Yes, it is possible. Some months  ago, I found the KYC by sending the document and then by call. But it was not a video call.
However, I'm sure that some ICOs may also think to do that. It can give them the full proof of you not scammer or spammer. However, I also think that KYC for bounty participants is such little silly thing to do. Because we are not investors. We help them to promote their ICO projects.

In promoting the ICO, there are some elements. One of them is through the bounty program. I will try to answer the questions based on my personal opinion.
1. Yes, it will give influence to the new ICO. At least, in promoting the ICO. Bounty aims for promoting the new projects through some campaigns. Commonly the most influence is through the signature program (posting in the forum Bitcointalk). But there are also other ways to promote the ICO : Social media, youtube, blog or web, mand others.
2. If the bounty participant is restricted, I think that it will be very nice for the participants itself. SO, they will compete to be the early participant to promote the ICO.

The review is interesting. You may be true, but not all is true. Sometimes, we need to take the risks to get the big results. If we only do the activity as what you said, I think that we will need more effort to get the big profits. Crypto is wide. There are many chance to gain the profits. So, why should limit only on that matter? INvestment, trading, and also holding the cryptocurrency both from market or ICO are actually very interesting.

Definitely. The fact is that when you don't diversify your investments, you will loose more. I mean that every coin has different chance to grow. Sometimes, the coins will give you big profits but sometimes they drop drastically. That is why it is better for us to diversify our investment. It will minimize our risk of losing money and enlarging the chance to get profits from several coins.

NEO, as many other altcoins that appear right now in the market also has the very dropped prices. Now the price still hits around $15.70. I think that it also faces the dramatic decrease such the ethereum. However, I do believe that this coin still has the good future. We can see how this coin offers the unique and greta concept as the platform of ETH. It really brings the lite platform with easier transaction and smaller fee.

The bull run seems not happen in the end of 2018. I don't see the signs of the upcoming bull market to come in the near future. So, I just think the price of bitcoin or altcoins will rise a bit on December. The market may be green again, but seems to have a little improvement.     

I continue to keep the values of my investment by HODL way. Since there are no better choices, HODL is the best option for me. In decline cycle, getting much losses cannot be unavoidable. But at least, we still have another opportunity to get profits by holding them.   

I have my own perception about the true bitcoin holders. I think a true bitcoin holder is someone who keeps their bitcoin for a long term. I don't think people who buy bitcoin today and sell it tomorrow as a true holder. They only deliver the bitcoin from a person to another one.   

I realize China has the power to give big impacts in crypto, including bitcoin. However, the power doesn't come from China only. There are many countries have power to control bitcoin. So, bitcoin won't be destroyed by China as a single power.

No specific time for the upcoming bull market exactly. I am not really sure it can happen in the time span because I don't see strong signs till now. I just believe the real bull run will begin from the next year. It still needs a lot of time to happen if we view it from the current market condition.   

Newbies must be smarter to know the truth of many currrent issues. Basically, all the issues you said above seem normal to happen. We know that many greedy people want to take advantages from the bad condition of crypto market today. So, if we read some negative issues, just don't trust them easily.    

Actually, there may be some projects that only use the limited money to run their projects. but some need more and they will need more funds to develop it in the future. I appreciate what yo said. Here, you may check some promising ICOs that have very good concepts such as Dominium. But, if you really want the project that need much money to grow up, see the Airpod and Drone.

I think that everyone of bounty hunter will experience the scam ICO. It is not only about the smart way to analyze wich ico is scam or legit. But now, the team is really very smart and careful. Sometimes, we really cannot define that it was scam, but in fact it is scam. I myself still feel confused how to differentiate exactly. So, it may be chance for me as bounty hunter to be a victim of scam. But we must also learn from the experience not to make fault twice or more.

Every coin will have their chance to grow bigger in next year. however, in my opinion, those coins that will grow faster are those that have more than interesting concepts. There should be a very recommended and promising products or utility of the token or coins. You should see how Dominium offers it. Additionally, some coins such as ADA, tron, robotina, and EOS are my favorite coins.

It is your own decision to quit or stay in trading cryptocurrency. however, in all trading system, it will make you under pressure if you really don't know how to enjoy it. There must be something wrong or high willingness but less profits. Trading is full of risks and surprising or shocking conditions. therefore, if we have know understood how to be a good trader, we will e panic, stressful, and also not profit.

Actually right now, there are some forums that discuss about the cryptocurrency. however, this Bitcoin forum still becomes my first reference. We can also find out about the new altcoins from some website offering the ICO projects. They are such as icobench, bountysuite, bountyhive, icodrop, and many others. About the new coins to be listed, the exchanges and markets are the best place to analyze.

Everybody is now fear of the ETH value. however, that is the market. We cannot control them exactly. What we can do is helping not to make the ETH market worse. ETH is facing its very crucial drops. The rate is only around $203 right now. It drops drastically about half. However, I still put my trust in this altcoin. There are still some hopes to this coin to increase again.

It is also very sad to know the progress of ETH. I think that this coin will be back again after this month. but, in my opinion, it will be very difficult to rise again in few months. Probably it needs about 6 months again to reach better value. ETH is a very promising altcoin. but, the fact says that it really drops drastically.

but, if you join the bounty and you don't get the balance or coins, there must be some rules that you may not follow.
You must pay more attention on the rules and regulations. What campaign do you join?
It is important to understand every rules from registering, doing tasks, until reporting. Sometimes, there are some new information about the rules. So, be sure to check them on the thread or on the telegram group. Additionally, after the end of the bounty, you should know if it uses KYC or not.
After doing all, you can get the coins. however, if you have done all terms and you get nothing, tell the bounty manager and give complaint.

Every person in this forum has their own opinion. In mind, I think that I cannot predict when the market will increase adns tay stable. However, seeing the market today, it seems that some coins are awesome with its green colors. The prospect of the market really depends on the big coins such as BTC, ETH, and some other popular coins But now, many small price coins also offer interesting term to trade. That make them also rise drastically.
