how is the project going? interested in cannabis industry
The project is moving full steam ahead. If you get a chance, check out the newsletter from Dec. The team has been busy at work to become compliant within the state of Nevada and begin offering their seed-to-sale solution. They are in one of the best positions to actually be adopted for use within the state. Not only is there a working POS (one of the only in the industry atm) but their partnerships this year have been the best in the biz.
While all the other cannabis coins have been aching during this bear market, the Tokes team has focused on development. This will give them an obvious leg up going into next year. It's easy to find problems with startups and young businesses but cryptos are of particular target for fud but it's important look at the big, long term picture. What have the other cannabis coins done this year? Sent a baller to North Korea and received a Cease-and-Desist order from the SEC.
The team has also said multiple times that exchanges are not the main priority and there's years of runway left before the team even needs to consider capital. If things start taking off in Nevada expect Tokes to become the leader in the industry. Once legalization happens federally the team will already have been working with states for years so they again will be in the best position compared to any competitor.
I have to disagree that the competitors have a better product offering. Do they have partnerships that can track products genetically? Are they integrated with dozens of ATM's and do they have their own proprietary POS that can compete with the likes of Shopify? These are the types of things governments will be looking for as the industry develops and these are the reasons Tokes sticks out compared to other, current cannabis projects.
