381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why some country still not legalized bitcoin ? on: December 06, 2017, 04:15:27 AM
I seen some big country started to legalized bitcoin like japan, but i seen some country was ban bitcoin too just like what i hear about south korean and issues about russian will ban bitcoin in next month.
But why they ban bitcoin and some country still not make bitcoin legal in that country ?

Hi there wellsontheja! Based on my reading from different sources there are actually a handful of country that tell bitcoin is legal. What mostly government and banks announce is that bitcoin or cryptocurrencies could be a potential financial risk. Many company took advantage to ask investor to funding in their new more advantageous coin in the market. Whoever, not all altcoins are considered successful enough to generate revenue which ended up to discontinue. Another reason is that the government could not endorse something to the community which they alone cannot regulate or control.  Wink

It's a wildfire....

Hi there BitCaptcha! In deed it is a huge and spreading hot price of bitcoin, I hope it continue to soar high and reach 30k before the end of this year. Some predicted $10k before end of the year but when it reaches before end of November some predict that $12k will be reach at the end of the year, but currently it is on $12 so the next optimistic price I think will be $30k. I think on December 18 when the CME group announce the future contract, the price will be so strong as a hurricane that most of the people will dive in to the trend of cryptocurrency.  Wink
383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When you first know about bitcoin what was the price? on: December 06, 2017, 03:31:01 AM
bitcoin price is know over $11714.95 and growing,
share your knowledge/memory of the first time you know of the value of bitcoin was.
My first time knowing bitcoin it was valued at $200+. Smiley

Hi there Hobo66! I first discover the bitcoin when the price is around $500 but since there are so many speculations on those late year I didn’t start to invest. What follows is even worst when I read the news about the Mt Gox going bankruptcy which bring down with them the million-dollar amount of bitcoin. I just came back when I read the news that Bill Gates have predicted that the bitcoin could reach 10k and I’m lucky enough to invest some amount when the bitcoin is in $5,000. Somewhat, I regret that I didn’t start and believed earlier.  Wink

385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 11k plus is the price of Bitcoin Now. my fear is..... on: December 03, 2017, 02:13:46 PM
Bitcoin might drastically go down deep following the sudden surge in price. If am wrong you can correct my impression thank you.

Hi there bitcoinbillionaireboy! Do you fear that your billion dollar worth of bitcoin will dissipate its value when price go south? Don’t you worry boy, I think the price drop is unavoidable and will repeatedly going to happen as bitcoin continue to evolve. Ironically, what most of trader need is a sudden price plunge to correct, to refill and to refresh its skyrocketing journey. My advice is to just trust bitcoin, many people will pull it down but what doesn’t kill bitcoins makes bitcoin more stronger.  Wink
386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you trust bitcoin over banks and love bitcoins, more and more? on: December 03, 2017, 11:22:06 AM
For me, I think the banks sucks because they tend to control everything, period!
The bitcoin is fast, secure, decentralized, gives total control and freedom to the people.
Perhaps, you had better experience with traditional banking system way better than bitcoins. Grin

Share with us what you think? thanks Smiley

Hi there cybersofts! First of all I’m not anti-bank nor anti-bitcoin but weighing both advantages and disadvantages lead me to a comparison of a motorcycle and a car. There ratio of people that are killed in motorcycle is higher than in car this is due to safety features. That is the same as the cryptocurrency, many people enjoy the lightning fast of transaction speed but sometimes the bank could process more quickly. Some even say that bank can provide you an easy cash because their ATM is every but bitcoins is always in your hand through your mobile phone but there are more company that accept cash rather than bitcoin as of the moment. But a bank could make your money increase around 3% per month where bitcoin can make it 25% at an average.   Wink
387  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the factors that affect the rise and fall of the BTC? on: December 03, 2017, 11:05:46 AM
Hello!

How BTC's price change? What are the factors that affect the rise and fall of the BTC?

Hi there catapult! In my half year reading, investing, and trading I have notice so many factors that affect the price change, which I think the top three are following: First, when popular people talk about bitcoin. Remember when Bill Gates that the bitcoin will hit the 10k mark, the price suddenly skyrocketed; then this JP Morgan CEO talk about that bitcoin is bubble, what follow is a huge dip. Second, when government prohibit the. When the news came out that China prohibit new ICO and further processing of cryptocurrency, it also came with a huge price drop. Third, company support to bitcoin. When CME announce the bitcoin future contract plan, it sure fire the next price hype. There are other factors like influential investor advice and emotions.  Wink
388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin bubble on: December 03, 2017, 10:49:14 AM
Bitcoin now is too big for a bubble or the risk is ever the same?

