Amazing work!
Would be really handy to have QRK/BTC from one of the exchanges like cryptsy, Coins-E or BTER as they have open ready public data. I'm sure the Quark community would reward you for the integration. Personally i would, just provide an address Wink

About it:
When I read / hear about quarkcoin I think: science, quantum physics and engineering. So the logo and branding relates to those concepts. The currency symbol - Q - is always within a sphere, like an atom.
The underlying reference should be quite straightforward for anyone!
I believe it visually tells to the non-tech savvy what quarkcoin really is - reliable, secure and efficient. I'm completely open to evolutions / modifications of this design in case it was the prefered one. All graphics are vector based.

My QRK address is:     QZA95GWUshfheWkuqPGa4t5R68FRGRZ9KW

Hope you enjoy it or at least it gives you some ideas Wink

And good job everyone, i saw tons of great ideas when writing this post!
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [LTC] Cudaminer setup on Linux howto on: May 30, 2013, 10:21:14 PM
Thanks for all that precious info and walkthrough, much appreciated!

I tested on a Tesla M2090, getting 215 KH/s from the GPU (cudaminer -l 128x8). When added to cpuminer from the bi-processor it outputs a total of 285 KH/s.

I got it working after few hours messing and reinstalling the nvidia drivers and CUDA.

Issues I encountered:

- Installing the nvidia drivers was painful. Had to have the GCC 4.6 while installing cuda 5.0 required GCC 4.4
Tons of errors in nvidia driver install, dozens of symlinks broken and other warning but it actually works even with all those issues
- most of the issues already covered in this thread by others
