Частные же майнеры могут также найти ей применение. И какой доступ может быть? Типо кто-то другой сможет управлять моим оборудованием? Да, верно. Уровень доступа к функционалу оборудования: оповещения / изменение пулов / изменение конфигурации оборудования (GPU риги) / включение, выключение, перезагрузка (GPU риги) и т.д. А Вы будете добавлять другие пулы к списку пулов, что есть.
