2  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS]Steam Wallet Codes/Voucher 65% on: October 06, 2016, 02:33:25 PM
Hi, are you giving out vouched copies of your product? Giving out vouches will definitely improve the trust of other members in you as a seller. Pm me for a vouch!  Cool
3  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Selling verified accounts (Perfect Money Payza SolidtrustPay Okpay Befily LBC) on: October 06, 2016, 02:28:42 PM
OP, this is kinda really expensive for people to buy. I don't think people will be willing to pay $50 per verified account. They don't go for that much really.

I would gladly do a review for your goods if you have any vouch copies. Send me a PM.
4  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [SELLING] How make $100 daily with facebook guide for $1- REVIEW COPY AVAILABLE on: October 06, 2016, 02:16:01 PM
Hi interested in a vouched copy, giving out a vouched copy would generally improve your chances of selling your goods. I would leave a review if you do sent me one.

Send me a pm.

I earn as much as my assets will pay me. Wink
6  Economy / Services / Re: ★ Coinroll ★ Signature Campaign ★ on: October 04, 2016, 12:50:27 PM
Interested in joining this campaign and I post at a leisurely pace so you won't expect any over saturated posting from me in a day as was the issue with the previous members who recently got kicked out.
I just returned after a 7 month hiatus from the forums but am back and willing to do top quality posting for you and Namworld's campaign.
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: can you trade forex without technical analysis? on: October 04, 2016, 12:43:45 PM
I have always thought that trading in it's self was based on luck and trading with forex even more so.
Because as we all know things in life are not set out for us, we all have to put faith in our decisions and just hope it was the right one we made.
It is not any different with trading.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your average bet per game? on: October 02, 2016, 10:12:11 PM
My quota per bet is set at 40mbtc. Anything I bet over that always seems to lose.  Undecided
I think the casinos don't want me to win on my bets that pay over 100mbtc so I never get that amount back.

Just because someone is absent for months on end does not mean anything.
I have been absent for nearly 7 months just out of having a social life but now am back on.
So what of it?
Life out side of forum is yours and yours alone. Screw anybody who says otherwise unless they have an open loan out on them. Tongue
11  Economy / Services / Re: VPN Services on: October 02, 2016, 06:57:06 AM
I think IronSocket has everything you need.
Now this sounds like an interesting one.
But my quam is what's the advantage of using a VPN over a VPS?
12  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: February 19, 2015, 03:21:09 AM
I'm not going to sit idly by and watch you lot rewrite the history books.  No, not a chance.  The sad reality is that these detractors are the same ones who have had it in for this project since day one (excluding those of you who were genuine investors and have a legitimate beef with kslaughter and his shortcomings) and are either sad fucks who get an ego boost from upping their post count on this monstrosity of a forum and likely never owned shares or are simply incapable of free thought and jump on the back of like-minded morons who keep the cycle of hatred going.  Pft!

To the others, get over yourselves and accept you lost your money by investing in a high risk business which did not succeed.  Want a few dimes back by watching Ken getting done for operating 'shady' securities, be my guest, but understand your contradiction as an alleged Bitcoin enthusiast.

We don't know the full history so there is nothing to rewrite. All we know is what Ken has told us, and the posts from Bar's investigation efforts which unfortunately did not expose Ken's real intentions. Thank you for trying Bar, of all the investors, you were the best hope of discovering Kens intentions albeit too late for many of us to do anything about it had we found out at the time. Still thank you for at least trying.

I really cannot believe you are still defending this, his lawyer dropped him. Do you think that was because Ken only failed at the business? I doubt it, a lawyer would likely stay around for the trial if thats the case. He either found something that made him give up, Ken ran out of funds, or realized that working with Ken was like working with a hand tied behind his back since Ken was not being forthcoming with all the information he needed. If a lawyer you hired drops you thats a really really bad sign.

I would love to believe this was just a failed business, but given how this has played out so far it seems very very unlikely and I really doubt any BTC will be returned to any shareholder.

And finally, to those that understand what went on, well, they've all left and I'm here to be their voice.   Wink

Really? you represent those who just put their heads into the sand and are screaming lalalalalala it was not a scam! You are thinking if it was a scam then I really screwed up? Well guess what, all of us that invested in this did screw up. We made a bad investment decision and we have to deal with the consequences. Trying to convince yourself and others that this was not a scam to make yourself feel better is not going to allow you to learn from your mistakes and move on. If anything this was a lesson in how to spot a scam even when things seem to be legit. I lost about $3k on this but I've learned some valuable lessons I would not have without following and investing in this venture.
13  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER Speculation Thread on: January 08, 2015, 03:13:15 AM
So the jump in share price just before fried cat made the new announcement was just insider trading?

Seems to be. Yay unregulated stock mhttp://arkets! Wink

Right, because insider trading never happens on the regulated stock markets!   Wink

That's what regulation means.

Insider trading happens on stock markets all the time. What do you call when people in a company buy their own stock. There is a legal and illegal way to insider trade.

