Да ладно, тут в целом неплохо сделано. Если я правильно понимаю, то вся фишка в том, что не просто ICO будут предлагаться юзерам, а сразу будут рекомендации на основе рисков. И это гораздо круче толпы телеграм ботов которые по сто тыщ раз в день сигналят.
