Cryptopia might happen although with BTC being so expensive the entry fee 5 btc looks a bit out of our reach at the moment, but we are looking for ways to do this.
We will list ourselves on an exchange in Q1 of 2018. It is sometimes months long process to get listed depending on how big the exchange is.

yes you can, but I wouldn't recommend to mine directly to the exchange's wallet. if anything happens to the exchange you are putting your payments at risk. exchanges are regulary loosing payments, or their wallets go offline, or payments get stuck etc . it happens all the time. yesterday they've lost my LTC payment, so it took 6 hours to recover it. the safest way to mine is using your own local wallet. |

looks like I'm having another problem. I'm trying to run a cold wallet masternode. the VPS cliens has been setup, but when I'm trying to start a masternode on my local wallet, I get the following error: 23:06:22 masternode start
23:06:22 not capable masternode: Can't detect external address. Please use the masternodeaddr configuration option.
the masternodeaddr is set to my vps ip:port in magnet.conf Also in my local wallet in the "My masternodes window" there is a could not allocate vin status |

ok so I've started a masternode and tried to send 10 coins to its wallet.. The masternode didn't recieve any coins. I can see the transaction on the blockchain. It's got 43 confirmations already, but nothing on masternodes wallet so far...  I have checked the masternode and looks like it's not syncing ./magnetd getinfo

The coin is pretty much dead. That's what happens when the dev spends too much time doing press conferences and not doing shit about project. It's been a year and the coin is listed only on 1 minor exchange - Yobit. It's currently trading at 0.2$ and the daily volume is 0.2BTC!!!! The mining is beyong profitable. That's what greed does to people. You shouldn't premine that much and you should spend more time and funds to get listed on proper exchanges instead of showing your ass off at press conferences. Good luck sorting your shit out. You've just lost 1 ths of mining power. If you loose the rest of your miners then the network is dead.

The project looks good. I have decided to setup a master node. I have read the pdf manual, but I still don't get a few things:
1. are the funds safe on the master node's wallet?
2. is it encrypted?
3. Who controls the wallet?
4. How to withdraw funds? (there is nothing about it in the manual)
I'm totally new to this, so apologies for the noob's questions...
