261  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Advcash | a new "anonymous" bitcoin debit card [EUR & USD] on: February 09, 2018, 11:33:17 AM
Unfortunately, if you have money stuck on Advcash, there is only a practical way:

1) accept some loss
2) move back your money to EXMO (EXMO code or something)
3) buy back bitcoins (better wait for a dip, exmo prices are good if you want to sell tragic if you want to buy)
4) move BTC elsewhre (kraken, gdax)
5) sell BTC for money (wait for a peak)
6) wire transfer to your bank.

advcash totally useless without theyr card. I'd not like to be one of their employees

First successful ATM withdraw: done  Smiley
263  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Mistertango.com - Lithuania - IBAN bank account EUR - Bitcoin friendly on: February 08, 2018, 08:28:43 AM
Yesterday my mistertango has arrived.
Strangely on the delivery address there was the wrong town but luckyly correct zip code.
I've loaded the exchange and I discovered the 1% load fee minimum 0,0025BTC (bad thing)
Exchange rate is fair. (much better than wirex, that remains the worst ever seen)

I tried an ATM withdraw and it unfortunately failed. "service temporarily unavailable"
I hope it was only that ATM, i'll try others this evening.

StealthPay allows you to cash out any coin listed on Cryptopia or Bittrex on your Advcash. Here are some easy steps to go:

1) Sell your altcoins for BTC on Cryptopia or Bittrex.
2) Buy StealthCoin with this BTC.
3) Go to www.stealthpay.com
4) Click on "Sell StealthCoin", fill in the relevant fields and choose "Advcash" as a payment method.
5) Click "Order Now".
6) You will be redirected to the next page where you will see our StealthCoin address.
7) Send your StealthCoins from Cryptopia or Bittrex to this address.
8 ) We will pay you on your Advcash within 24 hours after we receive your StealthCoins.

StealthPay
As others said, it does not solve the issue, I am not sure if you read the previous pages but the main issue right now is Advcash cards disabled, until a new contract is signed with a new provider (they say it is on the way but I'll believe it when I receive a new card).

The service you provide sounds complicated and to my knowledge, there are other more convenient to do, I know at least two exchanges (Wex and Exmo) which allow to cash out to Advcash, they even allow transfers to a Mastercard.

Thank you for your feedback. Thanks as well as to the previous users who commented our post.

We are well aware that Advcash issued MC cards have been disabled. But they also have an option to withdraw funds on your existing Visa/MC cards. Does not this service work?

I agree that the steps we described take a bit more time, but WEX and EXMO offer the withdrawal of around 20 cryptos to Advcash, while we offer this option to hundreds of coins listed on Cryptopia and Bittrex.

StealthPay

yes, also the withdraw on credit card has been disabled, because they used the same wavecrest.
266  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Advcash | a new "anonymous" bitcoin debit card [EUR & USD] on: February 04, 2018, 10:26:07 PM
the real problem is how to extract fiat from advcash now that the mastercard is off
267  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Advcash | a new "anonymous" bitcoin debit card [EUR & USD] on: February 04, 2018, 03:26:39 PM
lol, and what are we supposed to do with money once loaded on advcash?
268  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Wow... IT's not good choice to use bitmex margin trading... on: February 04, 2018, 03:01:02 PM
it's incredible how easier is to lose everything on bitmex than doing some gain.
I've done 5 testnet trades and I lost everything in 4 out of 5.

and, very bad thing, when the last futures expired I wanted to place a long position, and right in that moment "system overloaded could not process order"...

I think it's impossible to place an order every time there is a clear market movement
269  Economy / Exchanges / CEX.IO verification or not? on: February 03, 2018, 02:44:38 PM
Hi all,

on the limits page https://cex.io/finance/limits-commissions#/direction/withdrawal  I see I can deposit and withdraw from/cto card with basic (not verified) profile.

But If I try to add a card, they want id, selfie, dna sample, retina scan, half of my finger.

What's wrong? How can I withdraw or deposit with no verification?
270  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Struggles of Advcash, there is Epayments as a good alternative (mastercard) on: February 02, 2018, 04:02:12 PM
I've never understood the sense of payments with a timer (also advcash had one)
What if I send a payment and no block is mined in 50 minutes? It has just happened on BTC blockchain.
271  Economy / Exchanges / Re: CEX.IO is could be SCAM [IMPORTANT] on: February 02, 2018, 10:28:30 AM
Just curious,

how does the withdraw to cc work? How do you check received credit? Do you go on credit card web site to check balance and you see you have more than usual plafond?

thanks

p.s.: i am talking of real credit cards, not prepaid cards
272  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Advcash | a new "anonymous" bitcoin debit card [EUR & USD] on: February 02, 2018, 09:11:44 AM
my account has been verified in 2 days, very fast . i think i will order the card. How did you pay for the card if you are not verified ?

