Hi everyone, I'm getting this error message since a few weeks: Pool sent wrong data, cannot set epoch, disconnect I've searched the web for a solution for this issue, they all say to update claymore, but since I'm using v15.0 already this doesn't help. I've tried older versions aswell: same thing One source mentioned to change the esm value, but that didn't help either. Any ideas on how to fix this? Systeminfo: Windows 10, RX580s Just wanted to fire up some mining since it's actually an option again (long story) but i get same error actually same for cc old miner, new miner, ella, rvn, etc, I was running 6 months ago and believe a power shut down let an update into windows or something. Of course i forget all this till open pc, download latest version first |

1k I'd seriously love to see that. No freely distributed miner can achieve that with these cards... that I know of anyway.
This one can. My screen flies by to damn fast to tell which gpu is which so I haven't messed with it to much but i think it was the samsungs I had spitting out numbers close to 1000 with very little tweaking seeing as I can't tell what is what but either way I also watched it on youtube from a guy hodl round but I didn't find link and I am running stock clocks bios modded rx 5 and 4 series on one rig sense it runs like 8 or more times to fast for me getting avg about 6100 to nanopool and 2 vega rig 3906 24hr avgs. I bet your right about the ram or at least I hope. I'll find out tomorrow see if 4 gb ram not enough for 8 rx. Works fine for 2 vega |

Sometimes Cast freezes during card initialization and I have to restart it, would it possible to add a timeout mechanism (a "watchdog" of sorts) so that if something happens then Cast restarts itself or the card initialization? This could even be optional via the command line.
http://vega.miningguides.com/ at the bottom anyone ever come up with a fix for all the zeros. Like the miner runs 8x to fast for rx 4 or 5xx series cards? It's not me I tried brand new everything and then ordered vegas and they are good to go. Had some crash and burns UNTIL i used IGPU I followed guide above as close as possible other than cast |

I'm having the "one card drops to 0 h/s" issue too. I get that error then the whole rig stops hashing with the GPUs even though XMR still shows activity. Eventually the system crashes when i try to quit the miner and I have to reboot. It happens after 45-60 mins of mining almost every time. I'm going to reinstall windows again but this issue is making me rethink my XMR mining. I might end up ditching this project and going with asics if I cant get it working. Has anyone solved it?
Sigh. Vegamining blog for a script that you can modify to monitor hash rate and restart. If the same card keeps dropping to "0" dial back the P7 and P3 settings using OverDriveNTool and apply that profile to just the weak card. get at me you need a buyer :-) |

not sure what I could be doing different than others with only rx xxx cards but I ordered a couple vegas and was able to set them up 3830 avg and miner works fine but i've tried everything under the sun and on the rx only rig the miner runs about 8 times faster than the other, I have a much lower accepted shares percentage, pretty sure it's not reading the correct fan to gpu and spitting out more zero's than hashes. Never skips fan readout or temp. Getting 6600hs accross 8 cards but sometimes as high as 20 percent job outdated. Restart and 10, Best i've had it is now showing 92 percent accepted. Seriously considering putting 1 vega to 4 rx and see if that make miner slow down and get the 96 percent accepted on both. Open to any suggestions. tried with many different bat file combo

Hi i m getting 6200hs on my mixed rig, however i m getting alot 0.0hs lines in the miner...
Who can help me solve this?
does someones has the --help working?

If you are mixing RX 480 or RX 580 with RX Vega, the 0.0hs lines are weird, but check your total hash rate. The total rate may be fine on your end and pool side. I wasn't mixing with vega. I just had 5 rx580 2 480 and 1 470 but it was like the miner was trying to go to fast. 6 or 8 times to fast. I was able to hash avg of 6400 but real bad outdated shares so I switched Hashington back to ETC and ordered a couple Vega 56. m.2 ssd lost in shipping and im not the best with computers but I am now hashing 3832 with cast miner and 2 56's stock bios. registry modifications, powerplay mods. One at 1960 and the other at 1870 or so. Haven't played with overdriventool at all yet so im sure I'll get a little more and I still need to make the auto start script then all I'll have left to do is add more cards to the 270a. Tried to get my 580/480 8 card rig to run smooth and couldn't get all the zero's out of the miner like it was trying to run about 4x faster than needed even though I was pulling in 6500 hash I had a real bad reject rate I couldn't solve either. Pissed me off ordered some vega 56 pointed Hashington at ETC. i did notice it to seem a little better if I closed out wattman before open cast and do nothing else with the computer. Don't even look at it lol Now im installing 220 to power the pdu strip. Hope this works better. I tried fresh install windows all the other stuff

Thx for hard work this seems to make Vegas most profitables GPUS atm !!  my new 56 cards for the rig are on the way and i am already mining with my Sapphire 64  stable 2k hash 3days mining now on nicehash 99% acepted подскажите кто знает как в батнике прописать пароль чтоб зайки в настройки на xmr.nanopool.org и выставить сумму вывода, так как по умолчанию стоит 1 XMR, это очень долго. How and where can we use this command ?

Once miner is running, how can I see stats such as active pool, averages, ...
Also I have a correct global hashrate but most of the lines are empty... Is this normal ??

I have this exact same thing going on. bat file like cast_xmr-vega --opencl 0 -G 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7 -I 9 -S xmr-us-eas combination of 4xx and 5xx series cards totalling 8 all bios modded and running blockchain drivers says im getting 6550 h/s on cast. Runs forever eth or etc at 234 mhs nanopool showing good current hashrate finally Thanks |
