541  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Almost Lost Bitcoins Recovered - Forgotten Wallet Details on: February 15, 2022, 02:26:30 PM
~ I don't know how far this is true or is this a way of promoting Crypto Treasure Hunters, but this is really a happy moment for Rhonda getting back her bitcoins after nine years.
Yeah there's promotion involve but the story sounds true to me.

Photo of the father and son who helped her in another article:

We'll never see 'Rhonda' for security purposes.

~ While reading, I was waiting for the part where she gave them too much info, and they got all the coins for themselves.
Mine was a little different. She gave them info, paid an upfront money, and never got anything in return Grin It's the stories that I usually read from victims of (fraudulent) recovery services. She was lucky to meet those guys instead of scammers
542  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I’m planning to surprise my soon-to-be-bride sister some BTC on her wedding day on: February 15, 2022, 12:57:23 PM
Step 1: Taught her how to use a non-custodial mobile wallet
Step 2: Teaching her how to use a more secure wallet (hardware)

^ Pretty good approach I guess. I hope she will remember the lesson of using those two wallets and not just the crypto inside them Grin

Do you plan to give it to her on the day of the wedding? Maybe consider giving it later because I'm sure she'll get a lot of gifts and the HW could be misplaced.
543  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: February 15, 2022, 06:37:18 AM
Impressive start by Seth Curry on his new team. Good job on Steve for choosing him as starter and giving him a lot of playing time.

~
Can't wait to see Kyrie and Ben Simmons playing together, I hope it goes well.
I honestly don't want to see this because I don't think the pairing could work long term but I guess it's inevitable. Durant is still out and they have to do something to improve their place in the table. I still prefer Curry on Guard while Simmons on Guard or Forward position.
544  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 BetFury.io|⭕️BFG in a Squid NFT World on Biswap⭕️|🏰New in-house game Tower on: February 14, 2022, 02:11:18 PM
~ Since this is not announced here, the initiative of listing comes from Coinsbit? Coinsbit just add BFG to earn from trading commission? Trading volume is ridiculous. Whole exchange itself is rather questionable. Does BFG really need that Coinsbit? Can BetFury ask Coinsbit to delist them ? (just asking)
As mentioned by @BitcoinHunt3r, here's the tweet announcing the listing:

⚡️#BFG is LISTED on #Coinsbit ⚡️
https://coinsbit.io/trade_classic/BFG_USDT
💰Buy, Sell, Exchange
💰BFG price: $0.019
💰#Trading pair: BFG/ #USDT

Stay tuned!
⚡️BFG Trading Competition on Coinsbit
is coming soon!

I don't know who contacted who for this listing but it doesn't really matter because Betfury is already planning on adding liquidity there for the trading competition. It's hard to think they will back out from that now. Not sure if it's their way of getting the trade volume needed to list on higher tier and more reputable exchanges (it probably is).
545  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin War on: February 14, 2022, 11:28:21 AM
Do you anticipate a future in which there is a large-scale battle between pro-and anti-Bitcoin nations?
I don't see it happening and it doesn't make sense for countries to go to war because of their stance on Bitcoin and BTC. The fact is that countries can choose to live without using blockchain or cryptocurrency. BTC might be considered scarce due to the limited supply but it's not really a necessity for them unlike resources such as oil.
546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: February 14, 2022, 09:44:03 AM
Well... unfortunately Ja Morant got injured a few days ago playing against Hornets.

I Google it and didn't find any relevant information about his injury.

Was his injury serious? Will he return 100% healthy for the regular season? Some information or updates!!?

Thanks
Also cannot find any sources for the injury so I guess it means he is okay. He stepped on the cameraman but not after landing from the air so I think it's not much of an impact to create a scary injury.
Yeah it doesn't looked too bad. He doesn't seem bothered by it when he returned in the fourth quarter. Ankle injuries usually just require some basic treatments and few days rest.

Holy crap. I didn't know Kristaps Porzingis was traded.
I was actually surprise because he was playing well before the knee injury. It looks like Dallas doesn't want to take the risk of taking an injury prone big man anymore.

Harden - Simmons was the highlight of the trade deadline but there have been plenty of moves and you can check them out at the NBA trade tracker.
547  Economy / Gambling / Re: ltccasino big win in Booming games on: February 14, 2022, 06:57:26 AM
Two things are happening here..

1. The casino does not have the available cashflow to payout large withdrawals, so they pay in smaller increments as new money come in.

2. They draw out the payment process, knowing that the gambler will continue playing and will also lose most of his/her balance ..so eventually it will be much less to payout.

You have to hand it to these small casinos, they have genius backup plans to manage a small bankroll..... and they also know how to hide it.  Roll Eyes
3. The cap and the delay for processing withdrawal requests due to 'technical errors' was also a way to buy them time and review the logs of the said player. In the case of LTCCasino, it minimized the loss they suffered when player (OP) exploited the casino using a separate software. Check their post above.
548  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: February 13, 2022, 01:13:29 PM
I completely missed the fight as I thought it would be tomorrow. Anyway, I lost my bet on under 4.5 but how was the main event? I'm yet to watch the full replay (watched highlights only) but I can see the close score on two judges. Was it really that close?

