We are now successfully updated to Shekel 1.5.0 please give us some time to make sure all masternode stat sites and exchanges are up to 1.5.0. We are currently updating our explorer right now, it is a rather large blockchain so it is taking some time but it should be done tonight.

Yes our android wallet is currently being developed.
The desktop wallet updates may not push out until Q3 before Governance & we are waiting for the mandatory wallet update before listing on new exchanges. We will have AT LEAST have an updated wallet preview this Quarter.