Hi there Bitcall! There are so many people with ordinary status, businessman, traders, CEO, popular investors, professors and others that always note that the bitcoin is huge bubble. Even you compare the tulip and internet bubble in terms of price rate and how it reach its top you can definitely see similar phenomenon, bitcoin even surpasses the price increase of those two bubble. If you are asking about the risk, it is more risky than the previous bubbles. However, what makes bitcoin differ is the huge and robust capability it can do that make it more like a necessity in this technological era.  Wink
389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most attractive concept about Bitcoin? on: November 29, 2017, 03:46:48 PM
what makes bitcoin appealing, in other words: what is the "breaking the ice" part about bitcoin that you can tell a newbie in a sentence or two, too pull them into this crypto journey BTC @millzp0

Hi there Millzp0! You are Junior member now and not a newbie anymore. But to attract newcomer the best single statement you could tell is “I can double your money within a quarter”.  But those statements only work for those who are seeking for money. But if you meet a businessman and want to tell about bitcoin, you could even tell “your bank increases your money by 2-5% a month, bitcoin could do 25% a month”. But again, I think that will only work for a greedy businessman. I hope this last one is right, if you meet a geek you could tell ”bitcoin can do anonymous, autonomous, advance payment method” but I think he will reply. Yeah I knew that seven years ago!  Wink
390  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What About Some Bitcoin Party? on: November 29, 2017, 02:34:38 PM
I never though someone will think a celebration about this major milestone. KUDOS to you iamTom123 for starting the party! I hope by posting here we are with you in this tread party. I think Satoshi would be proud of you. Anyway, it is really good idea to host a real party. And donation wallet must be created and a committee must be establish to make this more credible and worthy. I hope I could lend my hand to make this possible. To all of the bitcoiner out there join us and let’s celebrate and party together!  Wink
391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin stops........ on: November 29, 2017, 01:56:15 PM
What if bitcoin stops? What will gonna happen to the members of this group? What will happen to their investments? Is this forever? How to support this group in order not to stop...?

Hi there ProphetDaniel! I hope you are not the prophet of death. First of all I clearly read the word “IF” which you mean even in unimaginable circumstance happened. What could definitely stop bitcoin is the global ban of cryptocurrency and whole blockchain network went down or froze. All those scenario could happen and even the internet could be stop from upstreaming and down streaming when the electricity of all the world turns down. Which is also unlikely to happen aside from an asteroid from hit the earth and a global wipe out. Anyway, I cant just imagine how that will happened.    Wink
392  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: November 29, 2017, 01:36:32 PM
is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!

Hi there jonathan6655321! If you mean all is that mean you will left nothing in your bank account, I hope it is not what you mean. Most bank give interest rate depending in the type of account you are into. I think there are banks that provide 3% interest rate if you will not withdraw it in several months or years. However, investing bitcoins could provide you much better returns and the 3% in a bank for several months could be one day in bitcoins market. However, the risk is still there like company declaring bankruptcy and hacking. Nevertheless, it is better to leave a half in a bank for emergency purposes.    Wink
393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy bitcoin now? on: November 29, 2017, 01:18:17 PM
New user to the forums and new to Bitcoin overall, just looking for some advice. My friends have bought packs with USI-tech a few months ago when the price was around £2.5k per coin. I'm looking to get into it but just wondering when to go for it.

I've been waiting for the price to fall which it kind of has now, do I wait it out even longer for it to fork again in November? Or do I just put some money into it now. I've been doing a lot of research before I do anything but just want some opinions on here please.

The current price is in resistance level, the graphs and charts specifically the relative price index indicate that the bitcoin is overbought and it mean most of the seller are placing high price. You could buy now but it is definitely over price. However, if you want to go with the flow, most of the trader bought right now rather than sell or hold. But the big question before buying is when are you suppose or plan to sell your position, if you are planning to sell it soon, I think it is not the right time. But if you will hoard it or hold for about two to three months, I think there is no problem to buy right now.   Wink

394  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do Bitcoin will reach $15,000 before 2017 ends? on: November 29, 2017, 12:58:46 PM
Last 3rd quarter of the year experts predicted Bitcoin will surpass $10,000 before the year ends but today before first day of December it has already reached the prediction.

Now, is it possible for Bitcoin to surpass another mile of $15,000 in just a single month?

What do you think?

Hi there wanderloy! In my own opinion it could reach $15,000 if the price fall into correction mode two to three days from now. It could even correct for as long as ten days and fall for five days. What could follow is another five days sky rocketing price bumps. However, the optimistic price that could be attain is $14,000 by the end of this year. But hopes are still there and I’m with you with a wish to attain the 15k before the year ends. By the way, watch out for the CME announcement, it could change the odds.  Wink
395  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10,000 RISE or FALL after the Five-Figures? on: November 28, 2017, 07:21:48 AM
I thought it would take until the end of Dec to reach the five-figure mark but it looks like it will be up to the mark tomorrow itself.

