61  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Face up to reality: The game is over on: June 23, 2018, 10:22:24 AM
Sell your bags of Bitcoins and altcoins. I'll be happy to buy them at a discount Smiley If you don't see the true potential of blockchain technology it's your loss, there are soo many problems outside of financial transactions that blockchain can solve.
hahahha you are right mate if the OP wants to sell his bitcoins or satoshi and alt coins let him be it will not be our loss it will be his loss. I know soon the market will recover the dip so I will keep holding and I will not listen to this issue .
62  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do with your winnings? on: June 21, 2018, 05:59:58 AM
I've read here a lot about "Gambling doesn't make you rich" So I thought about it, and it does make sense. So what do you feel about gambling then? Just entertainment? I think that's not everybody's mindset.

In the back of my mind, I want to be rich but not because of gambling. But when I gamble, I still always want to win. So when you always win, you become more rich and more risk will be involved. Anyway, if I would earn a winning bet that would have a lot of profit from, I would withdraw the initial bet or the bitcoins I deposited to get it back, then still gamble.

If you would have a winning bet that would give you a lot of profit, what would you do with it?
If ever luck come on my way and I will be given a chance to win then I will buy more bitcoin and I want to open a business that fit to my preferences so I can manage it very well, share my blessings to street children and treat my family.
63  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Criteria of a good gambler on: June 21, 2018, 03:49:06 AM
A lot of people wonder what is the criteria of a good gambler, here are some of my thought about good gambler

a good gambler never chase profit
Profit might be the first reason why people gamble, but a good gambler never attached to the profit, the most important thing in gambling is excitement and fun experience, having profit is just the bonus

a good gambler able to control himself / herself
Self controlling is very important in gambling, without a clear mind there will be a lot of mistakes in betting and even causing reckless betting and losing all of the money in split second

a good gambler know when to stop
Setting a limit is very important in gambling, setting a lost limit will prevent you to over spend your money and setting a win limit is  also important because in the long run the house got a bigger chance to win due to the house edge

a good gambler never cause any problem to the surrounding
A good gambler know that the chances of losing money in gambling is huge, so a gambler should never used daily needs money or borrowing money to gamble, and a gambler should never think of robbery or stealing to gamble

a good gambler can accept lost
When losing a good gambler won't blame the surrounding, cursing or accusing the  casino as fraud places, losing is the half part of gambling, if you can't accept lost then dont start to gamble

a good gambler should able to manage the time
A good gambler know how to split the time for family, for friends and for gambling, a good gambler never neglected family or friend just because of gambling

We must encourage people to become a good gambler, so people won't always have a bad judgement about gambler
Yes, these thoughts are right but even how much we tried to be a good gambler sometimes we really exceed what we do expect or what we set as limits ( Im basing this to reality ) because if that will happen to gamblers then no one will get brooke, no family that be apart or any effect that gambling can give. The fact is because humans are greedy in nature ,we always want more that lead us to bad things.
64  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin become an asset on: June 20, 2018, 09:57:24 PM
https://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/south-korean-supreme-court-rules-bitcoin-asset/

I read about this news that in south korea bitcoin is legally become recognizeable as asset. I do think bitcoin is a currency and not an asset. I dont know whether this is good news or not for cryptocurrency. One thing i believe with legalization from goverment i do think more investors will come to invest in bitcoin, but i think if bitcoin become an asset its not as it suppose to because i believe bitcoin should be a currency which is currency is for transaction and asset is not for transaction.

Definitely bitcoin is a digital currency but mostly people see it as an asset more than a currency ,they store it for long term because they know that it can be profitable rather than to use it for buying some stuff through online  ,well I am also guilty with it ,I see bitcoin also an asset. I do not use it for making payments because I cannot use it for paying my bills in my country and I use my fiat money .
65  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in ICO or buy BTC? on: June 20, 2018, 08:21:54 AM
I am a newcomer to the crypto market.
Should I invest in ICO projects or would I buy bitcoin to hold and wait for the price? Please give me advice.
Sincerely thank you.

My bet or choice is to buy bitcoin compared to invest in ICO projects there are lots of ICO's now that are scams and some you will not know how sure that can it be successful or not.

yes lots of ico"s are known to be scam but not all of them , infact if ever you got lucky to choose a good ico , you can always earn much more than what you already earn on bitcoin investments. we can also divide our funds, let say 30/70 . 70 percent goes to bitcoin and the rest 30 percent can go to ico. the reason why i allocate more on btc because btc is pretty legit , while ico do have a big risk but the profits that we can get thru it is always doubled as when compared to our btc earnings.

Yes, I know that there are ICO's are been successful and I've joined ICO's that succeed and I've joined also which are not. I got your point and respect it as well but for me if we want to invest in ICO we should know how to read the white paper ,the road map and everything about it so we can avoid our selves to be scam.

