1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investing Bitcoins? on: June 17, 2014, 02:22:31 AM
I've been giving out a couple of loans with BTCJam and I have been pretty fortunate that the borrowers have been paying back their debt. Do you guys have any other sites for giving out loans besides going out loans in the forum?

The most secure way to gain from having bitcoins, with no risk at all is to lend them on bitfinex.com.
Use the code 5l4wLVc4LW when making a new account for a 10% discount on all fees.
Do you have a guide on the lending process? The website is confusing with all the investing jargon.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Does the US Military Think Bitcoin Is a Terrorist Threat? on: June 15, 2014, 07:07:09 PM
The title is somewhat misleading. The biggest threat mentioned by the article was the impact of Wall Street on Bitcoin or am I missing something?

I have a couple of Bitcoins under my possession and I was wondering what are the best methods for investing them besides holding them? Thanks!

I'm just new to the Bitcoin community and I happened to see this. Austin, it's depressing to see a 29 year old acting like a child at his age. Even children can be more mature than the OP. All I can say is that I hope you are able to get your money back and next time be more careful with the people who you lend money to. Could you keep the thread updated if you don't mind with anything new as time goes on?

Buy groceries with Bitcoin is a must for me. Being able to go to the mall to be able to use the currency without any hassle would be marvelous but I guess that we have to wait into the future to see something of that magnitude to occur.

Going to do a smaller bitcoin Give-A-Way!

More to come if this works out good. Only issue I have is there is a .01 fee on every transaction... Any way around this?

Will start giving a few away now and will up the ante once I work everything out.

Post an address and receive bitcoin!
Thanks in advance.
