I have a story to tell that involves the main dev of B2B Coin.  I am bringing this to light because at the end of the day, everyone deserves to know who is really in charge of this project.  I will wait to post my personal thoughts and feelings after I simply cut and paste an unedited conversation between him and I.  I will preface this story with an acknowledgement that I made several errors that resulted in the loss of some coin.  I accept my responsibility in that, I hope what follows justifies this original statement.



So here is my take, or as other's call it, my opinion.  Here is a guy who is the developer for a "Business 2 Business" coin.  On his website, under some funky picture that doesn't look professional at all, he states: "Olivier is a great Devops, Full Stack Engineer. After years of experience in the B2B Business, He finally decided something had to change. Therefore he invented B2B."  So evidently this guy named Olivier has "YEARS" of experience in the Business 2 Business Business?  Really?  What kind of double talk is that?  If you have years of experience, didn't you learn that treating those who are in essence your customers with at least a little bit of respect is the greatest investment you can make?

Now I've been told by many in the past that I can be rude and brash.  I'll concede that point.  However, do you feel my initial statement to the "owner" and "devops" (As an aside, what the fuq is a devops?  Some half breed developer / sys op?  Does this mean you do both functions equally poorly?) as he calls himself was actually rude?  Take it from the context of someone who just lost over 10k coins because of a stupid mistype and the fact I even started my sentence with "Please"...

Here is a "customer" of this developer.  Someone who has decided to use his own energy and devices to further a coin.  Of course, I mined it for my own profit, but regardless, I am also helping Olivier by supporting his network with my hash.  You would think that if someone actually had years of experience in the business world, not even the B2B business world(again wtf double talk?), that they might have learned the simple concept of customer service.  I wasn't there demanding him to refund me the coins I lost.  I accepted they were gone and that there were steps I could have taken to prevent this.  However, the response given to me is absolutely absurd.  Is it professional?  Was it warranted?  All I was seeking was that he would implement something that just about any REAL software has (double password entry for password creation) that would prevent others from having to experience what I just did yet he says I'm barking at him?  WTF?  He was asked about adding this back in February on their telegram and asked the person to add it to the github as a request.  It's there, but here we are 3 months later with no update.

Now, having been in business myself for close to 20 years I'd like to think that I might know a thing or two about customer service.  The first is that even if I don't agree with the customer, I don't spit in their face or insult them.  How hard would it have been for this guy to simply say, "Hey bro, I'm sorry you had that happen to you.  I'm really stressed with a lot of things to do but I will make a real effort to try and implement that as soon as possible."  That's a blowing smoke statement which doesn't concede anything.  It doesn't promise anything.  It simply makes someone who just lost some money maybe feel a little bit better about it.  It might help that person feel that you aren't some idiot dev who got in way over his head and really doesn't have any experience whatsoever to truly accomplish this undertaking, which is what my opinion of Olivier has become.

You know what they call situations as I describe above?  Scams.  The staff of this coin includes a listed troll.  Seriously, his function is being a troll on their telegram, discord, and perhaps here.  What?  Does that lend credence to a real business to business marketplace?  

Here is my official take on this.  We have a bunch of stoners (have you seen their pictures? ) trying to get rich.  Everyone else is doing it, so #metoo.  

Who else wants to invest in a coin that will be dead in a year?  #notmetoo!

I'm sure I'll now be banned from their social media outlets for this post but I don't care.  Luckily in the grand scheme of things, losing any amount of something destined to be worth nothing really isn't a loss.
