such communities are extremely difficult to create and maintain in the absence of support from the motivation of a community manager ... I believe that such activities should be generously rewarded by the team ... the manager’s work is extremely difficult and requires deep immersion and when projects are offered to do this on a voluntary altruistic basis, I don’t understand what they are counting on, in this world everything is worth its money ... you asked for millions of dollars, but you want ads to be made for you for free ... it’s just ridiculous Hi, As you may be aware, there actually is a dedicated community advocate on the Metronome team. Part of Metronome's ethos is to be a community driven and defined cryptocurrency, and the community manager actually was receiving many requests for such a repository of community building resources from the community itself. The point of the engage page is to empower community members to continue furthering the conversation where they'd like in addition to the already existing community. Thanks,

As I understand you developing EVM comfitable blockchain where users will be able to swap apps from Ethereum blockchain to your blockchain? The same things making Pchain and Tomochain as I know Hi, I think you might have misunderstood a bit. Metronome is not a new blockchain, but rides ontop of EVMs. It is not app swapping, it's not an app platform. MET (the coin itself) is what is ported between chains. Metronome is a new cryptocurrency that is designed to endure through its principle design goals of self-governance (without undue founder influence), reliability (with a highly predictable supply and issuance schedule), and portability (so that MET owners can move their MET to compatible blockchains for whatever reason they desire). I highly encourage you to read the Owner's Manual - there's an entire section devoted to motivations: https://github.com/autonomoussoftware/documentation/blob/master/owners_manual/owners_manual.mdTheoretically that all sounds so great, BUT: DO THE FOUNDERS REALLY CARE ABOUT METRONOME?! Look at Jeff's twitter account, he does not even mention that he works at MET: Husband, father, builder, Co-founder @BloqInc, @SpaceChain & others, proud son of a USMC F-4 pilot.https://twitter.com/jgarzik?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5EauthorMatthew cares about "Bloq, Inc., Tally Capital, Chamber of Digital Commerce" according to his linkedin profile. https://www.linkedin.com/in/matthewroszakThe ICO was that often delayed that it was just painful.. One year ago or a bit longer ago when I heard from MTN, I clearly wanted to be a part of community, however, it really seems that its a side-side-side project from some big faces in crypto space. That should not be hard critics, its just the situation how it feels Hi, Thanks for the comment. There are a few things to consider here, but obviously the team does care about Metronome and expanding it. Massive amounts of work went into building and launching Metronome so that it functioned correctly upon launch as an autonomous cryptocurrency -- hence the timeline considerations to allow for proper auditing. No one can really work at MET since it's an autonomous cryptocurrency, not a company. The team and the rest of the community is working hard on continuing to expand Metronome organically, since like I mentioned above there isn't a foundation or company - just a protocol. That said, the community resources page should be up soon, the validator docs and code should be published soon, and there will be Metronome team members in Singapore at the Binance conference, if you're there I encourage you to come talk to us in the meeting room there. Thanks, hope all is well,

why is chain-hop capability going to be added to ETC instead of ETH? ETC is has-been chain with no value or long term future. Makes no sense.
Also why do developers have so many of these coins in terms of %? I read documents and yes there's a lock-up period but fact is they still get them in a fairly short timeframe. 20% is super greedy especially when this currency isn't exactly marketed or known about by many.
I have a five figure sum to invest and considered MET but although I like the concept, the execution, distribution and post-launch lack of awareness and low volumes has put me off.
Bitcoin II launches in a few weeks and just can't take the risk of this one over something like that, but I hope this one succeeds also.
Hi, Thanks for the comment. So Metronome was actually initially launched on ETH, ETC is just the first port -- an owner won't need to move their MET to the ETC set of contracts if they don't want to. You are correct that there is a three year lock up on the one-time Author's Retention. The author's retention was for launching a fully functional cryptocurrency, and authors receive none of the proceeds from any of the auctions, ISA or DSL. Hope all is well,

Why you posting only news about your events, conferences etc? This is good that you promoting your project as many other do. But why you don't posting news about your progress in devellopment? ICO ended several month ago and I would interesting which job made so far in project development It's important to note that Metronome launched as a fully functional cryptocurrency. That said, you can read the late September update post linked in the comment above: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2450739.msg46206299#msg46206299Thanks, What you mean by "fully functional cryptocurrency"? Which functions in your product ready already? And explaine me, how tokens will be used here? Thanks for article, I read this. But there is not a clear information about product development. On which stage you are now? And when will be mobile wallet released? The protocol, the functionality of Metronome is baked - it launched as a fully functional cryptocurrency. I highly encourage you to take a look at the github ( https://github.com/autonomoussoftware/metronome) for a better understanding of this. The next target chain for Metronome contracts to be deployed on is Q1 2019 (like the article I linked before mentions). Mobile wallets should be published soon. Also, the FAQ and Owner's Manual actually goes over use cases. Sometimes I like to watch a video or hear it explained too so the the videos below are helpful: https://youtu.be/nPLSCqJ4_Lwhttps://epicenter.tv/episode/224/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7GiSdhTTJM&feature=youtu.be&t=6m51sThe infographic on metronome.io is useful as well. https://metronome.io/download/Fact_Sheet.pdfhttps://metronome.io/download/Infographic.pdfI highly encourage you to read the owner's manual for a greater understanding of Metronome, its motivations, and how it works: https://github.com/autonomoussoftware/documentation/blob/master/owners_manual/owners_manual.mdHope all is well,
