As mentioned in the PAC Global discord server already, be aware that the exchange Fedlio (successor to Bitebtc) appears to have persistent issues with withdrawals of various coins listed there - there are numerous comments indicating that these issues are not of technical nature. The possibility to burn coins was requested by a number of PAC holders and hence was made available. In a financial world this is a tool which is used to combat inflation (i.e. loss of value) - hence, I assume, some people want to burn some coins to help cut the inflation. Important announcement regarding CREX24

PAC Global and CREX24 have made a mutual agreement, as companies, to delist PAC from this platform. Things couldn't be met on the business side of things involving the future, so you have until the end of August 2019 to remove your coins from that site, if you had any on there at this point in time. Please remove them and as PAC Global we will be ending its relationship with this exchange. To clarify, its not a "Swap" its just going to be a normal hard fork like last time. Same chain history - just new: logo, skin, algorithm and updates.

There will be nothing "redemption" style with this update, we will be just pulling it out of the optimistic phase and into the more professional phase.

PAC Global now has a verifiable community coin burn address. What this means is, if you would like to contribute to a pool of coins that would be burned, destroyed, not accessible to ever again, you can send to the following address.

Drew (CEO)#9463 (as found in the PAC Global discord server) has contributed 1 million PAC coins to this burn address and he plans to contribute as time goes on. Anyone else that wants to contribute to this address is more than welcome to. Essentially, as more coins are sent to this address, it removes these coins from actual circulation (although still reflected in circulating supply total), growing the percentage of ownership all PAC coin owners have vs total supply.

This address can be monitored/reviewed, using a PAC explorer, as time goes on, to see how many coins are sent to this community coin burn initiative. Please note that NO ONE owns or has access to these coins EVER. So if you send to this address, they are gone forever to everyone!

As for the rebrand, it is a soft rebrand, by which definition one retains some of the components of the previous branding (like the word PAC has been kept).
A rather big difference is the fact that PAC Global is a registered company (for more information, please check the blog I already provided above: https://blog.paccoin.net/announcing-pac-global-the-future-of-the-paccoin-project/)
One has opted for rebranding, since one wants to, among other things, simply distance the project from the word "coin" - PAC project is and aims for far more than just being a coin.

The reason for delisting $PAC from this shared masternode provider, in their own words, is:

"Regarding PAC, they are really active and have a great team. Personally we don´t have anything against PAC, but it´s a coin that only rewards every 15 days, needs a unique IP address and it´s not Proof of Stake. Monthly Director Updates

On Thursday 6-27-2019 $PAC team hosted a live voice conference to show the community what the team was doing to advance the coin since new management has taken over. We are currently waiting for the physical audio of the conference to be uploaded as a youtube video that should be published shortly. For those who would like to follow along with the voice conference, it does have a lot of information not featured in the write up, but the write up also has some information not featured in the audio. Please do listen to the audio when it is available - for now here is the writeup for the voice conference and keep an eye out for the 80+ minutes of non-stop audio that will dive deeper into this update!

From your keyboard to everyone's ears: almost every coin is confronted with fake volume - one believes that majority of overall volume for all coins, including BTC volume, is fake. As announced in the most recent, public $PAC team meeting which offered an open invite to all discord community members, Discord Mobile Verification will be turned ON next Monday 28-06-2019 12:00 UTC.

With this feature enabled people without mobile verification can still read the chat rooms however, they will not be able to send a DM to someone through the $PAC discord server or send a message in any of the channels. Effectively making your account READ ONLY in this server.

Reasons being, one has been getting more and more malicious bots joining and sending inappropriate messages or advertising third party services in private messages.

Next to this it will eliminate the ability to have multiple fake accounts from one user. Yes, one can still buy accounts and still work around this by purchasing additional SIM cards but this will act as an effective deterrent moving forward.

In general, this should lead to a more civil and welcoming environment for new and existing users, this also ensures that bans (if needed) become more permanent.

Whilst it becomes more difficult for new to discord users to join here, we will still have multiple other avenues in which people can find out information about the project and contact our support team, e.g. email, twitter, telegram, reddit...

Lets move towards a more professional discord server atmosphere!
