A Great campaign you had there! But I would like to ask, what do EQUAL have to offer that makes it unique from other multiplatform tokens that already exist? A lot of project pops out of nowhere nowadays, that's why we have to be uniquely different from the others in order to succeed.

The EQL team spent the week moving into their own private office in Collingwood, Melbourne! Regarding deadlines, the team also takes into consideration the current state of the market. This obviously impacts the effect of any release, please keep that in mind.It was stated in the old website "the wallet will be released in Q2". So, no matter how late it is during June. Hope tommorow. I'm tired of these news. I don't know when I can see the actual progress. Q2 will be passed immediately, but it seems that there has been no progress. June is almost gonna end but still there isn't any web wallet that is being released or any news about the development of Equal. I have to agree with you on this one, as sad as this sounds but I'm losing confidence with the team, they just keep on promising the community all these updates but up to now there still isn't a single update and just like what you said there hasn't been any progress, they haven't even completed what's written on their roadmap for Q2. I really hope the team will do something about this and speed up their development, they really need to step up and give the community some real updates not just promises. Yes, so I think that their team does not have professional developers at all. It is only when the virtual currency market is hot that they create a token and they may not have the ability to develop wallets. Yeah I have to agree, I don't think they have that much of an experience team cause if they do they would have been showing them off right now but if you head over to the website you wouldn't see even just a single name of one of their team members. Yeah its quite unfortunate that they're doing this, I think they took advantage on the ICO era. I really enjoy being part of this campaign. It's one of the first emerging project I ever find out and the idea behind is intriguing. However I would more details about this campaign because I didn' t find all the info in this thread or elsewhere. For example, which platform do you like most for the article? Pretty sure reddit is fine, are medium & others EQUALly fine? Talking about the video, my english is (hopefully) good enough to understand and be understood, but surely (for a video) it' s not perfect as I would. So is english mandatory? How does the self-deflationary mechanism work?
Hi Ezioaudtiore. EQL has a 1% burn fee on every transaction. Being a deflationary token, a long-term EQL investor would be rewarded over time as their percentage relative to the total supply would increase after every transaction. Hope that helped. |

Same issue here - tried to send various amounts (not even nearing the needed remaining 250), all transactions fail with error ERC-20 Token Transfer Error (unable to locate corresponding Transfer event log. However. on their contract page I see tons of transactions going through - how can that be? https://etherscan.io/address/0x47dd62d4d075dead71d0e00299fc56a2d747bebbWait that's quite weird, you're the third person now that's been complaining about that. I've also seen some tweets on twitter regarding this problem. I haven't transferred my tokens to coinexchange yet so I haven't really encountered this problem but seeing that more and more people are encountering this, the dev should talk about this and help the community solve this problem. Have you tried contacting the devs on discord? They seem to be pretty active on there, you should contact them so that you'll be able to get some help on what's wrong with your transactions and hopefully they could help you solve this problem. I went over to discord and received very good help from one of the admins. Seems that the automated gas calculation by MEW was off - increasing the gwei to 8 and gas limit to 200.000 helped and then the transaction went through for me. That's great mate, I'm glad you already solved this issue. So happy for you and I'm glad that the dev helped you right away anyway I'm quoting your reply so that if anybody has the same issue then they could follow this method and maybe this could help them solve their current problem. This is also a good advice to all those who will be transferring their equal to coinexchange, they should follow these steps in order to avoid any issues. Thanks for sharing this quick fix mate, you really helped a lot of people here! Glad to see that you were able to receive help from the members of our team over at Discord. You'll be glad to know that our Web Wallet will automatically factor in the burn fee when sending EQL. Great times ahead. |

How exactly is Equal deflationary? Is it just that new coins arent emitted or are there actually fewer in the future?
There is a 1% burn fee on every EQL transaction. Over time, the supply becomes lesser. Hope that helps! |
