Every mistake has its lessons. When you make a mistake, there are three things you should do: admit it, learn from it and do not repeat it.
Ever since i had been in this space, i have only been used to bitcoin, ethereum, NEO, waves, tokens that use their platform and some other very common coins, but just this week was my first time of transacting fully on XLM platform.
I got a token that uses the platform of Stellar (XLM) and i was able to trade the token into XLM on their decentralized exchange.
My mistake came in when i was about to transfer the XLM, to be traded into BTC on another exchange.
I thought the process of transfer would be the one i had been used to, not knowing that i was supposed to include a "MEMO".
I eventually transferred it, waited for hour, but found nothing.
I was bothered.
It was in that process i got to know that memo was to be included. That was my mistake.
I admitted i had made the mistake.
The lesson i learnt is to always study every thing first (both new and old, because old things can still change), before jumping into it.
This mistake i have made up my mind to never repeat again.
I AM SHARING THIS FOR YOU TO LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES AND FROM YOURS.

I see that BTC and ETH are two coins which had the highest capitalization on Coinmarketcap.
But I don't know why Bitcoin is still up and ETH always keeps current price.
Why was that happening? And in this time, should I invest to Bitcoin or Ethereum?

There are always different ways for things to develop. It is the normal thing in the market. If I were you, I will buy some eth. Because the price of btc is too high and we can not buy enough for us to make the ideal profit. But we can buy in enough eth to make the profit we want. |

Yesterday I only saw ETH for $ 167. But ETH today increased 17% and increased to $ 203. What can this tell us about ETH?

I think it is a good thing for me. I have buy in more eth when the price is quite low. I will wait to see how much it will be and hold the coins until the real bull run comes. |

Right now is a tough time for anybody holding tokens. The HODL strategies put into effect a mere 3 months ago have cost portfolios a huge % loss in value...
I myself have witnessed thousands upon thousands in value destruction. Hrmmm, but what to do now?
Although I have watched, slowly and painfully, tokens descend in value equivalent to a brand new Cadillac down to a value where I cant even sell them for a used 1980s Ford where the bumper falls off...
Instead, I opted to HODL… But the question remains...
Should one effectively Sell-Out and take that broke down ford valuation now?
OR.
Does one still HODL and dream of Lambos full of Women and cocaine?
I will keep holding my coins and if I find the right one I will buy in more for holding. The prices now is suitable for holding not for selling. So I will hold what I have to wait for the right time to come. |

Since january we all experience the red down lines
everyone experience this how long can you still hold your coins
and still hope for the best , are we waiting for another 3 years to reach the top
or we are now heading back to upward lines
I think it may be a little years later for us to see the rising of most coins. So I think we have several years to wait and we have to wait patiently in order to make up for the loss we have suffered before. |

Why some people want the Ethereum to over come Bitcoin in the near future? Is it because they make profit from ETH or what?
The price of btc is too high so the profit will be not so much. If eth is the better one, the profit will be high. So they expect the price will be high in the market. |

Hold is Bitcoin for long time, there is no much profit. You know why ?
Because if you only hold Bitcoin your balance will grow up only on USD rate. For example you hold 1 BTC . Current price 7500$. It's might 10k after some day. But you still have only 1 BTC.
Now think you have 1 btc and you convert it into BCH. Example for 1 BTC you get 10 BCH. Rate per bch is 0.1 BTC .
After some day if Bitcoin grow up, At the same time BCH also will grow up.
If bch rate grow 1.5 btc then you will have 1.5 BTC.
But before buy alt coin please select best coin to avoid dump.
So what you think. Hold alt coin or Bitcoin ?
I do not think so.I think it is a good idea to hold btc for some time. The prices most coins are not so good so we need ot hold them for the bull market to come. |

It will make the price low. We may find the price of them will be low suddenly. Or the coin will disappear all of a sudden. We may suffer a great lose at the time. |

I think it is a good idea to buy in btc if you want the safest coins. But if you want more profit, you need to take mroe risk so there is no the safest coins. |

I have one question that really bug me sometimes, Are ICOs going to end or new ideas and projects will emerge along with ICOs. Many of us actually rely on bounty to earn other than investing. As long as there is ICO I believe there will be bounty. It will be a sad day for us if ICOs are declared officially dead.
I think new ideas will emerge along with the ico so they will be here long enough for us to make enough money. There are many scams in the marekt, but there are also some good ones that we can trust. |
