1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: HITBTC..... Straight up scamming thieves!!!!! on: January 31, 2018, 12:33:00 PM
My account suddenly became inaccessible due to a random 2fa issue, been waiting on support for weeks, zero help. Internet and twitter is flooded with folks having similar issues, losing funds, withdrawals and deposits disappearing. People doing good business protect themselves by resolving these issues. One of the drawbacks of crypto being unregulated, low life criminals like hitbtc can come along and straight up steal and we are virtually helpless.

Yes, there have been so many HitBTC scam accusations that I can't keep track of them all.

However, what good does it do complaining if you're not going to supply any proof of what has happened? Please make sure that you are supplying any relevant screenshots or proof of what's happened, otherwise we can't see what's happening.

e.g. what 2fa issue was it? Were they not delivering the 2fa message to your email/mobile phone, or was it something else?

BTW, HitBTC already has a negative trust for shady pasts. I personally would not trust them with my bitcoins.

I can give a screenshot of the 2fa being rejected, not sure how else to prove it. The point in ďcomplainingĒ is to warn others. Isnít that the point of this thread section?

As for the 2fa, it just stopped working one day, telling me I was entering the wrong code. It worked fine before. Even the back up code doesnít work. I sent them all the required proof to show it was really me trying to get it reset. Nothing. I just want it reset so I can withdraw.

It will/is crashing the market, just like the rest of the FUD coming out of these third world dumps.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Guru says $5k Bitcoin about to hit on: January 22, 2018, 04:13:37 PM
We have seen BTC price falling down to $9k+ last week. So it is not really impossible to go back to $5k.  Again it can go to $50k as well.  This is the name of the crypto game. No one can predict for sure..

Bitcoin will hit 1K as long as these third world shitholes like India and Korea keep creating FUD.
5  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptopia and HITBTC on: January 22, 2018, 01:05:57 PM
Dear God, people say crypto is the Wild West and while I understand that is one of the reasons we all profit, I am getting my first taste of the bad.

Cryptopia decides to close down close ltc and doge markets, locking up my money and offering absolutely no time frame for when I may be able to access it.

HITBTC, my 2fa randomly quits working. Support is non existent. I have hundreds of dollars sitting in there, and possibly losing hundreds more by missing trades.

Learning lessons I guess.

How have they locked up your money? According to the following thread, this is what they have said:

https://www.reddit.com/r/Electroneum/comments/7ouedv/all_ltc_and_dodge_parings_are_closing_on_cryptopia/

Quote
"Market Closing

Due to being unable to provide any kind of realistic or accurate ETA on both the DOGE/LTC markets being resumed, we have decided it best to close these base markets at this time. Please close any open orders, and we apologize for the inconvenience."

Close your open orders and withdraw your funds...

No. Iíll explain since you are ignorant. There are certain coins that only trade in the doge/ltc market. Money put into those coins are frozen.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Wall St is Toying with Us!!! on: January 20, 2018, 03:11:55 PM
My uneducated opinion. I believe big players are now heavily influencing the price of Crypto to benefit from both futures and trading. Nothing I can do about it other than try and take advantage. I think we will see more predictability in the up and down trends.

........ those mother fucking futures. Fuck the banks and Wall Street!!

I prefer that it stays low while I accumulate more.
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: SELL EVERYTHING!!! on: January 17, 2018, 03:09:07 PM
I'm gonna be honest with you all , i have been trading/investing since 2017.

I earned about 110.000 by trading and basically lost it all, i decided to sell the rest and just quit. I'm gonna explain why, this cryptocurrency market
is very manipulative and can easily be controlled and it will never stop. The icos/alts will always keep sucking all the btc cash so it will always be hard for btc to grow and
dominate.

This market is made to make money and profit from noobs it's like a bitconnect scheme. Every dollar that is made by someone, someone will lose money. Every dollar that
is made in this system will be sold to fiat and if there is low btc buy power it will mean that btc will only keep going down. This market is basically made to make
money from new users like a scheme. For example can you actually believe that if you would've put 10k usd into bitconnect you would have a monthly return of about 4500
every month by lending? This is unbelievably high which again means for every btc/dollar you lend out into this cryptocurrency system = someone will lose money that's
the main reason this market won't be there for long. Because it's basically a pyramid scheme.

Weak handed fools like you are the cause of the crash. The smart ones among us hold and buy the dips. It ainít rocket science.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / CryptoStagnation on: January 15, 2018, 11:47:22 PM
Why do I feel like things just arenít right? So much growth then things just hit a wall. Are there large forces at play (whales) slowing things down?
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Government Dump and Pump??? on: January 12, 2018, 01:03:24 AM
For all we know SK is planning on buying a shit load of bitcoin.... how convenient, look the price is tanking.

Weak hands are the problem here. Fuck Korea.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why will Bitcoin Rise Again? on: January 11, 2018, 10:00:39 AM
Still waiting. Not looking good for BTC.
16  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time for Bitcoin to shine again on: January 06, 2018, 12:31:38 AM
This ebb and flow is making us wealthy. The money pumping into this, dominated by BTC, is driving a humanity altering technology. BTC may not be the king in the end, but when it all shakes out the what is important is that the winners have the characteristics defined by Satoshi. There is a lot of tech mixed in with this movement that doesnít meet that standard (ripple) but Iím just hopeful this keeps up for a while longer before things settle out.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MASSIVE Market Shift on: January 04, 2018, 11:17:01 AM
To do the beats and talk bitcoin, the BTC fanboys, there is no reason to get snarky, Iím simply putting the idea out there for discussion.

Do you doubt that alts are crushing BTC?

Anyway, letís revisit this thread on March 1 and see is BTC is still trading sideways.

PS: we are ALL new to crypto and bitcoin.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / MASSIVE Market Shift on: January 04, 2018, 10:05:02 AM
I wonder if yesterday will tell a tale of how the entire year will be for BTC?

It was amazing to see such a huge influx of money into the market and most of the top alts gaining 25-100% while BTC, bch, and Ltc were weak in comparison.

Are people going to start funneling these alt profits into BTC or will the alts slowly take down the king this year?

A few months ago all you had to do was buy BTC and you were making huge profits, no longer the case.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why will Bitcoin Rise Again? on: January 01, 2018, 09:53:34 PM
What is this - concern trolling?

Bitcoin will go up - and it will go down. There are several reasons, check out google for some of the things it can do. This is the year of lightning network - and a ton of alt coins and ICO's / SEC etc.

Strap in.

Concern trolling? How big of a loser does a person have to be to use that term. Go pay to get laid, dip shit.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Why will Bitcoin Rise Again? on: January 01, 2018, 08:25:01 PM
BTC is struggling. Many people are bullish that it will be strong in 2018.

For those who think that, why do you think that is the case when fees are so high and send times so slow?
