The ICO ended and we're all waiting for the development to finish and main net to start (hopefully no too long?). Once the main net starts the XEL is going to be available on exchanges and people can trade it. |

How things are going with supernodes implementation? I got an impression it was actually decided to go that route, is that correct?
Also, is 300K collateral is decided, or its under question still? I wrote a small suggestion on this few pages back, but it got immediately buried under other posts, I just woke nder if something like that could be considered, or it is not doable, or not going to work?
The supernode infrastructure (so basically the core client) is basically done, I try to keep up with the inofficial deadline of tomorrow. However, like we said earlier, new TODOs may arise and so far, the one TODO that is still open is getting the "supernode verifier" done. Don't worry, it's not a big deal because it will be just integrated into the miner. Let me quickly check the message you're referring to! Thanks for info! XEL in Polo after launch will be huge.... hope they realize the potential and add when relevant.
Even though a near release will be great (and important to be the first in the market), I prefer to wait a bit longer to have all the edges smoothed to perfection. I trust that EK and the talented rest will make sure we release a mature well working product on launch.
Hmmm... I would like a working product but not necessarily matured. I think it's more important to be a) first b) working. The coin will mature with time and all the edges can be smoothed to perfection later. Soon as the core functionality is stable we should not delay. Just my 3 cents. |

PR is also important,otherwise it's a pity.
so many great technology been ignored by history..
I agree PR is very important - without it anything could just end up a cool technology that is run by 12 hardcore fans... shouldnt we do like all others great projects do, let PROs http://www.wachsmanpr.com/clients/ do PR for us? i wonder what the pricing is.. maybe in form of XEL Is there a problem if i ( or anyone else ) try to contact these guys and learn if they can carry the PR part and what is their pricing ? I personally don't see a problem!  In fact, I think it's a great idea and would encourage you to make that move. The Elastic project has tremendous potential but we can't rely on EK doing both coding and PR! He is already occupied full time with the development of the platform and should stay focused 100% on it! |

I asked for a refund hours ago. Dev wanted me to prove the BTC address I gave him by sending him a signed message. Then he told me there was a delay because the funds are in a multisig account and needed other people to access the funds I still have not had my refund and if it does not arrive in my BTC wallet within a few hours, this is definitely a scam. Let's hope it finally takes off!
It wont for now. BTC is launching engines and will soon lift the cumulative market cap to 100 billion. That said, the combined altcrypto capitalization will shrink and one day cross 1K usd coz alts aint worth anything and have no utility in real world applications. You clearly havent read about what is the Ardor project arent you ? I see his point. Although I don't see why would he even spend time in alts threads with such point of view instead of just keeping some BTC in his wallet and waiting for $100B Bitcoin capitalization. He's probably buying Ardor right now....  |
