countries around the world grapple with cryptocurrencies and try to determine how they are going to treat them. Most digital currencies are not backed by any central government, meaning each country has different standards. Need to ensure the right set of rules are applied to the right users to remain compliant across multiple jurisdictions.

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The market goes up or bull-trap ? on: August 21, 2018, 09:01:13 PM
For me its designed to make people believe the value of a tradeable asset will increase spectacularly. Bull traps can be very dangerous for anyone who is trading with a larger portfolio. It doesn’t matter if you are a novice or professional trader, anyone can become a victim of a bull trap. Technical analysis can indicate bullish momentum is about to materialize. Some people will jump on these opportunities the first chance they get.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is NEO a good future invest !!?? on: August 21, 2018, 03:14:40 PM

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Buying XRP on: August 20, 2018, 09:57:00 PM
Is the fact that Ripple is designed to increase global liquidity of money by allowing transfers around the world to take place at record speeds and for very little in terms of fees. Ripple is just one piece of a rapidly growing cryptocurrency ecosphere. You can then purchase XRP on Bitstamp by selecting the correct market for your currency and completing an order in the main account.

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple is going to ? on: August 20, 2018, 03:26:21 PM
Consider a money transfer structure where the two parties on either end of the transaction use their preferred middlemen to receive the money.
The digital currency,  acts as a bridge currency to other currencies. It does not discriminate between one fiat/crypto currency and another, and thus, makes it easy for any currency to be exchanged for another.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waves Sell Or Hodl? on: August 20, 2018, 03:10:57 PM
Is used in the cryptocurrency community when referring to holding the cryptocurrency rather than selling it. In these crypto communities, offline or online, with the rise of cryptocurrencies, a new breed of lingo has also developed. It means that they believe their coin will be profitable one day, if not today.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: IS ETHERDELTA SAFE? on: August 20, 2018, 12:16:32 PM
I think is not safe to keep on any exchange long term. In this case, I would not store it on the linked wallet either. It costs very little in gas to transfer to a wallet that is never linked to any sites or exchanges, just to be extra safe. There isn't really anything wrong with the wallet itself, it's just that the method of creating a wallet and how you use it opens up attack.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin and investment on: August 20, 2018, 11:59:00 AM
Many altcoins are trying to target any perceived limitations that Bitcoin has and come up with newer versions with competitive advantages. Some investors are more risk tolerant than others and are thus more willing to lose some of their principal in return for the chance of generating a higher profit. The investor's ability to tolerate risk and the incremental return associated with increasing amounts of risk.

17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency is a bubble? on: August 19, 2018, 08:58:12 PM
The meteoric rise in value of some types of cryptocurrency has many convinced the industry is in a bubble. In this article, we'll look at the arguments for and against that assumption. The interest in new currencies will take awhile to die down, especially as they swing in price to their actual value.” As is the case with most investing, it's wise not to let short-term bounces create panic, but to take more of a long-term look—though we understand that can be difficult to do with a new type of investment.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Experience in 150 airdrops! on: August 19, 2018, 07:02:32 PM
As a way to spread awareness to the relevant audience of potential investors and eventual enthusiasts, coin teams will, from time-to-time, do airdrops. An Airdrop takes away the payment bit of this process, instead giving more value towards informing people of their offering, and giving every one the chance to own some tokens. Method of distributing tokens is a better way to accomplish the same objectives of an ICO.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Verge and Pornhub on: August 18, 2018, 04:23:47 PM
Verge cryptocurrency is anonymity-focused, which is why Pornhub executives say they chose it over other potential partners. It should be noted that anyone can view Verge cryptocurrency transactions through its public ledger, but it uses the anonymity tool Tor and an anonymous network. Pornhub wasn’t one of the sites to include cryptocurrency as a payment method back then, likely because Bitcoin’s prices were still low.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: best investment on: August 18, 2018, 12:05:38 PM
Method for evaluating any best investment is the percentage of people who buy into it and get their money back or the profit to earned. The next rule of thumb is how many made returns above their investments. Most successful investors are what can be called hedged risk-takers. That means that they will take risks periodically if they can afford to, but they never take more risks than are considered necessary to accomplish their goals.
