Going by this the market has really influenced the sale of bcnex tokens in the last few days.

I have gone through your project its really interesting when you invest in Bcnex coin, you are assured that it is backed by solid company with a good track record. one of their partners is bytecoin
I haven't seen anywhere where it is confirmed by the team besides I saw this in team telegram page 🎁Another competition to BCNEX users while waiting for our ICO round sales. Join it NOW 👉 : https://twitter.com/bcnex_net/status/1116026655212859392Anyone could join Looks to me like anyone can participate. You would need to open and pass KYC on your BCNEX account. Next, you stand a chance to get $200 worth of BCNEX exchange tokens free. That’s good promotion to me. I think KYC is becoming increasingly important for the blockchain and everyone seem to take it very seriously I just hope the process wouldn't be as tedious One needs to start getting prepared for kyc in the crypto world as it has become very important to do that if one needs to take part in any ico.

I cant understand why we should to pay for KYC? And why you have 95% of tokens for tokens sale? You dont have tokens for community building?
The charge for KYC is also just a pre-purchase of some discounted tokens. We are doing this to remove the risk of people going through KYC which has a cost to us and then not investing. Thus wasting funds that can be used productively elsewhere. I would understand the issue if we were charging a huge fee but $2 only just covers the cost of the check and you get it back in tokens anyway. 95% of tokens are available for the community and investors I have 2 questions. Has this strategy really worked out for you guys and secondly won't this be misread as a forced way of taking part in the token sale?

Can anyone tell me for how long their pre-sale will continue? I first thought it will only run for a month, which would mean it is already over but it seems like it hasen't finished yet. And from when on will the main-sale start?
They are still on presell stage? I though they were in private sell last time i stopped by to check out on it! Maybe i need to check in their telegram channel to get updated with recent status!!! Same here. I think they are still on private sale stage. I might be wrong though but I have not updated myself on this project for a while now.

Yes, thats right. Only worry is how balance is maintained in mining profit distributed and buy back portion.
That was already discussed if I remember correctly. One of the team confirmed that they will use 10% to cover operational costs, distribute 75% to token holders and use the remaining 15% for the expansion of their business and to buy back tokens. That's a fair distribution of their token and i feel that if they believe they can be able to expand with 15% then i just hope it would be enough.

Especially as we (the founders) will only profit from holding tokens, so you can trust in the work ethic we have, because if you (the investor) aren't making a profit, neither are we!
It’s great to have someone from the team. 95% of revenue is distributed to investors (token holders) and maintaining the facility, how else would the team make profit from their hardwork? Is there an amount of the total Minedblock tokens allocated to the team? Finally, what happens to unsold tokens (if any) at the end of the token sales? To me i feel like they are very generous and are trying to get enough loyal customers on their side and maybe they don't need to make that much profit

One country has to make the first move. I don’t know how long it’s going to take but I guess it’s going to happen soon. Let’s hope Germany regulations comes out positive.
Lots of countries are talking and starting their work on regulations. I don't care who comes out first but I need strict rules and regulations for the projects. Those survives that will be the winner in the end. Are you guys talking about ICO regulations? If so I personally think having regulations in the ico business will be a very bright idea and also provides a sense of security to investors.

Either way, listing MBTX on other exchanges will definitely boost it. Not sure if dev team any plans for it in future.
I am totally sure that they have plans to list their tokens. But since it is a security token, it can't be listed on every exchange. They need a special security token exchange as far as I know. Okay. This is new. Are there any security token exchange that deals solely on security tokens trading?

Once we are live there will be a live investor dashboard including feeds from the wallet addresses, an approximate calculation of what dividend payment you can expect and the hashrates we are achieving.
We promise 100% transparency
Interesting. Transparency would be at its peak in this way. Is that mean can I already assume that Minedblock has already started with mining? This is great. This is what I call innovation and customer intelligence. This is transparency at its peak. I should stop pumping up now. By live counter do you mean real time feed?

It's not even mandatory for kyc to be utilized in purchasing the tokens. I would advise that the team makes the purchase of tokens to be less complicated and user friendly. This would help to increase participation in the token sales and as such ensure that more funds are raised.
So you are saying that there won't be KYC necessary for the token sale? Where did you get this information from? In their Telegram group they said that KYC is mandatory! There's an obvious misconception in your view. I meant that kyc is not mandatory to purchase tokens. Purchasing tokens and withdrawal is two different things. You should be able to purchase tokens without kyc, but if you need to withdraw the tokens to your wallet address, you need to pass the kyc. I do hope that you got the clarification. And who would like to buy tokens without being able to withdraw them then? Even if you would be able to buy them without KYC, when you need to be verified to withdraw them, it's basically mandatory to do KYC. But this information should be our in the public and I dive understand why there won't be kyc for purchase but there would be for withdrawal. It makes no difference

Read somewhere that the company is registered in the UK, could we have a pictorial proof of office sent here to the thread for evidences. Do the UK allow for ICO to be conducted within the country?
Yes, UK allows ICOs. UK originated cryptos, LTC and ETN are successfully operating in crypto market. Yeah UK does allow ico's i think the major problem is the task ico pays to uk. I might be wrong though but i am not sure there is a sanction on ico in the uk.

We don’t have anything planned but the option is there if we ever wanted to go down that route. We need to concentrate on the pre-sale and main sale for now.
I see you already have a roadmap of events prolly to be concluded by the Q2 and the first profits distribution by Q3. With the current crypto economic status and the current sales, would there any changes? As they said their main goal and ambition at this time and stage is to focus on only getting the required funds from both their pre sale and main sale.

Others would have seen that first post and begin jubilating but you did the right thing by confirming if kyc will be available from the telegram group and hopefully now everybody gets the message right.
