1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why some country still not legalized bitcoin ? on: November 15, 2017, 03:23:08 AM
I think because
1) Bitcoin, like other electronic currencies, can be used for money laundering or for tax evasion
2) The system does not have a monitoring center, so it will not work out in order to appeal or reverse the transaction in the reverse order.
3) Virtual money does not have security
4) Propaganda of Bitcoin carries a threat to the financial system
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know a good project? on: November 14, 2017, 04:43:38 AM
I think you need to know in detail about these things:
1) Whitepaper
2) Project Team
3) Product
4) Website design
Explore competitors and compare products, read what is written about this project, pay attention to the FAQ.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What would make you invest in today's running ICOs? on: November 14, 2017, 04:20:29 AM
I think every element is important here. But special the Whitepaper because there the main information (Market Analysis, Introduction to product, Technical, Use cases, The ICO, Roadmap of development, Financial Projections, Team). It is worth finding such solutions if they exist and compare them.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is an ICO??? on: November 14, 2017, 03:56:10 AM
In fact, the ICO is another realization of the crowdfinding model, when the participants finance the development of the company now in order to get some good from it in the future.

My the government know bitcoin and will find forms of regulation of the crypto-currency, introduce restrictions.

7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: November 12, 2017, 02:49:16 AM
Satoshi Nakamoto is the pseudonym of a person or a group of people who developed the cryptocurrency protocol bitcoin and created the first version of the software in which this protocol was implemented. Several attempts were made to reveal the real person or group behind this name, but none of them led to success.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is not supported in some countries? on: November 12, 2017, 02:44:08 AM
I think because Bitcoin, like any other traditional currency, can be used to launder money. Bitcoin is not provided with anything and no one is responsible to the owners of electronic money. Transactions with the cryptocurrency can be speculative. The absence of a control center in the system. The threat to the existing financial system.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: November 10, 2017, 08:23:08 AM
I think that it is better to just buy an asset and expect the growth of its value in the future
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Do you think that bitcoin could be replaced by another crypto currency? on: November 10, 2017, 07:31:20 AM
Do you think that bitcoin could be replaced by another crypto currency in the future? And why?
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How I can make money with cryptocurrencies? on: November 10, 2017, 07:24:09 AM
There are two ways:
1) Positional (you can invest in bitcoin by simply buying an asset and waiting for the growth of its value in the future)
2) Exchange (active trade in bitcoins on a specific, crypto-currency exchange. The basic principles of trading in many respects do not differ from the principles of classical exchange trading (for example, in the Forex system).)

In the top of the world-famous crypto-exchange markets, you can note Bter, Bitfinex, Tradingview, Kraken, BTC-e, Bitstamp
12  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: November 10, 2017, 06:25:40 AM
For example, in Russia, the president instructed the Bank of Russia and the government to develop regulation of the Crypto-currency, Mining and ISO, but it is not yet known in what form this will take place.
I think many states are interested in organizing the regulation of cryptoeconomics.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: November 10, 2017, 06:01:48 AM
100% confidence that investments in bitcoin will make the owner of this crypto currency rich, no one really can give.
But according to many experts, bitcoin has a high potential. Every year bitcoin will increase. And I think that it's reasonable to buy bitcoin not for all your money, but for the free part only.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Is Bitcoin's Value So Volatile? on: November 10, 2017, 05:49:12 AM
I think it depends on the users that is how they perceive the value of bitcoin.
For example, if someone reads an article in favor of bitcoin on a popular news site, the automatically perceived value grows, which creates conditions in favor of electronic money. However, if the news site somehow criticizes the bitcoins, the perceived value will fall, which may lead to the sale of coins or to deter some users from the additional purchase of bitcoins.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: 99% of the people still think that fiat money are better than crypto on: November 10, 2017, 05:33:32 AM
Yes, because the cryptocurrency is not established and is not supported by either states or non-governmental organizations.
Cryptocurrency depends only on how much they are ready to buy by the users themselves.

And many people prefer fiat money because they believe that this is reliable, there are no risks.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the world really needs virtual currencies on: November 09, 2017, 04:11:54 AM
because it is a universal currency.
Digital payment means are protected by a cryptographic code, which makes them more reliable in comparison with "real" money, all operations with crypto-currencies are anonymous, decentralized release. In general, it's fast, convenient, reliable.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: November 09, 2017, 03:10:32 AM
I think children who are curious in information technology, programming will be interested to understand how the crypto currency works by means of examples, video, games.
18  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which knowledge is important for crypto trading? on: November 09, 2017, 03:02:39 AM
I will add a little, it is necessary to understand:
1) Where to invest? (using the CoinMarketCap website)
2) How much to invest? (Invest as much as you can afford to lose)
3) Where is it better to store crypto currency? (to study ways of storing crypto currency, exchange)
19  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: November 09, 2017, 02:26:19 AM
Due to such a rapid development of e-commerce and the improvement of mobile platforms, in the next decade, consumers will use exclusively non-cash payments. In this case, the use of plastic cards will be completely unnecessary, all payments will be made using modern mobile devices.

But at the same time some segments of the population do not have the opportunity, and some do not want to go into the study of new modern technologies. Consequently, a complete rejection of the classical banking structure is simply impossible. In addition, the security of such banking institutions remains an important issue, because the power of hackers amazes with their capabilities and dexterity.
20  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: November 09, 2017, 01:58:55 AM
Bitcoin and gold have common features:
-safety,
-simplicity and accessibility of understanding,
-limited production,
-divisibility.

In terms of safety, it is gold that wins, and Bitcoin loses significantly, as there is no guarantee that the cryptocurrency will use the same demand in ten years that it is now.

Operations with the help of cryptocurrency are instantaneous, and gold requires a large amount of time

In terms of divisibility, Bitcoin wins, as this is a much more universal means of payment.

Therefore, Bitcoin is rightfully ranked first and is now considered to be precisely that promising form of investment that will keep the business in the future.