See http://www.sec.gov/answers/insider.html
Quote
The legal version is when corporate insiders—officers, directors, and employees—buy and sell stock in their own companies. When corporate insiders trade in their own securities, they must report their trades to the SEC. For more information about this type of insider trading and the reports insiders must file, please read "Forms 3, 4, 5" in our Fast Answers databank.

Upcoming Dividend Notice

Please expect that there may be a dividend with minimum value which won't be recognized as
dust transactions.

1. As discussed in the board, it serves only the purpose of clearing OTC trades and showing
the founders' shareholding status.

2. Because of 1, please do not take it as a buy/sell indication.

3. The date of resuming dividends with meaningful amount is yet to be determined. It depends
on the upcoming company performance.

Thanks for the update!

Holy shit. Haven't checked on this in a while, and I just saw the price on havelock. And STILL no dividends ? Any word on that ? Is the company dying ? Is value approaching 0 ?   Undecided

lots of words on that - check FC's latest update - simply not as good news as expected, hence the fall

Got a link ?

Really? Go to the first page of this thread click in friedcats user name and select recent posts. Its not that hard.
16  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER: Entering the Future of ASIC Mining by Inventing It on: October 25, 2014, 02:33:43 AM
From what I recall...

1/3 of sales would be retained for Gen4 production.
2/3 of sales would be "aggressively" paid to investors.

Friedcat has never stated that 2/3 of sales would be "aggressively" paid to investors. That was just something a board member mentioned, and now since we all took his words as FC's he barely posts anymore. Please prove me wrong, I would love to see the quote of Friedcat saying that.

I guess the "aggressively" part was added - but the 1/3 & 2/3 was the math and prediction.

-----
9) Can you please clarify this sentence from 21st April : "The dividend schedule will be aggressive, as AM will not require large sums of retained capital." < is this still actual, or meanwhile something changed?
It is still actual. The condition in May is not a part of the plan. When we were forecasted permissively about this summer's production power of the fab, we ordered as many wafers as we could to prevent the bottleneck with wafer production.
----

15) Will the funds from future Gen 3 chips be used to fund Gen 4 chips or distributed as a dividend, and what relative percentage of income will be retained for Gen 4?
Both. 1/3 as forecasted.
----

Ohh ya, nice catch! I forgot about his response to that question. I guess he sorta said it then by saying that is still actual.

It would be nice if recent announcements from friedcat (and other official info) are linked from (updated) first thread post.

Just look at his post history:

the deposit don't works well twice in half a month, havelock be fucked again?

Did you make the deposit and then login? The only times I have had an issue with a deposit is when I just waited for a confirmation email. If you login it triggers HI to check the wallet to see if you made any recent deposits.

Just looked through the last 100 pages for the list of shareholder questions that have yet to be answered... I failed to find them -_-  I kept getting quotes from old lists of questions and I cant remember when the old list was submitted, or who submitted it to narrow down the search.  Can anyone find it?  If you do find it, can you link the Bitell guys to it so they can possibly ask those questions in the interview?  They may not be privy to the existing list of questions.

Also, does anyone know any more about that interview?  If it happened already... when it is getting posted.... anything?

I think you are talking about these:

Shareholders questions were submitted to Friedcat.

Thank you all for taking the time to participate in this round of shareholders questions.

Quote
1) Could you please provide an estimate on:
- When the next dividend can be expected ?
- When ASICminer will become cash-flow positive ?

2) Regarding self-mining and franchising:
- What is the current status of self mining and franchising ?
- What partners are and will be working with ASICminer ?
- What do the respective partnership agreements entail ?
- How many PH (including percentages from franchising) will -directly- contribute to ASICminer mining income ?

3) How many PH/s of gen 3 have already been sold/shipped by now ?

4) Has the "60 PH/s batch" progressed any further ? When is it supposed to be completely done ? How much has already been sold ?

5) Given the ratio of 1/3 retained and 2/3 paid out of the revenue, is this after deducting costs for upcoming batches/expenses or are those part of the 1/3 of retained capital ?

6) AM sells chips to multiple mining companies including Rockminer, Datatank, Bitgarden, Hashratio is it possible to get some clarity on the relationships AM has with different groups ?

7) Is Asicminer selling chips at cost already ? Rumors have been going around that it is known in China that the chips are being sold at cost. Can we please have a confirm/deny on these rumors and explanation why ?

8 ) The last post mentioned that average sales cost is about .5$/gh, is this still the average ?

9) Has AM any stock repurchase plan for now or in the future ?

10) Regarding Gen 4, can you give us rough (plus/minus a month or two) estimates on:
- When tape-out is expected ?
- When production is expected ?
- When the first chips will be in hand ?

11) Personal question from shareholder freedomno1 : Hi friedcat I have been receiving several requests for replacement baseboards/ power boards and parts for the block erupter cube and was wondering if their is a repair service or parts store available that I can relay to those individuals to contact with if something breaks.

Feel free to submit them to the Bitell guys.
