Why do you need blockchain?? You could just sell your terminal on prepay basis with discount and collect money for development

You have two problems as I understood it, at first people already have goid solution, Moonbot and don't want to pay for other. And, second, ICOs in 2019 are obsolete, you can say everything but you know it is true.
We are performing a pivot and a large upscale at the same time. We are doing the right thing over a harsh time, not a problem for a real project! People who have already obtained a good working Moonbot still gain an edge over newcomers - they know exactly what is coming and most of it is exactly what they requested!
And who defines the real value in this case? Only market can do it, you don't make a stablecoin.

That token is distributed just after you buy it during ICO? correct! I can't imagine how it will work. For example, you sell your coins for fixed amount, I'll buy and then want to dump (I may have different reasons), so I'll go to Forkdelta where I can sell your coin cheaper than you do it at the moment during ICO. Nobody will or can stop you from doing that, just bear in mind, that to be able to sell you need people who want to buy. All that you will achieve is sell your balance at -xx% from its real value.
Nobody asks, do you really plan to have bounty program?
in our opinion, the bounty program is not needed here. In our opinion bounty program depreciates token value, people receiving it, don't have token value in mind, they will try to sell it at any price, we prefer to stay away from this approach. We have a real product - so we are eager to give away referral commission of true sales that are already available at this moment. And many people have losses using your trading terminal, according to your statistics, too Losses are a must. One has to mitigate the number of losses against his gains and successes - only then it will result in a profit on the long run. I still have negative days - and it is completely normal. At the same time, I have not seen significant red days ever in statistics, just once in a while(during BTC jump) a very small amount compared to profitable days

Most likely closer to Q1 2020 main functionality and some key features will be out, but not 100% listed in papers. I thing it's too long period, everything can changes during this time. If i buy your tokens, what preferences will I have?
Getting the tokens as early as possible gives you the possibility to either future use the Terminal with a significant 50% discount or collect profit from the token starting price of 1$ together with the product launch. No, that's smoke. Don't use that. You have the the power to fix the price of your token during token sale, but to use wild statement like "Listing price will be $1, $2 or whatever", is pure scam. After listing on an exchange the price of your token is decided by market forces, not you. Please be so kind as to read my previous statements. Of course, the market price is defined by the market, BUT in fact, the price is decided by demand and we are listing only after we have released the product, only after real demand is on the market. This project has current features list and requests list equal to 5 years of updates of regular products(or several years of MoonBot-like updates, check Moonbot versions history (more than 200 updates through 2018)). But if this project does not have a better promotion method than now maybe within 2 weeks it will not reach a hard cap
I think your right with this observation. But In this era of IEO I'm pleasantly surprised at the fund raising success, I thought all funding dollars moved away from ICO and relocated to within the cosy confines of an Exchange but if this project can use funds well and create something to develop their projects successfully, investors will always come even though the ICO project is finished and I'm sure of that This is the main reason why we decided to go ICO way, to be able to use funds almost immediately. We need the new terminal ourselves, we also want and need everything listed in the Whitepaper, doing it by our own means, will take too much time to get it done, need the fast injection of resources and the new team is ready to go full time, no sleep.
You said about Forkdelta and Etherdelta , but for me, they are shit exchanges with low volume and often huge difference between buy and sell orders
True Dexes can list our token in some cases even without our involvement. Obviously we will list on at least 1 major exchange, and definitely, it will be an exchange, that MoonTrader is available for! We have several worthy agreements and proposals already! But! New product first!

All methods of payment will be available, Tokens will provide a discount, some features will be token-only. An example would be Copy Trading, where your account is traded, but your fess towards the trader are paid in tokens, thus not touching your deposit. You don't need your own token to be good trading terminal, really
We already have a very good trading terminal. Now the time has come to upscale it into a complete Platform. There is no blockchain behind trading obviously, but using the smart contract and token to process crowdfunding towards a crypto project would be the best solution in this case.
Minimum contribution to the project is 1 eth (around $300). It's too big.
Watch softcap (Round I) being accomplished and you will have no minimum requirements after that. |
