Dear community, I am looking for an OTC Casascius Coin seller in Switzerland, or DACH region. I would also pay in BTC. My range is + 20-35%. At the same time up to + 10 Casascius Coin. From 0.5 BTC Casascius Coin I ask for a safe environment. I like to start with small amounts to build trust.
What does "OTC" mean and are you open to 1 BTC casascious or only 0.5? I'm in Sweden. Cheers!

Hey everyone! It's been years since I have done this, but basically, my room is getting too cold and I need a heater... so I pulled my old KNCMiner and tested it: it starts up fine! I figured I'll try my hand at "lottery mining" (basically solo mining, and yes, I know it's a looooong shot but I have nothing really to lose and I'm not interested in joining a pool with 550ghs ), and warm up my room at the same time It's been years so I need a little help, it seems CGMiner has become outdated and no longer supported, what mining software do you recommend and any step by step instructions to get this going for a KNC Jupitor machine Thanks in advance!

@P0rny please add also a date in the picture and not only your username since this is a measure to avoid scammers to recycle your photo and meanwhile it guarantee you have the coin at exact date . ... If you do have it, I would definitely ask for more than 1.05 BTC for it.
Thank you, I'm curious as to what I can expect if I properly put it out there. My 2 satoshis... place in auction here on forum ( of course accepting escrow service from reputable member ) Good point, will add date the next time. Thanks!

Looking for all denominations of loaded silver Casascius, graded and ungraded, singles or in bulk (5-10+). Please PM if you have any you’re willing to part with.
Thanks
I have a single unpeeled 1btc brass, am curious as to the price I may get...

How do you not know what year it’s from? I’d think if it’s in your possession you’d be able to tell by looking at the other side. That’s a bit of a red flag for me unless I’m misunderstanding something.
I bought it a few years ago and just dumped it in a safe place. Yes, I have it with me and can provide pictures of any angle you want including the back - I wrote my username in the pics... If you do have it, I would definitely ask for more than 1.05 BTC for it.
Thank you, I'm curious as to what I can expect if I properly put it out there.

Depends on what you have?
If I were to guess: one BTC in the most common form

|
|
I would also say it really depends where you sell it as well... Are you offering directly to this forum? Or looking for other venue?
I'm really looking for options. I was hoping to save it for a few more years but... life has other plans.

3 things will be need:
1) What year is your coin from (if 2011 is it s1 or s2) 2) probably the most important...is it silver or brass. If silver is it silver/gilt? 3) clear pics of the front and back.
Without these 3 things no one will be able to accurately give ypu an estimate.
1) Not sure. 2) Brass. 3) Just took the front side with the code, can take the back when I'm back home if it's important.

I still think because the cas market is still niche with the premiums so low it's definately HOLD. When bitcoin hits mainstream and the collectables market catches up these will only go up in value but you guys can keep peeling that's fine with me Has anyone out there collated figures on how many have died since prices and forks started going through the roof? It must be quite a significant number of fresh deaths by this point in time. Don't know but each peel is another reason to hold, would be interested in seeing how many of the 25s survived since those don't have a real high percentage resale. Easy to find out how many are active: https://casascius.uberbills.com/

Just an update:
Two of the machines are working again!
If you are having the same problem/s this is what I did:
I followed the instructions of the reset suggested above, but this time a little different. I was clicking the button 5 times quick, so now I clicked it 5 times about half a second apart, waited 4-7 seconds (I was counting in my head, no stopwatch :p ), pulled power, again did the clicking, again pulled power... checked on Angry IP and found the damn IP!
I hope this helps someone in future.
Cheers!

The machines I have are Jupiters (Nov batch), the Neptunes were easy because they had a separate microSD card (if I remember right)...
