"Following the Ethereum fork (Constantinople) that took place at the end of February, we are experiencing issues with some of the functionalities in the rewards portal of Spectre.ai.
 
Although the rewards are being issued with the same frequency as before, the functionalities of updating the user’s balance and withdrawing rewards are not working as previously. This is due to the recent updates in the Ethereum blockchain and the syncing process with our servers and our team is working around the clock to resolve the issue and allow all SXDT holders to be able to withdraw their rewards again.
 
Please note that the above is not related with the actual balance of the SXDT tokens in your account that you may quickly verify on etherscan.io.

Has the dividend issue been resolved yet?

Coolio! I'm looking forward to your progress. Pretty under the radar at the moment. Sucks that there's so little liquidity because I would love to increase my ICO stack. I guess you guys will need to work with offchain data as well. Look into Chainlink (https://www.smartcontract.com/) in case you require an oracle service. I'm not affiliated and this is not a cheap shill that's why I won't praise it. DYOR and don't let the memes fool you.

Customer support just fixed my issue. The "withdraw all" button is back.

Yeah, apparently. My custom settings of very low gwei and very low gas as well as 5 gwei and 200.000 gas failed with the transaction showing a value of "0 ETH". Tbh I haven't used crypto in like 9 months, so maybe every failed transaction shows "0 ETH" instead of the actual amount? I don't remember. It did work by clicking the default "slow" option which pops up in Metamask after initiating the pull via the rewards portal, so I'll just use that one in the future.
