Why is support never online & why does it take forever to process a withdraw?
I've been told by support via email to allow 24-48 hours for the withdraw to process.
And if it doesn't happen by then to contact them immediately.. well I did just that & still no reply.
It's been 5 days... 🕔 ⏳ ....🙄

What's your username? I'll take a look for you. Also what time zone are you in? Support is only available during US hours for now.
We're also soon going to be implementing instant withdrawals however this service will only be available to people who actually deposit money. Anyone using no deposit bonuses will still require a manual review which is only fair since it is people gambling with house money rather than their own.
Sounds good. Totally understandable about the manual withdraws.
