Well, this guy went under the name @Arabesqua on TG - still owes me accs for taboola and outbrain (he delivered 1 out of 3-4) - and disappeared off of TG - told me here his partner will send the accs but hasn?t. So I?m not sure, this is very suspicious. Been over a week!
Who? simantobd or colires? Your accusation isn't clear. How do you know the telegram account @Arabesqua is owned by them? Do you have any proof? Anyway, you would betted create a thread on reputation (scam accusation) and describe everything in a separate thread. That would get your thread more attention.
