I've confirmed that its not the windows firewall preventing connections. I have BTC, bitcore and cloak wallets/nodes running with no issues.

BTW vault 2.4.4 had the same problem for me when I gave up on vault 3.0 (thou I prefer vault 3.0). Thanks for the attention.

Yes, I scrubbed the vault and and re-installed it and it's working perfectly again.

One frustrating issue was that I didn't realize that windows firewall was blocking the app's access to the network.
So add that item to Ben's excellent checklist.

Yes, connected to 9 peers. Tried restarting numerous times.

debug says "ERROR: mempool transaction missing input"  Also, lower left of vault notes "No block source available..."

Powering down laptop before CBX closes the issue perhaps?

BTW, I am running Vault 2.4.4 on a separate laptop with no problems.

Anyone having problems with Vault 3.0 Alpha 2 ?  Been running mine for two weeks but it has since stopped synchronizing

and is stuck on block 2,316,077 (roughly 3 days behind).

I had the same or similar problems loading and syncing 2.4.3, and I ran the 2013 wallet for 2 years with no issues.

After numerous failed attempts and a lot of frustration I finally got it to work. I think the culprit in my case was

the bootstrap. Many posts refer to the bootstrap as a download. Ok, but doing something with it was also required.

I took each bootstrap sub-folder file and then replaced each matching file in the AppData/Roaming/CryptoBullion file.

Restarted the wallet program and finally the wallet was loading the block index. After 3 to 4 hours of syncing the staking

began or actually resumed and confirmed all my previous transactions. Got my coins back. Hope that solves your problem.