The not verified users have low limits, but they still can spend some USD.
However, I want to bring this up again: AdvCash cards in Europe were Wavecrest Mastercard. Because of Wavecrest problems, these cards cannot be funded anymore and will be closed in February 27.
So if you are from Europe, AdvCash is not for you these days, like most other Bitcoin card providers.
If you are outside Europe, you better ask their support first.

Also keep in mind that if you want to order their card anyway when they'll work again, you can get their first week 5$ offer, since they promised they'll send the new cards for free as soon as they make a deal with another card provider.

advcash for outside EU was blocked 2 weeks before EU...
273  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Advcash | a new "anonymous" bitcoin debit card [EUR & USD] on: February 01, 2018, 04:57:03 PM
With all those problems in finding a reliable crypto debit card, I am starting to ask myself why I don't simply use coinbase to send money to my bank account.
Probably because very soon my bank would call me on the phone, and because I have not great ATM limits with standard bank cards.

what you think? What are your rearons?

that is my afraid too.. that when i need it to transfer big amounts to my coinbase linked bank account, my bank starts to ask questions about that money and even block-it for further analisis, just because they can do that!

Thats why i use mistertango to spend my "miner earnings" and let the FIAT from my salary un-touched for months!

looks like sometimes there is someone who understands what i mean.

advcash was limited in early january for not sepa users, if I rember well, after that there have been 20 days working for SEPA users, then stop also for SEPA.

i just wanted to say that mistertango could follow the same path (hope for no)
276  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Advcash | a new "anonymous" bitcoin debit card [EUR & USD] on: January 31, 2018, 11:53:50 PM
keep calm, mistertango is Wirecard!!! i think its solid for EU!! used today again and it works!

yes advcash has worked very well for 20 days after the out-eu limitation...
277  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin Debit Card, NOT provided by Wave Crest Holdings Ltd. (MyChoice) on: January 31, 2018, 10:24:00 PM
Quote: "You can't send Bitcoins to Revolut and withdraw cash from ATM.And you can't send cash and withdraw to Bitcoins."

-- Yes, I think what most people do is sell their BTC on gdax, then SEPA transfer euros to the Revolut, then either spend or withdraw to their normal bank account.  It's supposed to provide the interbank exchange rate for EUR to GBP for example.

Are there any debit cards that allow you to send your own BTC and load it to the card, then spend in stores, or withdraw cash at ATMs?  I think Spectrocoin (Bankera) may do this - How do their fees compare to other cards?  - https://spectrocoin.com/en/bitcoin-debit-card.html

I think an ideal card shouldn't charge for ATM withdrawals or POS transactions, and ideally there should be no limits on withdrawals or transactions.

If I understood well your question Mistertango is the card you are looking for. You can load it with Bitcoins from your own wallet, exchanger or something, it's exchanged to fiat currency immediately and then you can spend it in stores and on ATM. But still there is limit for monthly ATM withdrawal.

...and they probably quit the card very soon...
278  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Advcash | a new "anonymous" bitcoin debit card [EUR & USD] on: January 31, 2018, 10:15:32 PM
As i said the whole time, and this is proven now - no company in the world who has license to create mastercards/visa/any plastic, will ever be involved with crypto again. Unless their company focus more on crypto than on fx. swift/wire.

Not true! Mistertango and Wagecan still offer cards with crypto connection. And even Viabuy can be loadet by Bitcoin at the moment.

Btw

Dear Mistertango users,

We have some really bad news for you...
Due to the new regulations of "Mastercard" we can't issue card services for clients located outside Europe.
From the 2018-02-01 all "Mistertango" issued cards for non-EU clients will be disabled.
We are working hard to find new worldwide solution as fast as possible.
You will be still able to use your "Mistertango" account to receive and send SEPA and SWIFT transfers.

We are really sorry about this issue!

Sincerely,
Mistertango

ok this is the proof i was talking yesterday and I hoped not to find.
I assume ban for EU customers will follow... and another useless piece of plastic will be delivered to my home (and more important, another company around the world has all my personal data and id documents, for no reason at all. )

because of bitcoins I had to send my ID cards in so many places that I would be surprised if still there is not an hacker around the world making bad use of them
279  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 100USDT to withdraw USDT from HitBTC on: January 29, 2018, 10:17:06 PM
Did you read my message?

HitBTC has a 4x Poloniex fee to withdraw (100 vs 25), and 25 vs zero to DEPOSIT (no exchange has deposit fees, Hitbtc has...)
280  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Wirex- Bitcoin Debit Card | Buy Bitcoin | Mobile Banking | Send Money on: January 29, 2018, 09:24:45 PM
Again, even if your theory is fascinating, it has no physical proof.

If we had 2 providers dealing with crypto, and both shut down, we could say "it's crypto" But as far as we know, only wavecrest has been shut down.

So the problem is perhaps more if there will be another provider so big to issue so many cards.

If mistertango will close its mastercard program, we'll have probably the definitive proof that there is a war against cryptos
