It's a bit sad that criticism gets deleted here. Pathetic.

Perhaps the dev should spend his time on living up to his promises instead

My pick is going to be nerva.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: October 24, 2018, 05:34:14 PM
I don't think there is any difficulty for any DAG based coin to get listed on any exchange. We can look at the available exchanges for IOTA and almost all top exchanges are where it is being traded. Instead of other non issue my main focus is on keep adding more coins little by little at these prices as this is second chance for those who completely missed or underestimated it at first time.

IOTA team is currently working on a module (I think it is called IXI module or so) which let exchanges integrate IOTA very easy. Today exchanges have to create a own procedure to implement IOTA. The new module will make sure that such an implementation is not necessary anymore. By then at least, most exchanges will integrate IOTA.

Dude wake up. It has been released months ago
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Let's predict, the next bull market, which altcoin will be pumped to the moon on: October 19, 2018, 09:15:45 PM
Accumulate all the gems on TradeOgre, wait for the bulls to come back, profit (hopefully).

Nerva (available on tradeogre) seems to be a good option that has shown a nice growth the last weeks. It's actually one of the few that has green numbers
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: TRON (TRX) is going crazy. on: October 13, 2018, 10:47:49 PM
Please stop quoting this ridicules charts. Your making a fool of yourself

What will be the 3 big cryptocurrencies in 2020?

The price thing might be a bit exaggerated. It's more about the features that crypto will be looking for in the future

Why do you guys find it so important to have btc/eth? I never really understood this.

From my perspective it's perfectly fine not to have them if you would like to take more risk which could lead to higher profits.

This is a nice article about upcoming events for IOTA.

I don't think so. If some other projects will do their plans IOTA will die. What it have exclude capitalization and promises? Holders and empty github. And their DAG realization have bugs also

From my perspective, that argument can be used the other way around. If you look at the top 10 coins, there is just no need for TRX, LTC, ripple/stellar (one of them is enough) and neo. Bitcoin cash is also useless.

I mean, in the end it's about adoption of use cases. Barely anyone of them have that

The project was once very promising, but now disappointed its investors. From the project team there is very little news and it makes more people sell tokens of this company.

Dude....just make sure you check updates

18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can IOTA have 100$ value in a year ? on: July 09, 2018, 08:55:58 PM
Its a bit of a useless post. The price depends way too much on btc. In case btc hits 250.000, then we might see a 100 usd

https://blog.iota.org/green-light-from-the-eu-commission-for-iota-and-the-european-smart-city-consortium-cityxchange-f7928aef33ac

On 6 July 2018, the +CityxChange proposal was formally invited by the European Commission to become a new smart city lighthouse project, under the “Smart Cities and Communities” call of the EU research and innovation programme Horizon 2020. The proposal was given excellent comments and scores by the experts, and rated among the very best among the eleven competing proposals.

For the next five years, the cities of Trondheim, Limerick, Alba Iulia, Pisek, Sestao, Smolyan and Voru will experiment on how to become smart positive energy cities, that use digital services to improve quality of life for and together with all of their citizens, generate more energy than they consume, and exchange experiences with cities across Europe to learn faster, together.

Under the leadership of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), these seven cities will develop and test new solutions together with an impressive list of 11 large entreprises, 9 SMEs, 3 non-for-profit organisations and 2 universities, covering the entire value chain: IES R&D, Powel AS, University of Limerick, Energy Agency of Plovdiv, Future Analytics Consulting, Research2Market Solutions, ISOCARP, TrønderEnergi Kraft AS, ABB Norway, ATB, AVIS Budget Group, Statkraft Varme AS, ESB Innovation RoI Ltd, ESB Networks, Ove Arup & Partners SAU, FourC AS, R.Kjeldsberg, Smart MPower, Space Engagers, Colaborativa, Officinae Verdi, IOTA Foundation, NHP Eiendom, and GKinetic Energy Ltd.

This project will be very good for IOTA to explore new real use case and it will be one step closer to adoption. It's awesome!

@ Generalizethis: what I your opinion about the release of today? Is qubic in line with your expectations?

Personally I think the news is great and I really hope that they can make a nice progress the upcoming months. Yet, most people on reddit seem to be a bit disappointed.
