3221  Other / Meta / Re: Is the merit system flawed? on: May 08, 2018, 07:22:06 AM
Even though the merit system was introduced, I always see repeated and redundant posts. I think the member of the forum are being more naughty because they cant have merit themselves. It is becoming more populated by shitposters or is it becoming polluted by new members.
Merit is good but i thini we should create section only for jr and newbie when they get enough merits to becoming a member that will be the time they can get access to all section around bct. Just my opinion.
3222  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How will my tokens become coins? on: May 06, 2018, 03:05:45 AM
Some tokens will stay tokens forever as they don't need to run in their own blockchain(hence they run on the ethereum network instead). Some cryptocurrencies though, like EOS, they're currently only a token as they're still at the 1-year ICO stage. After that 1 year, then they're going to convert to becoming a coin as they're going to need their own native blockchain.
So you mean that if the token is not running their own kind of blockchain it will never be a coin even if it is listed in top exchanges, has values, and got listed at coinmarketcap?. What are the requirements for it to be called as coins?
3223  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Prevent your bitcointalk account from hacker- prevention is better then cure. on: May 01, 2018, 02:33:46 PM
Why are the moderators or global admins here in the forum does not regulate a more secured forum? Just like implenting the sMerit, they should also set up a more secured forum, they also have the benefits for it. It will lessen bct members sendkng pm's to admins.

Your tips are just fine but hackers are awake at all time watching our movent waiting for an attack.
3224  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: CoinHub.io Exchange? What are your reviews on: April 27, 2018, 03:26:31 AM
Good Day to everyone,
Have you heard this Exchange? Is this a good trading platform? What are your reviews?
Yes ! It is a good exchange to trade your altcoins with but everytime i register on this site it always shows error. How many times i refresh my computer/desktop but it always error again and again until i get lost of interest on registration. But this exchange has a high volume of bitcoins too that's why I really want to have an account on this site in order to sell my HBZ tokens.

I recently discover this Exchange because of Helbiz token. This exchange has mas many issues, the speed of the website is like a turtle, cant even load the deposit/withdrawal tab. Few trading pairs as well. Helbiz token are now in dip.

3226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best bounty campaign on: April 25, 2018, 02:30:26 PM
There are special websites that provide all the information about bounty campaigns. Including trust in these companies
Can you cite some of the useful websites that you know, it will be  great for bounty hunters to know the legitimacy of the bounty campaign thus reducing the chances of being scammed. Because nowadays projects who conducts ICO and Bounty Campaign are mostly Scam.
3227  Other / Meta / Re: How to easily change the bitcointalk.org skin and other SMF sites to dark theme on: April 23, 2018, 12:35:02 PM
I am using this chrome extension.

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/dark-reader/eimadpbcbfnmbkopoojfekhnkhdbieeh

It is called "Dark Reader". Its file size is less than 1 MB. Follow the link above and you will see many 5 stars rating.

It is very easy to use and customizes. No need to messing with CSS codes. Just try it.

You can always uninstall if you do not like.

Hope this help.
Is it working in mobile phones? Or can I add extensions to my browser in mobile phone?

3229  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Staking ETH Address on: April 17, 2018, 03:19:04 AM
You can stake a Bitcoin address with zero Bitcoins in it. Anything other than that isn't honored here as far as I know, since it's a Bitcoin forum.

So yeah, all you need to do is download a Bitcoin client like Electrum, create a wallet and keep the seeds safe, and follow the instructions within the tutorial. Again, it doesn't matter if the address doesn't have anything in it, for as long as you can prove that you own it via a signed message.
Someone says that we can stake our ETH Address as well here in this forum, I know that we can stake without BTC's in it, I just want it here to be listed for security and future purposses. By the way thank you for the honest reply Cheesy
3230  Other / Beginners & Help / Staking ETH Address on: April 17, 2018, 02:15:05 AM
Good Day Everyone!
I am looking for a post about Staking ETH Address, because I can't sign a message with my BTC Address because I am not holding my Private Keys, and since my ETH Address is the only address that I have Private keys, can someone give the post on signing a message using ETH Address for security and recovering purposes in the future.

I only see the post of tomatocage and shorena which is Signing a BTC Address. Here is the link. Sign in and verify your message now before it gets too late.

Ang mga hacker naman kasi ay nagwowork day and Night at hindi natin alam kung ano ang tintakbo ng utak Nila. There is always a risk na ma hack. Kahit nga ang mga exchanges na hahack eh paano pa kaya ang mga wallet.
3233  Economy / Economics / Re: New rich people thanks to BTC on: April 14, 2018, 01:22:05 AM
Everyday new people are getting rich because of BTC, and I know that this is not an easy rich scheme, they also did face a lot of frustrations and obstacles in their early times.
I feel so much regrets because I did not discover BTC in its early stage, maybe now I am one of those people who are rich, but it's okay many coins will also come to get my millons.
3234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best bounty? on: April 14, 2018, 12:43:09 AM
As of now I joined bounties in Medichain, ImmVRse and Vexanium, these are top projects I've seen so far. Good team, whitepaper, web design as well as its real life uses. All of them are also being featured in different web magazines. Try joining them too. It's just taking a risk.
3235  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Advice on how to cope up with my Frustrations on: April 13, 2018, 11:10:03 PM
Good Day Everyone! Smiley
I feel like I am a little bit frustrated these past few days, because I am seeing that my friend and his other friends can now buy their wants because of cryptocurrency, I feel like my hardwork in crypto does not paid off

Am I just being out of patience?

Please elaborate more on what your friend is doing/has done and what you have done instead and we will happily give you an honest opinion. There is not much at all you are saying to express our opinion. Thanks.
They are not that much open to me, but they said that just join some bounties. I am asking what they are doing but, I feel that they do not want to give me a piece of learnings or advice. Undecided

3237  Other / Archival / Re: So many Bounties-Which one is trusted? on: April 13, 2018, 02:02:09 PM
True, there are so many bounties out there and we do not know if those bounties are really legit and scam free, joining bounty campaigns is like gamble there is no assurance that you will be rewarded in these projects.

This is also my problem these past weeks, I don't even know what I should watching to conclude that it will be a good campaign, forr me the bounty manager is very important, the whitepaper, web design, usefulness in the daily living, team behing the project, and the ICO price.

Don't settle by just viewing in other website, try to learn from yourself on how to choose a good campaign.

Hello Good Day!,
Paano ba natin maipapaverify or maipapasigned message ang BTC address natin gamit ang coins.ph btc address, kasi di ako makagenerate ng signature kasi di ko naman hawak ung private key, any ways para mapatunayan na sa akin ung account na ito for future purposses?
3239  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to sign a message?! on: April 04, 2018, 02:32:07 AM
I cant verify my address because I don't hold my private keys, I used coins.ph as an address that's why I cant provide a signature as well as signing a message, I do stake my BTC address at tomacage post.

Maus0728
Bitcoin Address: 3FwSGzmN4ykMeTvoFk5b86qrm9w94VH2NA

I don't know how to create a signature intended for my btc address because the service wallet is not able for signing a message, that's why I can't verify it.