I'm glad I skipped betting on Lewis by KO Grin

edit: Yeah it's a close one. If only Rob could keep him on the ground but Izzy is surprisingly great at defending or recovering.
549  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: TIME TO LOOK FOR A NEW MERIT SOURCE! on: February 13, 2022, 12:34:12 PM

551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: About Snooker Game on: February 12, 2022, 01:28:50 PM
I used to watch Snooker broadcasted on television but never really played the game. At first, I thought rules were complicated probably because I only played pool like 9-ball and 8-ball format. There were even times when we played 9-ball using a snooker table and it was harder to shoot because the pockets were smaller.

By the way, anyone interested betting on snooker games using cryptocurrencies can check Thunderpick https://thunderpick.com/en/sports/snooker
552  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Users Accused of White Supremacy on: February 12, 2022, 11:53:27 AM
Part in the video mentioning Canadian Government freezing fiat donations through Gofundme and GiveSendGo starts at 6:00. The Fox News commentator is actually right when he said that it's pushing people towards cryptocurrencies and blockchain is pretty tough for authorities to control. I don't get the idea that crypto guys has to be white supremacists in order to be considered as a threat to the Government. So it's just nothing if it's only other races adopts it?

~ What is your own opinion on this development?
Nothing new. They are discrediting bitcoin to discourage people from donating. By the way, who was that lady in the video? Is she someone from the Government too or a CNBC commentator?
553  Economy / Economics / Re: Forbes Announces $200 Million Strategic Investment From Binance on: February 12, 2022, 09:12:05 AM
~
It looks like they're gearing themselves up to work in lots of advertising on the forbes network and probably slide in plenty of "infotainment" pieces to push their company.
I guess that's the main idea behind the $200 Million investment. They want to tap into Forbes' network and hope they could get more institutional investors choose them over other competitors like Coinbase. That's some serious money there but it could pay off.

Sixers will surely benefit with this trade if they will maximize Harden's talent.
How do you propose they maximize his talent if Harden's main strength is on isolation plays? Would you let him have the ball and do his fancy dribbles most of the time to maximize his scoring? That would mean his teammates will have less time with the ball. Embiid is not an old-time center who just waits for a pass in side the paint. He loves to show off his handles as well.
555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: February 11, 2022, 11:51:04 AM

By the way, in ECF, I guess there are plenty of good teams in the East, and we cannot just assume a repeat, we have Memphis, Bulls, and Sixers
I'm guessing that supposed to be Miami Heat and not Memphis because they play in the Western Conference.

By the way guys, don't forget to vote on the poll in this coming all-star. OP updated the poll and there are already 2 votes, 50-50 result because I voted for Team Durant. What's your pick? and why do you think they'll win?
Team Durant as well. Not that I really think they would win but it seems more exciting to watch younger players like Morant and Ball. I think they have extra motivation to prove they have what it takes to play against the vets of team Lebron.
556  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BEST SPORTS BETTING PICKS - GUARANTEED PROFIT - WOSPORT [#1 PREDICTIONS] on: February 11, 2022, 06:24:00 AM
You never run out of money if you follow our money management instructions, for example the bets on the spreadsheet are with a bankrol of $5000. All about discipline and money management.
In your bets from Feb. 6 to Feb 7, what would you have done if you also lost the $2350? Would you increase the bet again in the next match or start over again with a small amount ($25)?

1 Year and a half into betting, and never 'lost all my money' as you said.
Well, good for you. Would you still say for sure you'll have guaranteed profits in the next years to come? That's my main issue with your post.

If you still insist with that, would you be willing to set up an escrow for the refund in case of no profit in 7 days?

Di ba sa Kardiachain ka kabayan?
Both.

Bets Won: 29
Bets lost: 33
Although your win ratio is pretty high, don't place 'guaranteed profit' in your betting pick service. According to your table, you ended up with over $900 profits but that's because you placed higher bets to cover your losses in previous matches. I assume you will keep on doing the same thing over and over again until you get unlucky and ran out of money.

I watched Steve Nash's interview about the Harden - Simmon trade and I can't tell if he's happy with it or not (he doesn't look excited). He's just glad to move forward without trade rumor distractions. At least he respect his game and said some good things about Simmons in the past despite his poor shooting.

Ben’s a generational talent. Crazy athlete, can play multiple positions on offense and defense. Obviously his glaring weakness is the shooting, but he’s so gifted that he can make up for it in other ways, and it’s about finding a way for him to be at his best for this group. And that’s a challenge for this club, is how do all the pieces fit together? Ben’s ability at both ends of the floor is unique and he’s a special, special player.

“I wouldn’t put it past him to become a reliable shooter at some stage in his career, but he still does so many things at both ends of the floor that if you could find a way as an organization to promote that, you have an incredible, incredible piece. That is a huge challenge — how do all the pieces fit? … I think it’s something that Brett [Brown] and everyone are working through every day. It’s a gift and a curse.

Since Ingles is injured with this trade, I agree that the Jazz won the trade even though the players involved in this trade aren't that popular aside from Ingles.
Apart from the injury, let's try to compare the stats. Nickeil's 3-point percentage is a little lower than Joe but that's still over 30%. His PPG is in double figures which is higher. He is also younger and could play more minutes. If he's as good as his stats says, he could be very helpful to the Jazz's playoff run.

^Juancho Hernangomez was just traded and now he is moving again.  Grin Is there something worst than jet lag?
Grin As long as he gets a team and a decent contract, that should be good.
