oh my  I generated a wallet with the offline-wallet-generator on May 5th. Dependency issues kept me from compiling the source to double check and I wanted to start mining. Now I have about 500 Loki sitting in an address LBVj***. So far so good, but... I thought I'd like to take a look at the mined coins, downloaded the now available linux-cli, synced the blockchain, imported the wallet and... well this one says empty wallet, address is L9R6***, view and spend key though are the same. I really don't think I made a mistake back then, been doing similar procedures quite some times without mistakes, always double checking. Well, my mistake should have been that I didn't bother to try importing the seed earlier... Question: did the offline-generator produce a faulty address or can I somehow recover the matching keys or is it lost forever? Hey CryptoClausel, try restoring with your seed phrase to the Loki Linux GUI (available on their Github: https://github.com/loki-project/loki). The addresses should not be different. When I restored mine, the addresses were not different. Are you sure you copied down the correct keys and seed information for the matching public address? |

Contributors who were able to register within the first 6 minutes (and send funds before the contribution period was closed) were able to participate. Contributors who sent amounts exceeding their individual contribution caps, or who sent funds after the close of the contribution period, have received refunds. With this milestone reached, we can finally announce the conclusion of Batch B. We have accepted a total contribution of 6.5MM USD, exceeding our initial target of 5.25MM USD. A larger pool of CARD has been allocated for Batch C than for B. Start date to be announced soon. Thank you for sharing this information for us. So 6.5MM USD has been raised in batch B, what about Batch A. It seems the total marketcap of this project will be more than 20 MM usd, right? The hardcap is 35M USD. |
