Or the cli wallet is needed for such transaction ?

With all due respect, the signature campaign wasn't a scam. Over 6,500 QBiC were distributed to over 800 participants. Granted, there wasn't the best communication and as a result some participants viewed it as a "scam," but that is not at all the type of campaigns we intended or will design and implement in the future. We understand how difficult it can be to regain the trust of the community, especially with so many projects popping up. So, moving forward, the best way we know how to go about regaining credibility is to lead with action and provide consistent updates to our supporters. What is this? Why newbie account answered such a difficult question? Are you alt account of devs? |

The fact is orders on Stock.exchange looks weird for both buy and sell orders. You can check it there https://stocks.exchange/trade/SUM/BTCWhy orders with same price (0.00000001, for example) exist in both buy and sell orders? What is this? I can not explain the orders. |

Vsync is raising again !
Due to market crash with bad news from China, South Korea and India,
VSX has also lost value as other coins on the market.
Number of masternodes are now over 300, some people got lucky and bought cheap masternodes
in this down market. Almost 50% of coins are locked away by masternodes atm.
Orders are raising again and coins for sale are only less than 2% of total supply.
this means the price will go up to VSX fair value which is 1 usd at-least.

Those ones seem to try joining campaigns and get free (almost free) money, then dump the coins they get to earn fiats as soon as possible. They don't care about what will happen with their accounts or projects they participated, I guess. Of course, they don't contribute anything to both projects and the forum at all. |

Yes, you must update to 2.4.0.0. If you still her the Runtime error, do this: 1. Stop/shutdown your wallet client if it is running. 2. Go to %appdata%/solaris/ (Open your file explorer and type that into the path field) 3. Delete all files and folders EXCEPT wallet.dat (Back-up this file somewhere safe as well), solaris.conf and masternode.conf (I REPEAT, DO NOT DELETE wallet.dat, solaris.conf and masternode.conf) 4. Start your wallet client and let it sync, your balance will be visible when you are synced. You should back up your wallet before doing the viscolex's steps. |

I am not, might be later today or tomorrow. We should calm down a little bit and be patiently waiting for payments from Somerset. The guy seems to be covered with tons of PMs asking about payments. It might be better to let him free of pressure, he is a human, not a robot and cannot work continuously without resting. |

Updating news about the project should be announced in two ways in Bitcointalk forum: 1) Announcing with new threads in the topic. 2) Announcing with updating news/ information in the OP New users will get new information with the OP. Old users will get information with new threads and the OP. |
