Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO legalities in 2020?

I think USA government is also working on new policies regarding crypto and most people think that it will be ease things out and they are expecting a pro crypto policy so once that comes out i am sure crypto will boom and it will eventually be accepted and adopted on the common man level also i think after this new US policy SEC laws will also soften about crypto based projects. So lets see i am sure most of the world will follow the US policy on this crucial subject and most countries are waiting for them too.

I always have liked Binance as an exchange platform and even today i like trading at binance but i think they are trying to cover each and every area related to crypto which can be a bit tricky as you can loose focus when you are riding two boats at the same time. Already binance has covered most of the crypto venues and looks like staking and masternodes could be left and if they reach that goal i think they will next move towards a truly global crypto bank and if they want to keep expanding i think that should be their ultimate goal.

I hope everyone will stay safe and Chinese government will take proactive measures to cope with this virus outburst, this is very sad and natural epidemic which can occur or spread anywhere so we need to be very careful and need to take ultra care of hygiene and cleanliness. On the other hand i do not think that it will effect economy of China or crypto market because uptill now news is that this virus is localized in a small area only.

I do not quite understand how SEC works, i mean if they any problem they should stop the project before raising funds they seem to always jump in after everything has been completed and they just enter to ruin the party. I think SEC should come up with clear funding guidelines and procedures so that every serious project can follow them and get a noc from them so that investors and project team are not disturbed later.

I cannot conclude about this because i do not know the official response from Hex team regarding it but it may well be the truth and reality because i have seen dozens of programs and projects that promised good returns to investors and holders and ending up as exit scam so i think we all should be vigilant and not get lured into every shining thing.

The only down side in all these exchanges i see is area or location restriction for example i have been a user of bittrex, kraken and kucoin but they no longer accept traders from my country so they forcefully asked me to exit the exchange in 30 days, this caused me a lot of loss because i had to face some tokens that i was holding for longterm and market was really terrible for them at that time, so i think such thing is highly unethical if anyone has created account, passed kyc and allowed to trade once should not be forced to exit yes the exchange can stop new members from that region to open an account that would have been more reasonable.

I am looking out for such coins at the moment but somehow i have not find any coin that attractive to theow in a large part of my investment for staking so i have decided that i will wait for Eth proof of staking algorithm to go live and then i will stake it because eth is the only coin in this category that i can trust fully.

For a fiat backed stablecoin to be considered legit you have to prove that it is really backed by fiat for that you either have to show them the associated bank account or third party audit reports and no creating a fiat backed stablecoin is not easy it is a tough thing and you really need to back it with fiat you cannot just fake it.

I hope it will be bulls dominating all through the 2020 and the start has been good but i think all the bull sentiment this year will revolve around halving, i think it is the main event that will drive the bulls crazy this year, pre halving the market will run due to anticipation and post halving due to reduced supply of daily mined btc so i am sure we will see masdive demand and price will explode this year.

I have been a supporter foe Eth as a project for long and i am sure they will rule the market and future belongs to them. For investors, i am super bullish regarding the value of eth in coming months and years so every serious member and investor should do there diligence and hold eth, im not giving any investment advice but my opinion and i now most people will agree with me.

I do not think it is appropriate for anyone to ask for donations on twitter, rather i would suggest you to visit bounties section in this forum, there you will find many campaigns and you can earn coins by promoting new projects on twitter if you want, there are many other tasks available as well so choose what you like to do and earn yourself some tokens.

It really depends on the quality of the project i mean if the alt you are holding is backed by good practical project and the team is working efficiently and proactively on all its aspect then i think such alts will also give good move in the bull market, if a project is not much practical then it has chances of failure.

|

You are right there are even some projects that fade out due to low community and supporters because they have no volumes on exchanges and all the exchanges delist them one by one resulting in the removal of the token from all trading venues which discourages investors and holders and even team members that negatively effects the project and many abandon the project even if it is really good.

on: January 14, 2020, 09:09:15 PM

Looks the new government in Pakistan under the leadership of Imran khan is pro crypto because he has talked about blockchain technology, artificial intelligence and distributed ledgers in his speeches at various events which goes to show his keen interest and following towards this segment, with the initiation of digital Pakistan initiative it would be great if all these steps and regulations regarding digital money and crypto is being done as quickly as possible because everyday is important and time is running out and Pakistan can become the leader in this field if they implement the correct policy as soon as possible.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Campaigns now trial and error method
|
on: January 14, 2020, 06:05:24 PM

I think for all projects it should be made compulsory that they raise private/seed funding from private/angel investors first before opening ico, this will be win win situation for all and will have following positive outcomes. 1) It will make sure that only quality and practical projects will continue. 2) It will become an automatic and organic project filtration process and will gain the trust of investors and they will be back to icos. 3) Teams behind the project will also know from the start that their project is worthwhile or not that will save further time and energy. 4) Bounty hunters will also be sure of the continuation of the projeft and this way bounty industry will revive too. This will definitely be win win for all as i explained i hope industry will find a way to follow this simple process.
