1  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: CoinLenders Lawsuit on: November 26, 2013, 08:49:12 PM
86.93779676 BTC, not settled or received a refund. I will register a preliminary interest in taking part in legal action depending on the terms etc... assuming TradeFortress does not issue a refund in the meantime.
2  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: COINLENDERS - REMAINING DEPOSITORS on: November 22, 2013, 07:27:37 PM
I did post in dumbfruit's thread but here it is again. Not settled, owed 86.93779676 including interest.
3  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: CoinLenders, Inputs.io, Tradefortress (HACK) on: November 18, 2013, 12:32:57 AM
I'm another one to be added to the Coinlenders owed list: 86.93779676 BTC

I was in email contact with TF last week but he's not replied for quite a number of days now.

Are there any/many CL users in the UK that are looking in to any possible legal remedy?
4  Economy / Lending / Re: CoinLenders Script :: Bitcoin Bank (Borrow+Deposit) Software :: Demo Available on: November 06, 2013, 07:07:04 AM
I withdrew ~36 BTC yesterday from CoinLenders to Inputs.io and same story here, deducted from balance on CoinLenders, not showing on Inputs.io.
5  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: August 06, 2013, 05:33:30 PM
Just an update to say I received the funds from the redemption of my shares promptly after PMing Ukyo.
6  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: August 04, 2013, 01:51:39 PM
Any update on my redemption at face value that I requested on 30/07?

Hey hwmax,

If i missed your pm I apologize. I generally get 1~2 pages of pm's a day.

For the record, if you want to redeem, please sent me the number of shares so you can save time with me having to reply and ask. Wink

-Ukyo
I did create a ticket on the site as well but I've sent you a PM.
7  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ukyo.Loan - Paying 0.05% daily. on: August 03, 2013, 11:46:49 PM
It was not an accident.

I missed my normal reasonably payout window, and with Bitfunder doing so well lately I thought it would be a nice surprise.

Neb, I will get to your payout soon Smiley

8  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [OPEN] BITFURY group buy and HOSTING in Poland EU - first shares sold ! 400 GH/s on: July 05, 2013, 12:52:26 PM
Can you confirm the hosting arrangements i.e. will the units be hosted at a residential address? Is there any sort of redundant power supply/UPS and/or redundant internet connection? It isn't clear from the BitFuryStrikesBack product page whether the full kits include cases or racks, will you be providing these at cost if they are not included?
9  Economy / Auctions / Re: [WTB] 10 ASICMINER Direct Shares on: June 28, 2013, 11:43:08 AM

10  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Groupbuy] Jupiter KNCMiner (0.5 BTC shares) 12 sold! [CLOSED] !!! on: June 19, 2013, 08:36:14 PM
Allright guys and gals, time for another update!

I've spoken to Bitfunder owner Jon briefly, with regards to the question of paying out dividends directly his word were:
Code:
in the future, yes
its currently a debate

Because he's traveling at the moment (visualize angry stewardesses Tongue) he didn't have time to get into it any further, but at least it sounds hopefull. I also informed him of the trouble you were having Godzilla, I hope they fix it for you soon. Have you tried emailing again? (can't hurt).

Also, due to popular demand, we decided to start a second edition of the KNC Jupiter groupbuy. Although the pre-order period is over we feel it might be the right time to start ordering the second batch (and apparently some of you already agree Wink). We've changes a few things (most prominent the share price) but all in all it's pretty much what you're used from us, and ofcourse it integrates seemlessly in the first groupbuy.

Details will be posted in a new post shortly, but we felt you had the right to know first..

One more thing, @LiteBit, we'll start a topic in Securities as soon as it's tradeable on Bitfunder. That post might attract some potential traders and would go to waste if you couldn't trade it yet.

Cheers!
Blastbob and Tyrion70

Will pre existing shareholders be reserved a spot or have the right of first refusal in the 2nd batch?

Good one! almost forgot..

Added the following to the post to that extend:
Quote
Buyers of the old groupbuy are allowed to reserve shares in which case they will be added as reserved to the list. In this case a reservation goes before blockchain. A reservation must be made on topic and within 24 hours of start post.

So start your reservations Wink

Thanks

I'm definitely interested in more once more details are available.

Hi Guys

Sorry for butting in in your discussion but don't buy any power supplies yet.

We will have a large Technical announcement coming next week. Where we will give even more accurate Power figures and GH/s.

It will be a significant announcement which I hope will make all of our customers happy. and no before you ask I wont reveal any details before that newsletter goes out Smiley

again please don't buy a 1200W power supply you simply will not need one that powerful or expensive.

Sam
Hopefully these things can live up to the hype and more importantly, be delivered on time! Exciting months ahead....

Payment sent for 20 shares, PM sent.
13  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Groupbuy] Jupiter KNCMiner (0.5 BTC shares) 12 sold! [CLOSED] !!! on: June 14, 2013, 11:13:23 PM
- In the instance of issuing new shares, will current, early supporters of the group be offered first refusal?
Not in current agreements, I like the idea though, but I'm unsure if that's at all possible with bitfunder.

It would be great if you could get clarification on this as I believe because of the early buyers and supporters putting up the initial funds and willing to take on the risk, they should be rewarded.

- Voting structure
1 vote per share. Someone with 100 shares gets 100 votes.

Cheers
14  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Groupbuy] Jupiter KNCMiner (0.5 BTC shares) 12 sold! [CLOSED] !!! on: June 14, 2013, 06:53:25 PM
Thanks for working out the IPO agreement. I know it is tedious.   Smiley
You bet! and you're welcome!

May I ask how 148800 shares is derived?
total of 12 miners * 124 shares equals 1488 shares. To enable to transfer smaller amounts we have multiplied that by 100. So for every share bought in this topic you will receive 100 shares on bitfunder.

For the expansion plan, I guess there is no restriction on the purchasing only KNC miners, right? At that time, any better alternatives will be selected, right?
Correct! Doesn't even have to be KNC. The best option will be selected (and if it involves risk shareholders will vote about it).

Coupling the share with a fixed hashrate may cause share price to drop over time as the network hashrate may grow substantially in the future. I am not sure if this matters.
Well, that's the funny thing. If I'm not mistaking an asicminer share stands for 100MH originally, but they are worth 2.80 BTC at the moment. Currently the original and new agreements do now allow reinvestment. We'd have to change that in order to change the hash/share. We might just do that in the future but that would certainly require a vote.

In the instance of issuing new shares, will current, early supporters of the group be offered first refusal?
15  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group Buy]12 KNCminer Jupiter's [Live] 14 Sold [Selling Jupiter #15] on: June 14, 2013, 05:35:52 PM

This week dividends forwarded to the buyers who didn't receive their shares in time.
r3demon, I'm just waiting on a transfer to finish and I will be sending payment; should hopefully be tomorrow. Apologies for the delay.
