Palit gtx 1060 3gb @ 1974 gpu /+600 mem and I'm getting ~17 MH/s DaggerHashimoto ~832 MH/s Decred in dual mining.
What could be the reason for such low hashrate? Mining with NiceHash miner 2.1.0.2 beta.
Thanks for any help.
What memory do you have? I have a 1060 3gb with Hynix and Samsung, the Hynix card reaches 18Mh/s and Samsung 23.5 Mh/s on ETH alone. The memory plays a big role both cards have basically the same price but the Samsung one clearly is winning on nearly all the algorithms.

hi guys anyone mine ethereum with RX 570 4gb/8gb (elpida/hynix)
i used many bios, many afterburner settings, many amd driver but hashrate stop at 24 and power consumption is HUGE (over 800w at wall for 2 gpus!!!)
configuration: i3 4gb win10 claymore 10 amd driver 17.11
can you post your bios/settings for a benchmark? i don't understand
thank you!
What clocks are you running on the GPU? That kind of power consumption seems way of and way above 100% PL for two of them. Nothing else eating up electricity? How hot are the GPUs? Just for your reference my rig with 6x RX 570 is consuming 530W off the wall with cryptonight and 720W for dagger.

Thank you for your mining guide! But I have a question? Do you mine to your Cryptopia account? It is not recommended by Cryptopia. And what is the most reliable pool now ? Thank you!
It is strongly advised to NOT mine to your cryptopia account. Check my guide for how to transfer your mined coins from the paper wallet to i.e. cryptopia. https://swisscryptominer.blogspot.ch/2017/11/how-to-wire-electroneum-etn-from-your.htmlThere seems to be no most reliable pool, I was mining for few days on electroneum.space but it went down yesterday evening and I had to switch to electromine.fr.

Glad I mined some when the NetHash was lower. Was there any communication about the Cryptopia addition? It would also be interesting to know who initiated it and payed the fee (a fee is required if I remember correctly)

Some feedback on the refusal reason to the campaign would be appreciated. Thoroughness and providing feedback that the signature is not displayed as intended is normally a good thing

Hi everyone. As I am following this project already for a couple of weeks and also own some BTX I informed some colleagues and friends about BTX and wrote a small blog to just summarise the key points. At the end I also looked at the current chart situation and it actually doesn't look that good right now. https://swisscryptominer.blogspot.ch/2017/12/bitcore-btx-investment-opportunity.htmlFeedback is always welcome! Does anyone know a good chart analysis page for cryptocurrencies?

@Campaign manager: can you revise the jr member signature. It is too long and I fixed it myself but I see that some members are displaying the incorrect signature.

Thanks Llec and team for the well managed campaign, payments were always right on time. My first campaign and it was a pleasure

@shibob: That are impressive figures. You are lucky to purchase these cards at such a price. I even as the manufacturer over here and they pointed me to the only vendor who sells them but it's totally overpriced.
I would get some without hesitation at a reasonable price. Well done!

A low power limit on the GPUs and maybe additional cooling (big 120mm slow rotating and silent fans) will help you to decrease the fan speed on the GPUs which is normally the source of the noise. It makes also a difference on which algo you are mining - Equihash consumes more than Dagger and thus produces more heat which requires a faster spinning fan that results in a higher noise level.

Is the 4g (mining option when using more than 4 cards) enabled in the BIOS? If yes, disable it clean the drivers, reinstall them, make sure all cards work fine and only then reactivate the 4g option. Today I actually went through the same procedure.
Thanks! Hope its didnt drive you insane. I will disable 4G encoding and clean the drivers with DDU and then install all 6 cards (one at a time) and then enable 4G encoding at the very end. Question: before I activate 4G encoding will all 6 cards be detected properly in device manager? You will most likely only be able to see 5 off them while only 4 of them work properly. If you check the details for the card that has an error it normally says something about "not enough resources available". After enabling 4G encoding you will be able to see all of them.

The AMD cards are also a bit harder to configure. Nvidia cards are basically just plug adjust in aferburner and mine.
I have 1060/1070 and 1070 Ti and prefer the last two cards as they just have more muscles. It is true that the 1060 probably has the best price/performance spot but less punch. A 1070 rig will also produce more heat.

I somehow missed this Cyberweek offer from HF. What do you thing about this guys? After the extended Halloween offer this just looks like another attempt to attract some fresh money. With a high demand there is no need to create such a campaign. I have only a small contract with them but I hope to get one payout before this goes bust.
I've been at HashFlare 5 minutes ago reinvesting my daily earnings, like I have been doing since the Cyber Week Promotion I reinvest in BTC and ETH Good luck with your investment. But as I stated already earlier this is exactly what they hope to achieve. Imagine you have long or short position that is constantly going in the wrong direction. The human reaction would be to put more funds and wait for it to turn into your direction. The best thing is probably just close the position. The same applies to the HF contracts.

Very disappointing development of the price of BTX.
Marketing, marketing...

BTX will never be the next BTC. BTC will remain king. The race is on for the next payment system. Alt coins must prove their worth by displaying how they can function in this environment. Mass transaction testing, enhanced security, and a diverse block chain. Hash for BTX needs spread out for security and mining need to be more profitable. Since BTX is GPU minable there needs to be a "fast" no-fee miner for both AMD and Nvidia cards to encourage mining. Just my thoughts. Exactly this. The open source miner works fine but I always have the feeling that the dispayed hashrate is much higher than the one at the pool. The other paid miner, well I’m not a fan of this model. A bounty on a new miner would make a lot of sense!

i build my first 1070 ring yesturday
but it get a lot of trouble now
Temp: GPU0: 65C GPU1: 60C GPU2: 54C GPU3: 57C GPU0: 391 Sol/s GPU1: 333 Sol/s GPU2: 336 Sol/s GPU3: 385 Sol/s Total speed: 1445 Sol/s ......
It's very low hashrate for GTX1070. What is your OC settings? Do you use 0.3.4b version of EWBF? It also could be because of Windows build version. I had similar problem with Win10 without Aniverssary update. After reinstalling to 1703build hashrate became normal (470Sol/s at 150W consumption) It might also be worthwhile to check you CPU load. Your PSU is powerful enough? Did you install afterburner and made any custom settings? It looks a little bit as if the cards don’t have enough power.

can somebody tell me the sizes of the moonlander? I have this 4 port USB hub and i'd like to have 3 moonlanders on it but im afraid they wont fit... too wide. I prefer cm's.
Here's a picture of them in a 7 port hub - they take up approximately 3 spaces. https://i.imgur.com/hb4b4vD.jpgLooks nice man! What hashrate are you reaching with them? They are not really getting that hot I assume?

After switching back the HX 1200 unit to the AMD rig it just worked fine. I didn't change anything just replaced the PSU unit and left all the power cables where they were before (besides swapping the MB power cable).
Funny thing now is that I installed another GPU via the M2 slot - at first Windows detected the new GPU but I had to reinstall and now it is all messed up. Screen stays black I can't boot from the Boot ready USB Stick - I have no idea how to fix this besides reinstalling from scratch. Did you guys encountered this already?
Edit: Windows is not fully booting up as I am not able to connect with Teamviewer. I suspect this is a graphics driver issue, searching for the topic returns many hits but nothing really useful.
Ok disabling 4G - cleaning the drivers, reinstalling them patching them and turning on 4G again solved the issue. Just Windows that wanted to go nuts. Now the additional card in the M2 slot also works like a swiss clock Thanks everyone for the help - appreciated!