Will the price decrease after 10k? because many people are waiting to sell if the BTC reaches the 10k mark.

                                  OR

Will it's price is going to be increased more after that!

Is it too risky for a middle-class person to buy 1BTC now because of the stakes!

Hi there bakerlisa510! Actually it surpasses the $10,000 mark in some market like in Korea wherein when you convert it back to $ it literally price at $10,626 two hours ago at the time I’m writing this post. However, after two hours watching it slowly drops to $10,589 which is not literally bad given the fact that there are currently more sellers than buyers. I think this phenomenon will also likely to happen in US bitcoin market so better watch out. Nevertheless, after the correction it could signal more deep or more higher price by next year. Hope it helps!   Wink
396  Economy / Speculation / Re: how to predict bitcoin price increase or decrease? on: November 28, 2017, 07:00:40 AM
We see sometimes bitcoin price increase or decrease. How I can predict whether bitcoin price increase or decrease.Again, who controll this price.I appreciate if you kindly share your experience.

Hi there Zrs! If anyone who could accurately predict when the price could go up and down is definitely a millionaire by now and they will not share those techniques. But I think no one could 100% predict the price because prices change due to several factors. First, news, do someone already knew that Jamie Dimon of JP Morgan would tell that bitcoin is a fraud? And if there is, do he also know that China will ban ICO?. Second, relative strength index this tell when the bitcoin is oversold or overbought which then contribute to the price change along with the volume. Third, other people advice, most of the people follow another market analyst that contribute to price change. Imagine if a certain investor is followed by thousands of another investor, this could snowball and contribute to change just what could CME could do in future. And many more factors like price history.  Wink
397  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why BTC value is growing day by day ? on: November 28, 2017, 06:10:49 AM
As you can see, I'm learning ABC in crypto currencies and studying this for last 3 – 4 months, even after reading all these web pages, forums etc, still I’m having one basic question needed to clear out. I would really thankful if someone can help me with this.

We all know, BTC is making a huge growth for past few years and as a result, people start to invest / trade in BTC. With my little knowledge I assume that no one is going to use BTC / couple of Sathoshi to purchase things as they are really good to keep (HODL) as the value is going high and high. But if you think of any of fiat currency, the value of money is depending on the use of it. For example, if everybody is keeping their money (fiat) in their pocket without spending, the market will not have enough money for trading and value of the currency will not goes up. Why the same principle not applicable for BTC ?

I’ve seen lot of answers like, market will not have morethan 21M BTC and that amount will be saturated by 2140, hence there will not be any inflation etc. But what I do not understand is, if a currency is not using (in trading purpose – you buy something with that money), what is the logic behind the reason of value of the money goes up ?

Hi there rameshEl! Yes you are right with the attitude of people hoarding bitcoin make the bitcoin price in the market goes up. We can't compare it to the local fiat because the local currency is used or circulated million times in a day compare bitcoin which is mostly used for trading rather than purchasing goods or services. Another factor is the limitation of the blocks or coins that could be generated, unlike local fiat where people don't even bother to know the limit because the government could produce more given the act that their value could go down. And lastly, I think the more demand people want to obtain the coins the more little the could about to get could be the significant factor that contributes to the price.  Wink

Take your guess as to when $7,500 will be hit!

Hi there bitcoinore.com! We all want to be a millionaire! You got a cool chart in there, nice! It could be more interesting to see the difference between the dates to grasp and predict the changes quickly. By the time i wrote this post bitcoin price is near 10k and based on your chart the next milestone is 15k which I think could be attained by early first quarter by next year. However, the 1M mark seems too far away from now and hopefully could be reach two to three years from now.  Wink
400  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bit coin hit 25000 USD on: November 27, 2017, 06:38:26 AM
As per these trend , surely next year end this bitcoin will go 25000 USD.
what about your opinions?  and need to know due to forks this risen trend happens?

Hi there udayantha11! I think the $25k could be reached before the April next year only if the current price increase rate will be consistent. The price raises from 1k last January 2017 and we are seeing a 10k before this year end that concludes a 1,000% price increase. However, when the price raises slow like what happen in 2016-2017 which only increases 130% for the whole year, your target $25k is still attainable before the 2018 ends. This is just my expectation and I’m with you with the expectation to raise the price of bitcoin despite the frequent announcement of fork considering they become successful or not.  Wink