67  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I cash out and take the loss? on: June 20, 2018, 01:25:43 AM
At the beginning of the year I got into cryptocurrency think I would make a lot of money if I did a ton of research and learned everything about crypto. So I bought $4k worth of bpt and prl. I would say my stack is worth about $1000 now with a 75% loss. Everybody on this forum talked so highly of those coins thinking it would sky rocket one day but they are just getting so low that I know I will never get my money back & I don't want to lose it all. I guess I'm here to say don't trust anybody on this forum that thinks they know what a good coin is and most differently DONT trust any future "10x coin" on here. Truth is this is mostly a game of luck. I'm out, cashing out so I don't lose everything!
Before you dive in here in crypto world you already know what are the consequences . The volatility of the market is really real when it fall down it really go down and the pump was so slow but when it pump it will give you the profit what you want.. As what I always read and also experience you should have the PATIENCE and PERSEVERANCE  to hold and wait.
68  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do not invest now , wait on: June 19, 2018, 09:39:44 PM
The best time to invest coins when the market falls but see to it that you make some research and the coins you want to invest is a promising coins, well it all depend to each individual if they will invest or not we all here wanted to get profit so it is up to us what will be the best and wise move to do here.
69  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin recovering ? on: June 19, 2018, 03:06:40 PM
At this time bitcoin is in $6000+ , for me bitcoin really dump or falling down now. We all do not know when will bitcoin recover again lets just keep waiting and never tired of it so we won't regret at the end when bitcoin pump again.
70  Other / Off-topic / Re: Backup is important on: June 19, 2018, 02:31:30 PM
Good day, just want to share my experience,
I am using 2fa as my security in my emails and exchange accounts, so one day I nearly lost my phone and that phone holds majority of my pins, 2fa, etc. so I thought I lost all, luckily I found the phone. So now I'm thinking of buying an extra phone for backup. What else do you recommend for backup?
Having back up for saving our private keys or passwords is necessary so we won't be worried if ever your situation will happened to others. Buying extra phone is not practical but if you lots of money then you can, but for me I will go for manual like saving it in my notebook and keep it in a safety place .
71  Economy / Economics / Re: How to manage the risk in investing cryptocurrency? on: June 19, 2018, 11:45:47 AM
The risk in the virtual currency market is the risk of losing some or all of its capital when the investor performs the investment or virtual currency transaction. Identify the risks before conducting a transaction, helping them to know the specific loss rate in each case of investment will be how to, minimum and maximum how to decide the scale of investment, the first time investment, time of investment completion, and other relevant factors.

Correct and I agree with you ,lets all be careful of what kind of investment we will want to invest it may in crypto currency or not, extra careful is a must because scammers are every where if they got a chance to used you they will do it so they can get money.
72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What to do now??? on: June 19, 2018, 02:40:28 AM
What will be the best option to do now looking upon the current BTC price???
The best option for now is to look for a promising or good coins and buy it for investment it is not the right time for selling because the value is still dropping it is time for holding now.
73  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your biggest mistake up to now on: June 19, 2018, 01:19:21 AM
Recently

I bought iotx , and sold it after two days. Unfortunetly next day it listed on binance , iotx moon . I have lost of oppertunity of 12000$

Thats biggest mistake done recently. Share your ones ?

The only mistake that I regret was selling bitcoin in a very low price and also for not believing my friend emmidiately to joined here maybe I've earned so much if I joined here earlier.
74  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in crypto long-term? on: June 18, 2018, 11:09:32 AM
Do you really look for a long term profit, like the people who had bitcoin in 2014 or are you here trying to get a quick buck with a minimum effort?
I guess it is the best thing that we can do here in crypto currency, hold it for long term as we could because most of us here believe that long term investment can make us wealthy or to get the best profit.
75  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your first betting? on: June 18, 2018, 05:31:52 AM
Some of us have known gambling since childhood. well, I want to ask you what your first bet is .... if I bet with my friend when playing snake ladder who will be the winner at that time. that's the way make me knowned about gambling.
Me, I known gambling since childhood and my first bet at that time  was one peso . Me and my cousin play cards (tong-its) and at that time for us that amount was too big already as far as I remember I am so lucky at that time because I always win and after we play we buy candies and I buy candies for my cousins too because they got teary eye at that time because they loss.
76  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Real-Life Professional Gambler will help you recover your losses on: June 18, 2018, 03:39:29 AM
Rofl professional roullette!  You're kidding right?  Cheesy

And the thing about pros is they would never ask for any money or offer any 'services' if they are winning.  They would mostly be eager to help out a fellow gambler who's going thru a bad run.
I agree with you mate. A real professional gambler would loved to help with his/her co gambler too ,for me if ever I will be in his position I will help to other because it will boast my pride that I've help someone and I know that they will never forget me.
77  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to spot a scam ? on: June 18, 2018, 02:35:02 AM
The easiest way to spot a scam is to browse through gambling related forums and message boards, and ask the forum members what they think of a particular online casino. They will tell you. I'm talking about large online gambling forums like gpwa.org
Right ,through seeing their site and read the forums you can gather some information if there is someone being scammed at that site. We should be vigilat before we play our money so we can be avoided to be scammed by that gambling site.
78  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The way to win in gambling on: June 15, 2018, 01:19:46 AM

So when you tell him " I can win this game,  I will win a great value of money in casino" ( Positive energy (+) ).
Then  your mind will implement these ideas, therefore, you will achieve what you want and it is certain that you will win at casino.  Wink

Do you really think all gamblers never think about they want to win big money from gambling games while playing?

If what you said is very true then by now you wouldn't have seen single casino to play games.

Whatever you say I never encourage people to gamble for money because it is very addictive and people can lose a lot of money in this addiction. So if you can't control yourself better stay away from gambling.

I do not say that I do not gamble but like you if ever I saw someone who tried to enter or get interested in gambling I alwats told them not to try because it is so addicted like what you said and it is really true.
79  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling is portrayed negatively almost everywhere? on: June 14, 2018, 07:35:28 PM
it is portrayed negatively almost everywhere because many lives are ruin through gambling, many people get addicted to it specially when they can get money. I think gambling was made  for having a good time but the mis used of it is tge one of the reason why it become bad or negative.
80  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When it dips . do u buy favorite Cryptos or bitcoin on: June 14, 2018, 01:14:09 PM
Do u buy ur favorite Cryptos on the dips or do u buy bitcoin on the dip? I'm buying bitcoin rn and stop buying other Cryptos. Gotten bored lately.
I buy bitcoin,  I see to it that even a little amount I can invest or buy bitcoin on the dip because that is the only chance that I can buy it in a cheaper price and hold it until it will rise again.
