i think the main reason because the price is still so low because many people dont trust them because they made still no proof that they got real hacked.. no report to fpi?? what they say now after months? is the hacker gone? and wtf why should the hacker sent some ether back.. thats totally bullshit^^
Yes it's a little bit strange that some ETH were send back, but I think there could be several reasons for that (e.g. it could be that it was a job
from a hacker group and one of them got cold feet or he got remorse and send his amount back, or it has something to do with the israelian police investigations and it isn't allowed to make the reasons public).
By the way: What would be the benefit for the team if it was a planed inside job? They gave everyone the purchased CDT amount, even the people who were affected by that hack. I don't see big benefits for them, they would have the same amount ETH if there would be a inside hack. I don't think it was a planned inside job. They would have the same collected amount and have the image damage. That's not a benefit. I think they showed their trustworthiness when they gave the CDT Coins to the "hacked people" and took the loss of collected ETH by themselves.
