@sirszor at that hashrate, I think you'll get around 100 RVN/day currently. Running with cards at 50% of their power can save you a lot on the electric bill. (113 watts here per 1070) I'm getting between 0.12 to 0.27 mh per watt depending on the algo. 50% TDP , +150 clock, and -502 memory

Yeah, the delisting of Halcyon ended up being a blessing in disguise! I hope everyone is alright too. By seeing random comments on twitter and one of explorer's Eth address that holds the stolen funds, it seems like we're living a mini MtGox, especially for noobies that got into altcoin trading since last year(like me ). It shows how owning your own keys is important.

Alan Booth is and never was Cryptopia's CEO. Fucking piece of shit tried to take over the company and failed. This asshole left the exchange a mess. He better hope he's never found in the States. I don't give a fuck who reads this. The man's a thief and needs to be behind bars or beat down! Left for the dogs.
The real owners have taken back control of the company now. Being careful not to list coins that are vulnerable to attacks atm. Deal with it!
Hahaha, good one. You mean careful like with all thoses masternodes coins poorly copy/pasted with absolutely zero development behind them that they are listing nowaday? Coins with Premines, auctionned masternodes and broken blockchain after a couple of weeks (because there is no development or bug fixes) is now the business model Cryptopia has chosen... By the way, all thoses copy/pasted masternodes coins will all have the same flaws and will get no fixes when the SHTF for thoses coins. But I see that you looove Cryptopia, I understand that you need to protect this old & dying exchange but good luck getting any significant volume back there..

After trying the wallet I've got some comments about it:
-Need a confirmation or some pop-up so we cannot delete addresses with 1 misclick. -It seems that we cannot recover addresses with the mnemonic seed which make me question the purpose of it. -The address expiration is set for default at 24hours, this isn't a good idea since it is prone to user mistakes/glitches. (I doublechecked the expiration and address before to start mining and it seems like I did a mistake or the expiration setting change by itself to 24 hours when I reopened the wallet later. So I burned 0.5 BEAM)

@thd26bct The wallet version 1.1.0.3 came like 3 days after the delisting from the exchange and is not mandatory. So their support is just bad all around... Pretty sure the real reason is only low trading volume or whatever financial situation this old exchange is in. Not a good business decision if you ask me, but it's their business...

With the delisting on Cryptopia, can anyone tell me where to transfer my HAL to? Is it all lost? I've thousands of HAL. What can I do with it?
It isn't lost, we're in the same boat, currently the only options I see is to: 1. Install the latest wallet (1.1.0.3) on a pc and sync it. 2. Transfer your bags as soon as possible on your wallet, make backups and unlock it for staking and get some more. 3. Or if you really want/need to trade and find buyers, use a trusted escrow service. 4. If you're a contrarian, you can also solo mine it easily with just 1 gfx card depending on the network difficulty. I still find this coin offer an interresting balance of proof of stake vs proof of work, that's why I'm keeping my eyes on it.

Smooth and sweet update! Thanks!

Wow, never I thought that cryptopia could do us such a low blow. That is disrecpectful and scandalizing. I'm never going to inject another satoshi on this exchange. I want to chip in for a new exchange like Cryptobridge, hmu! In the meantimes, happy mining and staking, this coin still works beautifully!

scary stats ... 96% for one pool Yes, zcoin has very bad hashrate distribution. It brokes fundamental principle of cryprocurrencies. No one serious player will consider Zcoin as reliable investment in current situation. I hope MTP will change it. But if not - the team has to do something to resolve this issue. Maybe launch official pool with bonus from development fund. Absolutely agree. 96,8% in one pool wow. Who will want to buy such a centralized coin?

Help Council. The wallet under Windows is not synchronized. What to do?
To add nodes, you can go to the explorer webpage and click on network tab at the top, it will tell you the active nodes. ( https://explorer.cryptorescue.org/network). There is also the first post of this thread that have nodes listed... Next you want to add a couple of thoses nodes(3 to 5 or more, to your liking), theres 2 ways: 1st option, through the wallet-qt, go to the help/debug window, then console, add each ip address manualy with that command: addnode "000.000.00.000" add if it writes null, it means it worked, it should now begin to sync. 2nd option is to add some of the nodes ip addresses in the config file which is located in the folder user/appdata/local/roaming find and edit or create a .conf file and enter some of those nodes in that manner: addnode=000.000.00.000:port save the file, start the wallet and you should sync in a couple of minutes. hope it helps

just a miner, here's what I know: Looks indeed like an exploit related to that infamous CVE-2018-17144 bug It started at block height : 186339 (September 26, 2018 2:26:39 PM EST) https://chainmapper.com/pgn/block/00000000007cdf20c3dcb0ddcc624c5be70a3e7a1149be46a34890407ea3dc1c10 milions PGNs were created in that block. It is currently estimated that around 235 milions in total were created in that manner. The community on discord is trying it's best to fix the exploit asap and avoid a rollback and subsequent delistings The perpetrator of this is still unknown but his actions are partly recorded here : http://bts.ai/u/mrsandman1Stay tuned for wallet update from the devs

You need to fix the CVE-2018-17144 exploit ASAP or this coin is going to get exploited today or tomorrow...

Do I understand right that I need to be minimum a Junior member and then I can join the bounty? Or can I go for airdrops until I have become a junior member? It would be a good way to support the business also…
The dev fund is for developers to further the project's progress. Our newest dev came to us with a proposal for a way to introduce masternodes as our data caching layer for our social app and any community dapps. He has experience implementing MN into coins. The funds will be controlled by our elected community representatives (vote happening right now https://strawpoll.com/512h4y1h) so anyone with a decent proposal, and experience to implement it, will be able to canvass their ideas to our reps and community for funding. Any chance we would know on which other coins that person implemented MN? I distrust the MN system personaly, way to centralized for my taste, adds additional expenses and is unfriendly to set-up for many. Why not just go for a proof of stake and proof of work hybrid?

I wonder who were the originals scammers and how many of those premined masternodes coins they've put out there. As a miner, I've seen the totally botched launch with the wrong block reward grossly copied to the code. Total amateurish scam from the start. I would advise anyone to stay far away from all thoses cloned masternodes coins without any real dev team. You even don't know who is behind those scams to begin with, it could be state sponsored and who would know?
