That is 30% of what you get in BTC per claim. If 1 RP = 1 satoshi when the reward is 1 satoshi, then the 4 RPs would be 400% of what you can claim.
Oh! Little detail: if you redeem 100 RP Bonus for 1200 RP, and you make 20 claims, you get 800 RP profit. That's 800 satoshi per day, if you divide it by the amount of claims per day, that's 40 satoshi per claim. add up the normal BTC claim and the normal RP claim and that's 57 satoshi per claim. By far the best option is to encash (exchange it to 100000 satoshi). 1000% bonus is a waste of points right now. If you do the max possible rolls, that is 24, you get 3120 satoshi, 80 less than encashing them. To do 24 rolls in the bonus you have to roll every 1 hour exactly and not sleep at all, and for encashing you have to click a button that says encash whenever you want.
I've been saying it for a while now, the BTC Bonus is broken if encashing is that high, the solution to this is to tune down encashing points. This is a mistake, it shouldn't work this way. BTC Bonus should obviously reward more than simply encashing the points.

And i guess withdrawals also count (if you deposited 1 BTC but withdrawn 0.3, your total deposits for this matter would be 0.7 BTC. If not, you could deposit a lot and simply withdraw it.

The base prize is currently 18 satoshi, so if we take the highest Free BTC bonus (they are all proportional, it doesn't matter which one you redeem) that's 3200 RP for 10x bonus. 18*10*18=3240, so if you do 18 free rolls in a day (quite a lot, you have to sleep 7 hours max, if you aren't a robot then 6 or 5) you are getting 40 satoshi more than what you would get by encashing the points.
Keep in mind that to break even with Bonus Reward Points you just have to do 12 rolls.
Currently, i'm doing Free BTC bonuses because even if I get the same as encashing (or a little bit less) it's instant and the satoshi I make there gives me interest every day. But if the base prize goes down more I think it'll be worth more to encash them. (15*10*22=3300, I'm sure none of us does 22 free rolls constantly each day). I don't know if it's still active, but they give bonuses to anyone that posts that they got $20 or $200 at free rolls (obviously with proof of it). So with that in mind you should care . I think they did it so people would believe it's actually possible to get the high rewards, but it didn't succeed so much because people in this forum were skeptical of the proof as most posters were newbie accounts (probably because they created the accs just to post and get the bonus, but there was the suspicion that the admin created all the accounts to fake the high rewards testimonials, so to speak. Explain the logic. The prize is literally always the same, 0.002 USD. And you should be thankful, when the BTC price goes up, all the prizes you collected before were actually more than 0.002 USD. If you used the faucet when it started, you would've been getting half a dollar per claim (or maybe even more). Also, compare man. Other faucets pay even less. Hell, other faucets don't even pay and end up scamming. And also other faucets spam you with popups and invasive ads and sometimes it's so hard to claim you could say it's impossible.
You tell me, what faucet apart from this one pays interest on your balance? And gives lottery tickets, and reward points which you can use to redeem cool stuff or increase your prizes to 1100%? And gives bonuses every weekend? And supports forks, giving it's users exchange and withdrawal options?
Think of it: if you get a faucet that pays more than this one, then think about all the bonuses this one gives, and see if it's worth it.
