Is it like a way to borrow coins for short and long positions?
Not really, it is more like staking directly on the exchange, but user-sponsored and custom terms.

Hi! I hope everyone's doing good! The exchange Altilly added something called Investbox today, it let users create custom investment fund. I've created a 7% APY fund of 1000HAL up for grab until dec. 31st. Cool little feature!

How many of those scammers with trojan pills will appear? I ignore 3-4 of them every day. So far, in 2 days, I've had 7 old hacked accounts suspended on btctalk from this thread and their 2nd github repository will soon be closed. Let's not just ignore them, let's report them religiously so they waste time for absolutely nothing.

You got to make sure the people you're explaining Bitcoin are actually interested in learning how it works first. If someone is truly interested/fascinated of learning the basics, there's no age to get it. I've shown my gpu rig to my old school dad the other day with the real-time metrics from pool on another pc, following my addresses and payouts, showing him txstreet with the all tx getting into blocks, he was fascinated and somewhat getting it but he's seeing that there is a lot to learn to be at ease with this stuff...

Another huge 51% attack today on ETC. Please move on, delist and bury this thing for good. No one needs it, nothing develop on it and it's not just crippling itself but also the entire crypto space...

I don't understand the high praises the developers of RVN are having on twitter for the exploiter. They are thanking him, saying that faith is restored blah blah blah... are you kidding?? Dude... the guy burned 1% of the minted coins (3 milions out of over 300), probably knowing that his exchanges accounts would get instantly suspended as soon he use them...

HeyGuys, I want to send an invitation to all miners to come and help us to get funding for the upcoming Lelantus's audit. We're currently a couple on Mintpond's pool, mining to the donation address: aKpAwk2G9egKXBFaofpUCvZtqAqkfXeQ8D It feels better than ever to mine with a common purpose and to be able to put your shoulder to the wheel of the project! Try the experience if you can and thanks to whoever donate hashrate already out there! You're awesome!

Hi all, To znode holders: what hosting service do you use for your ZNodes ? I use allnodes.com since months now, for 5 $ per month. It works correctly but the billing is obscure and I am looking for a less expensive service, even more with the ZCoin price drop : - (...
I've been using 2masternodes for nearly a year. Reliable and simple service so far. Fees are 10% of the returns...(6.75 XZC payouts for a full node). compound and chill

I have my brand new rig ready: 6 superb Intel Xe Eiffel 6500 that I'm going to put in use just for the new algo!!

Anyone has the link for rvn's pumps and dumps calendar of 2020?

This underdog was undervalued and beaten for months. And it's quite a scarce coin... Out of the 9 365 693 current supply, around 60% is locked behind znodes. It is normal then to see high volatility at trend reversals.

I've been mining Zcoin for a couple of weeks and man, this coin has come a long way since it's Lyra2z days. MTP is so stable, this algo is just a charm to mine. Sigma is simple to use as well and the coin is getting accepted more and more everywhere... I really want a node of this underdog now! Good work devs!

Is this coin still tradeable places? besides the novaexchange? I would like to get some to trade if there's somewhere I can get them?
On Altilly you can trade vs ETH and XQR.

Any news? I just heard about Halcyon for the first time and would be interested - Does the group still exist? Serious Exchanger pages?
What group do you mean? By group I meant rather HALCYON - whether the guys are still active, whether they are planning something as it goes on - Would like to invest and hope that the "more successful" will be listed and listed as well as at Coinmarketcap. Whether there are serious sites where you can buy the coin. Solo mining is really easy to set-up for this coin and it's a way to easily invest in, learn and start to stake in a few day. I did a very amateurish guide on youtube a year ago on how to set-up your pc for solo mining Halcyon. I'm mining with 1 gpu and I get lots of blocks theses days. 26 nodes connected right now, very well alive. I guess the community doesn't have much to say since this coin is working like a breeze, and to get Halcyon known, or on exchanges, is a bit each our responsibility. About Coinmarketcap, this coin was for a long time on it, and CMC cheaply removed Halcyon as soon as they realised it was getting delisted from Cryptopia. I guess they had to make space to bloat us with new & fresh projects with pumped up volume. From what I'm seeing newly listed there theses days, It is NOT a badge of honor to be listed on CMC, imho. Other marketcap websites have Halcyon in their data.

If you have interest and passion for ideas that expand human freedom through decentralized cryptography, and want to obsolete Big Social with us, stop by and hang out: (link to Big Social network)
Don't bite the hand that feed you! I've spent a couple of months on PGN's discord by the way... Very low level of technical discussion there and lots of non-sense. lol, you got me there! Seriously though, I empathize with your comments. There's some high level suggestions for the various protocols that will make up the larger flamingo protocol happening right now on our discord. If you don't want to take it seriously, I wish you luck on finding that bullet proof idea that you find worth supporting. I'll do the same. Thanks for your calm and kind response. Good luck in your project too. From what I saw when I was on that discord, I got to say that you, Nick Kliesen and neonnexus were in the few that raised the quality of discussions. What turned me off is some other members that were just spewing non-sense all day long as if they were waiting for PGN to get rich.
