Bitcoin terrifies Big Banks, because it threatens their centuries-long monopoly over the world. Because Bitcoin makes it possible for ANYONE, who has some brain and knows how to use the technology, to become rich and be part of the money elite. That is what terrifies them, because they DON'T want that. The Big Banks rather want us all to remain poor and in debt for the rest of our lives while they SUCK away everyone's money like BLOOD LEECHES . There is a war between them and us.
We want to become well off and truly independent. They want to prevent us from becoming well off and independent , the elite want to stay in power so they can do their EVIL deeds , depopulation , vaccines , all the EVIL stuff . IT'S TIME FOR THE MIGHTY BITCOIN TO CHANGE THE WORLD FOR THE BETTER.

Your credit card is approved instantly but it isn't settled until months later. If someone pays you and you find out later it was a fraudulent card, you're out of luck! Bitcoin clears in 10 minutes and then it's irreversible forever. Look up the Lightning Network. With this technology next year bitcoin transactions can be instant. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are valuable to me because it allows me to store money outside of the traditional financial system free from inflationary central banks and other monetary shenanigans. That being said, things are in a mania at the moment so don't invest what you can't afford to lose.

SAMSUNG is gonna be a gamechanger for Crypro, people just don't realise how big this is. Apple already signed with Ripple! I believe Apple is making Samsung considering blockchain!

No value in buying with bitcoin. you spend 100$ worth of bitcoin on something the next week it's worth 130$.

Trading is all about personality, not so much about education. It's like going to war, bullets don't care what rank you're wearing. You can be a general but still get shot/bomb.

Ok, but what if that restaurant gets to the point of making most of its income in Bitcoin? He still needs to pay everyone and replenish the restaurant's provisions. Will his employees/providers accept Bitcoin?

Trying to shutdown bitcoin is like trying to shutdown the internet It's not possible.

This would be huge! It would definitely in my eyes be a big step forward to mass adoption at a critical level. If and when Amazon would adopt bitcoin, it would be the catalyst for all others to step in that direction - think eBay... nice to see some positive rumours instead of the fud

Bitcoin could either be the future and you make massive returns, or for some reason it sinks (not likely) and you loose it all. You gotta put in an amount of money you're comfortable losing.
|
|
|
Funny how people call this the currency of the future. It's more like a bottle from hell!

It's gotten rotten. The fee is based on the price of Bitcoin, not the amount you send. That's fine for large amounts. But it means nobody's going to buy a cup of coffee with Bitcoin. It's like a flat amount income tax. Everybody pays the same amount. Not going to work for the little guy.

This guy did invent Bitcoin, but he is also smart enough to deny it. There's no benefit being recognize as such and will only bring about assassination attempts by salty Bank owners.

Sure they want to! not quite sure they will able to! But as far as I understand week point we have exchanges. So governments may hit there, take under control exchanges and that is all.
|
|
|
Bitcoin is inherently permission-less. Government's approval is not required. No one specifically controls Bitcoin in that:
(1) No one controls how quickly it can be mined. Every other Bitcoin becomes harder to mine as per the nonce of the mathematical algorithm.
(2) No one controls its value...some pump and dump practices have failed sinc skilled players can see the predictive pump-and-dump patterns on the market charts...so "insider trading" corruption is nullified.
(3) No one controls how it WILL evolve...and evolve it must to meet its new challenges of scaling etc..
(4) No one controls its utility.
Yes there are whales, miners etc...but ultimately is an ecosystem of interdependence and that's the BEAUTY of Bitcoin. The same variables cannot be applied to corrupt government FIAT currencies

Bitcoin is clearly not the main problem, but it helps criminals to laundering money easier.Bitcoin is in fact use for people and criminals to hide money from governments for many reasons. If they had to use US$ the laundering is more difficult. Using Bitcoin the laundering is much easier because it can be value transfer between individuals, across international borders, and so forth. Using dollars is easier to track and catch criminals.

Money laundry exists and has always existed even before crypto. I don't understand govt measures.
